  Biography:
  David was born in the harsh landscape of Tesca. His mother was the only one around when he was born. His sister and father had perished because of the temperatures. Living a harsh life, he learned how to survive extreme temperatures. The Last things his mother said before she passed was to get to the city. He reaches the city days after to find it in ruins. He wanted to make a name for himself, so he opened a small shop in town.
  
  When he heard of the beasts attacking people, he signed up to help. On he went, killing the beasts that plagued the lands. It didn't leave much time for him to have any relationships. One day when they were tracking a beast, the beast turned out to be a woman. She seemed to be fine. When the other attempted to attack her, he stepped in their way, taking all the hits. He was then expelled from the headsman, but he kept on searching for others to help.

_Exodus_ I'd recommend giving a bit more personality and biography but looking at your character i'd like to say he's accepted.
Try to put more into the personality next time or do so while you're role-playing so people can understand him better.
Question though, prisoner situation? Explain?

Hm I see, that sounds good! I'd advise your character not to openly keep rescuing prisoners even in a negotiable way, it'll get on the Empress's bad side pretty quick.

Since her parents murder she was forced to fight in a coliseum to support her and her sister, her first match was aganist a blight however. It infected her and after she barely slayed it she noticed her body changing, she could create fire, turn water to ice in a second and so on. The next days fight she used her new abilities, winning the match right away. But this made guards enter and they chased her out of the coliseum. They placed her sister under arrest, a month later she came to the prison where her sister was held and charged right in, in an attempt to save her sister. she got her sister and left the area and now the two are in hiding.

Abilities: She is a dark mage giving her powerful offensive magic and the ability to apply status effects (black mage powers: She has access to all forms of magic other than defensive magic. some examples are: Fire magic, light magic, ice magic, stone magic, Lightning magic, water magic,)

Miss Amai is known for her outlandish violence and unnerving cool when it comes decisive decision making. As the oppressive tyrant of Terra, Amai’s attitude towards progressive economics and obtaining a vast national treasury is vital to having a long-lasting economy and a flourishing province. She’s beyond greedy, believing that money is the absolute root to obtaining nearly everything in life, going to any length to claim monetization such as organizing and restoring former illegal activities such as Colosseum entertainment in order to profit from the violence of others, The Empress is known for also mercilessly dispatching of random people without batting an eye. Across the board Amai-Aku is madwoman with overwhelming power to boot, she’s always willing to create pandemonium for a laugh or if it serves to be supportive to her cause, it’s advised to either have a silver-tongue while speaking to such a cruel-hearted woman or to completely stay out of her way at all means. The only way to avoid getting on her bad side is to be affiliated with her and nobody else.

Biography:
Empress Amai born of royalty, birthed on a day of tragedy as the former ruler of the five-nations passed away. Giving light to a woman or a ‘monster’ in disguise without even realizing it! Taking over for the government was the council as she was learning to take her first few steps, still enacting the former policy as before and even teaching the new aspiring matriarch to become alike the former glory that was her mother but something went wrong during her childhood, nobody knows what happened but a dark evil took control, charcoaling Amai’s once non-tainted heart and turning it into a pitch-black smoldery rock. She begun showing signs of aggression at early stages of adolescence including randomly hurting other children, furthermore take pleasure in seeing them cry but the worst of it all was blaming a random peasant for trying to kidnap her, falsely accusing them of it and getting them decapitated on the spot as he pled for mercy, all with Amai standing from afar enjoying every second. Years later she achieved a feat that many dream of, becoming an Empress of Terra! Where she ruled the position with the acceptance of the council but days after she had betrayed their trust, ruling the throne with ruthless aggression to their surprise which a few tried to stop but met their demise at the hands of the royalty guards, the rest of the council sit in silence now with the cruel ruler of the five gaining total control of the province, soon seeking more power and causing the incident which forever scarred the land and its people.

Abilities:
Supernatural Strength/Durability {Strength: Type III ~ Rarely beyond Type III}
(Brief explanation: Simply put.. Amai is unnaturally capable of tremendous amounts of strength, so much so that she’s miles upon miles above the limits of the ordinary man. An example of this feat includes a favorite skill of hers known as ‘Megaton’ punch, as the name states ‘Megaton’ referring to a unit of explosive force generated. With enough force she’s able to literally vaporize someone with a punch if going all-out. Often her weak regular punches are enough to make a basketball sized hole in someone.)

Gears/Weapons:
Embellished Cane-sword: This is used merely for limiting herself to an edged weapon, finding more enjoyment out of using something such as this in a one on one fight. Giving those that bravely challenge her an advantage.
Inhaler: This is used for something else besides ‘oxygen’, will be revealed later on in the chapters to come.

Weaknesses:
{Empress Amai is excessively strong and for a reason even with these weaknesses she’s a force be reckoned with, later in the Arcs individuals will have a chance to go up against her but be warned, it will not be easy.}

{Elemental Attacks: This ideal strategy is used in slowing her down, limiting movements through things such as freezing ice attacks or electrocution to shock nerves. However this does not kill her, it will only slow her down but it can be played effective in defeating her.}
{Isolation: Trapping seems to work brilliantly! Avoiding any conflicts or possible deaths in the process. She can be ensnared normally but with an overabundance of restraints with overpowering material, although such as the hyperbaric chamber, the best idea is to put her in a room with very limited oxygen }
{Exhaustion: This can be achieved with several methods. Through being completely outnumbered or continuously escaping from Amai to the point where she’s out of breath. Using a low-oxygen hyperbaric chamber is a swift way to win a fight with her because of the amount of breaths she has to take, causing her to be very weak, problem is finding a hyperbaric chamber to contain her.}
{Being overwhelmed: Maybe the most reckless way of taking her on is overwhelming her, this will probably result in very severe injuries with the potentiality of death. But with enough effort it will cause extensive damage causing her to either surrender or escape.}

Caedron Varnus is a large, intimidating man who commands respect from lesser men. His brainwashing has induced an almost fanatical loyalty to the Empress, and he would gladly give his life in service to her. To him, The Unsound are merely bugs to be squished beneath his heel, and the Blighted are animals to be slaughtered. While a quiet man, he is not shy, and will gladly vocalize his opinions if prompted to do so. Caedron is not a gentle man, and believes that the weak are merely stepping stones for the powerful. He does not hold back from sharp criticisms or just plain, brutal insults. To Caedron, any who oppose his Empress may as well already be dead. He believes almost all lives to be expendable.

Biography
Caedron Varnus was born and raised in the Nation of Sable, where he spent most of his years. Growing up he was always the rebellious sort, and enjoyed making trouble. He always stuck up for the underdog, and hated those who preyed on the weak. When the bomb hit, Caedron almost died. He lay hidden away in a cave, sickly from radiation and on death's door for months. Yet he survived. When he regained his strength, he discovered the tremendous power that the radiation had gifted him. Then he discovered that none of his friends or family had survived. Overcome with grief and anguish, he set out to rebel against the Empire. He used his tremendous power to kill and destroy everything he could get his hands on that belonged to the Empire. Then one night, sleeping where he thought he was well hidden, the Headsmen came. They knocked him unconscious before he could fight back, and dragged him away to The Capital. There he was brainwashed, forgetting everything of his previous life, the one controlling thought in his mind being to serve the Empress.

Caedron is capable of transforming into an incredible engine of destruction, his bones reshaping themselves and growing larger and stronger, his skin transforming into a thick, stony hide, and his entire body becoming cloaked in hellish flames. He gains incredible strength and power when he transforms, sacrificing speed for pure, unadulterated strength.

Personality: Eve is a serious person. Living in a harsh desert, there is not much time to fool around. She is usually calm and is able to collect her thoughts in the dire of situations. The white haired women is observant of her surrondings. Usually, being catious where ever she goes.

However, her serious attiude does not mean she is devoided of fun. She always had a thing for sarcastic jokes. She can been seen as motherly figure, taking in strangers who have been hurt. Eve tries to hide this campossionate side, but that plan always fails. When she is off her guard, she can become easliy flustered. Compliments true to the heart make her beat ever so slightly. Of course, she wouldn't admit to anything that would make her look weak.

Likes: Baths, children, exploring, and stargazing.

Dislikes: Lazy people, Spoiled people, the corrupt, fighting, fixing other people's problems, and cold weather.

Biography: Evenlyn was not always a white haired, blue eyed super human. Before coming into contact with extreme radation she lived in the Low District. She spent 11 years being in ghettos, always seeking out food for herself and other orphan children. She was seen as the big sister of the orphans, keeping everyone safe and happy.
When radiation spread across each nation, Evenlyn got sick. She was bedriddden for a month, unable to take care of her community or herself. Some how she pulled through the radiation posion with any medicap hope. Everyone thought it was a miracle. At the end of month, Eve started notice something strange. She no longer had brown hair or brown eyes. Her hair turned snow white while her eyes turned blue as the sea. She became worried that she would turn into one of those ferals and attack her loved ones or be discrimiated against for her new looks. She made a decision that she had to move far away from town. Eventualy, her new home was the Boreas. Hot and somewhat peaceful place.

Abilities: Accelerate- The ability to be extremely fast. However, it takes a lot of energy to stay at a fast rate.
Nightvision: She can perfectly see at night. The desert is devoided of moonlight at night. Thanks to this skill she can safely travel under the starry skies.
High Jump- Evenlyn can jump at incredible heights. A very useful ability when foes are tall.
Healing- Eve heals surprisingly fast. Her cells are quick to close any open wounds.


Gears/Weapons:

Main weapon- Light weight and easy to cut things down. Eve uses this as her main weapon.
A very heavy weapon. Eve mainly uses this weapon with foes with thick skin. When it unfolds it can be used to hook onto foes or used as something to climb with.

Weaknesses: Cold weather- She's been living the desert heat for most of her life. Snow slows her down and causes her to be less focus.

Far range attacks- Eve is talented at close combat. However, fighting off people with guns and bows are kind of hard if they are not close enough to slice down.

Lack of trust- Eve has a hard time trusting people. This usually causes her to head in to difficult battles alone.

Personality: Rasil is not so much a people person. He enjoys hurting them, and being hurt. He's very intelligent, and loves to use his wily ways to get what he wants. When it comes to love he doesn't love anything besides pain, and his dear Amai. Amai is the only person he'd ever die for, and not just as some kind of thrill either. He'd fight tooth, and nail for her no matter what. He's her most loyal soldier. He wouldn't hurt her unless she asked. Rasil may no like people, but he likes to put up appearances. So when in social meetings he acts nice, and friendly, if only to gain favor from others. He's always planning, making sure that Amai gets what she deserves.


Rasil loves pain so much, the he believes in sharing it. He might be a bit over enthusiastic with his love of pain, but if you told him that he'd look at you as if you were stupid. He's the last person you'd want to fight. He's vicious, savage, merciless, cruel, and more. He breaks his foes down to the deepest levels of pain. Making sure they enjoy every bit of it.The looks on their faces, and screams of pain send goosebumps down his spine. He can also be rather blunt, and apathetic towards others. Even having lived such a hard life himself. He still doesn't care to hear of others issues. Finding most people pathetic, and worthless. Rasil also enjoys taking hits, he relishes in the pain. It makes him feel alive, and battle is truly his favorite hobby. Finally when it comes to music, food, and all those other things he doesn't give a damn. Being raised a slave he's willing to take whatever he can get. He likes to get the job done, and is always guaranteed to do so.

Biography: Pain, agony, soul crushing despair. These are all things that might describe Rasil’s life. As soon as he was born he was tossed to the dogs. Not figuratively either, he was literally tossed to the dogs. If it hadn't been for a prostitute whom happened to he walking by he'd have died. She was walking home after a long night of abuse of all kinds. She couldn't have kids of her own so she took him home with her. Years passed, and Rasil was forced to deal with abusive men walking all over himself, and his adopted mother. Treating her like meat, and him like trash. He suffered great abuse, but he endured for his mother. Who had saved him all those years ago. But one night they were visited by a strange man. He seemed a higher class of jerk than her usual John. He was well groomed, and wore clean, new fancy clothes. Rasil didn't know who he was, but when he later made an attempt to beat his mother to death Rasil did something rash. He took a knife he has stolen from a previous client of his mother's, and drove it into the man's neck. Killing him instantly, and ensuring Rasil's terrible fate.




A few days passed before Rasil woke up to their home in a great inferno. He panicked, he couldn't find his mother. He crawled out of his burning house, clothes singed from the flames. Only to be stopped by guards, who had his mother. The man he had killed had apparently been a high ranking official. The men were his guards, sent by members of his family to find out his whereabouts. Upon discovering he was murdered, they ordered his killer be put to death. Rasil was helpless as they beat him. His face was bruised, and swollen. His jaw fractured, he couldn't move for weeks after. Had it not been for his mother he probably would have died. She begged for them to let him live. Offering herself up instead, which of course worked. The guards tortured her in front of Rasil. He was helpless unable to do anything to stop her torment. Afterwards the guards kept their side of the deal. They didn't kill Rasil, but they did sell him to a slave. So either way he was as good as dead, or at least that was what they expected. But Rasil wanted to live on, he wouldn't accept death. So after he healed he began working as a slave. He was beaten just about every day. It seemed they always found a reason to hurt him. Whether it was the way he look at them, or the way he spoke. They even went as far as sabotaging his hard work. Every time they punished him they managed to make his pain more intense. Eventually something in him snapped, and he began to enjoy the pain. Even relish in it, so much so that he began to intentionally do things in order to get punished. His master's eventually decided he was useless to them. So they sent him of to the coliseum. It was there that he truly began to thrive. He found that the only true joy in life was pain, and everyone should experience it. It would be his gift to others, even though the world had been so cruel to him. Years passed, and he became the most ruthless champion to ever grace the Coliseum arena. All feared him, and came to cheer as he slaughtered his foes. Then the fallout happened, and his power increased tenfold. It was in the arena that he meet his true love, Amai. She watched him in battle, apparently she loved his savagery, and when his eyes meet hers he fell in love. From then on he was a free man, and her personal guard. Feared and respected by all under her rule.



Abilities: Paineater: This ability is the base of all his abilities. It allows him to grow stronger from pain. His physical prowess increases with the more pain he takes. He can also build up energy from pain and use them as destructive blast to send at his targets from a distance. The more pain he receives the stronger he becomes. Masters gift: this ability allows Rasil to heal by using energy he's built up after being Injured. Although using this ability uses up his built up energy and weakens him. The amount he can heal also depends heavily on how much energy he's built up from getting injured.



Ultimate climax: this is Rasil’s ultimate ability. It has two variations. One being his ultimate attack, and the other being his ultimate form. By removing his eyepatch he unleashes great power he has stored up from past battles. His ultimate form turns him into his true demon form, increasing his strength tenfold to the point where if he's not careful he could destroy his own body. Although in this form he can no longer grow stronger from attacks but anyone who gets close to him would be injured due to the power radiating off him.



His ultimate attack is similar at least in how it's activated. By removing his eyepatch he can unleash a devastating explosion from his body. He believes the blast would be big enough to wipe out a quarter of hell city. Although he can't be sure as he's never used it before. It's a last resort as not only is it devastating to those around him, but it's also devastating to his body. Damaging him to the point that if left alone he would surely die.

Weaknesses: Everything else: okay well his strength and other stats are to terrible. But they aren't anything to impressive either. In all honesty most people could ignore him if they were smart enough to.


Low battery: Rasil can increase his strength by building a up energy from attacks. But this also means he can run out of energy. This is a constant battle like when you charge a your phone and suddenly it's already almost half dead the rate at which I energy builds up also seems to slow as he gets tired.




Masochistic persona: while Normally he may seem like a normal enough guy. This is false in every way. He's by no means normal, and his masochistic personality while a strength can also be a weakness. Since he allows himself to be damaged by his foes attacks he can end up in a sticky situation if his foe manages to damage him enough.
