So, Group Therapy.
Here's how it works - Dr. Wise will ask leading questions or outright tell you what happened, tell you things about yourself or situation.
You have two options; accept the facts as Dr. Wise has presented them, or spend a point of Memory to modify them, argue them, or replace them, then and add them to your list. At that point they cannot be contradicted and have to be built on.

Remember, you can convert 5 Lucidity into 1 Memory, but it will leave you disorientated and confused, susceptible to hallucinations, for the rest of therapy.
