Otaria was perfect. Perfect people, perfect government, perfect city, perfect everything.


It really wasn't perfect though. No one seemed to notice those living in the shadows until it came on the TVision.


Reports of "Mutants" Taken into captivity, tortured, killed for crimes unknown.


No one cared, no one noticed. Until now.


President Hangarti has taken over. Otaria is now more of a dictatorship.


The president has ruled for more than 50 years, due to his "Cheats"


Genetic engineering has upped the technology, and expanded human lives.


But that comes with a price.


Living on the streets are different "People"


People we read of in tales of Mythology, or fictional Novels.


They have been the governments pray for years, but are now taking a stand.

Appearance - (His wings look like stone, instead of all black.)


Personality - Lucas is very funny and welcoming. He has a strong heart, but has a soft spot for special people.


History - Lucas' father was running from the Givernment, him being a Gargoyle and all. Lucas was raised in hiding by his human mother, who was shot down by local police for stealing food to keep her son safe.


Special Ability's - He can turn into stone when touching it.


Other - He cannot fly with his wings.

Appearance -


Personality - Hazel may seem scary when she lashes out , but she is a very sweet and shy girl. She loves guys who are sweet, but gets nervous when someone tries to flirt with her.


History - Hazel was cursed to be like this by her hreat Grabdmother, Doritha. Hazel grew up alone and cold, her parents leaving her in the streets. She has killed a few people before, but she didn't know it, as they were caused by one of her lashes.


Special Ability's - Lashes out, very very minor magic, extremely good hearing


Other - At times Hazel has "Spasms" In which she rages out, her eyes go pale, fangs come out and she pretty much goes all out without realizing it. She cant remeber these spells.

Personality - Beau has a strange temper, unusual and unexpected due to his cold and violent manner. At times he can be very sarcastic while in others he can be as serious as death itself. He can be flirtatious and aims to make people uncomfortable, but that's very rare. When he sees fit, he can be protective and sweet...but don't count on it.


History - His parents, he knows little of, being raised by his grandparents. When time came, the past away leaving him to fend for himself at the age of 15. It wasn't as hard as it seemed but there were difficulties, getting caught stealing and being left to deal with the authorities, luckily he hasn't been caught yet. Beau doesn't really like talking about his past much.


Special Ability's - Can sense and smell things from outrageously far distances, manipulates fire.


Other - He cannot control his transformations and weakens without a special form of blood in long periods of time.

Personality - Sweet, deceiving and conniving. She can be loyal once she's known a person for a while but other than then, it's all about business and surviving.


History - Her parents were separated from her at a young age but she always had a good relationship with them. She was loved by everybody in her town because of her helpful and sweet attitude.


Special Ability's - Mind control, persuasion.


Other - She's scared of the dark.

Personality - She's easy-going and kind, but she's also sarcastic and enjoys teasing people. Melody isn't easily depressed, and she can always find the positive in a situation. She gets angry on occasion, but is usually only enraged when her guitar is threatened.


History - Melody was given her nickname by her father who was an avid musician. She had learned how to play the guitar by the time she was six, and her mother - who was also a witch - taught her how to use earth magic. At the age of seventeen, Melody was a well versed musician like her father and a very talented Green Witch like her mother, and she was very happy with her life despite having to keep secrets and hide half of her life all the time. One day, though, her familly's secret was compromised and the government stormed her small two bedroom apartment. She hadn't been in at the time, but her parents had been and they were both slaughtered. She's been in hiding ever since, but she's beginning to think that maybe it's time to come back into the light.





Special Ability's - She can heal herself, others, and the earth (heal plants, fix pollution damage, etc.). She can also control plants to some degree.


Other - She has a fear of fire.

Personality - Most people would describe Waltz as a mean, cynical, and depressed crazy, but he puts up such a facade in order to keep people away from him. In truth, he is a caring young man with a kind heart, but he is too afraid to get close to people to show this side of himself.


History - Waltz's parents were killed by a vampire who also attempted to kill him, but he managed to stab the demon through the heart with a knife he had grabbed from the kitchen before being attacked. He had killed the vampire, but he had been bit before he could attack, and so suffered the transformation into a member of the undead. Waltz was now an immortal superhuman, but he refused to drink from humans and so lost his immortality and most of his powers as a result. His strength and senses are still better than most humans, though.


Special Ability's - All five of his senses and his strength are better than that of a regular human beings, and he can pick up on other people's emotions.


Other - His hair turned white as a result of refusing human blood. When his thirst gets too painful to ignore, he drinks from animals.

History -Azaizel left hell because he thought Satan was being a stubborn prat. He stumbled onto earth astounded by what he saw. Beauty. Aziaizel lived though as he lived in hell, like a rampaging demon out to torture ever soul he saw. Now Azaizel finds himself in Otaria.

Personality -Quiet, kind, and conscientious. Can be depended on to follow through. Puts the needs of others above her own needs. Stable and practical, values security and traditions. Well-developed sense of space and function. Rich inner world of observations about people. Extremely perceptive of other's feelings. Interested in serving others.


History - Sarah comes from a long line of Nekos from the American countries. She ran away from home though when her kind was persecuted and burned in pyres. She ran to Otaria, a place she heard, is full of mystical beings. She now lives on the streets, poor, yet she is happy.


Special Ability's - Cat Mimicry, Werepanther transformation.


Other - Sarah is addicted to cat nip

Personality - Very VERY protective of the person he "crushes" upon.


History - Lost in the Bermuda Triangle over 1000 years ago, Johnathan was your normal undersea miner. He had been genetically modified to endure extreme changes and pressure, and to live off of the atmosphere around him. He had no need to feed, to sleep, or even leave, but he always did, just to see his family, and be as normal as he could. But he messed up. One nasty screw up had him sent to the Bermuda Triangle by his employers, on a deep sea diamond dig. His anchor line "accidentally" broke, and he drifted along the bottom of the sea for the longest time. He ended up reaching a swirling vortex of light and fire underwater, it sucked him in, tossing him about like a rag doll. After what felt like centuries of being tossed about, he was thrown out of the vortex, just off the shore of Otaria. He walked across the bottom of the sea for days, until he finally reached land. He found his world completely changed,


Special Ability's - He can survive indefinitely in any atmosphere, not having the need to breathe; immense strength, enough to push a car, but not lift it. He also has an unbreakable drill, capable of drilling through solid metal.


Other - He doesn't have "crushes" per se, but he becomes very protective of any girl he bonds to. He will protect them with his life, regardless of the danger. He will use them to replace his young daughter that he lost over a thousand years ago.

History - Nobody knows how she came to be. She simply appeared on day at an orphanage in Otaria, and has lived there ever since. She has a syringe gun, that allows her to take the blood of animals to feed off of them.


Special Ability's - None. She's immune to everything a vampire is weak to, but is just as harm-able as your average seven year old.

Personality - Very secretive, and manipulative in many ways. The only focus in her eyes is survival and possessions, really. However, if given what she needs, she'll cooperate in assisting the person if they need it. She's a heavy believer in the term "levelling out the playing field", an expression that can be taken in either a good or bad way.


History - Her mother was a witch, but from what she was told, the banshee bloodline came from her mother's side as well. Her father was never around, and because her mother was so strict whenever the subject was brought up, it was like he never existed to Natalia. She instructed Natalia starting at the age of 3 on how to use her witching abilities, as well as survival skill. They lived together underground in a confined cavern area, only coming out every so often to see the outside world. When Natalia was 16, her mother grew sick and revealed to her that their entire clan was cursed, and eventually Natalia would die out the same way. Sooner than her mother had. But there was a way to stop the curse, or so her beloved mentor whispered to Natalia on her death bed, and that's what Natalia was being prepped for. Almost immediately after, Natalia broke to the surface world, the place she was present in known widely as Otaria, with the colors of the world before her no longer as beautiful as she remembered it to be...


Special Ability's - Has a powerful high-pitched scream that can go for a mile if she's up to full strength. Also possesses rather basic witch powers such as potion-making & scrying.


Other - She grows short but sharp black nails and turns pale when angered.

Personality - Rather intimidating at first and not afraid to back down from a fight, he's actually very kind in nature to others. A people kind of person, a trait that greatly contrasts his kind of species, he'll stop to help others if they need it. He tries not to get too close to people however, never knowing if they'll be the ones he's whisking away next.


History - Never knowing his true family, he was brought up under his foster parents in Otaria. Raised to be a normal person like everyone else on the planet, it was when he was 6 years old that he began to see ghosts. It was an ability that came and went until he was around 12 and then it was there to stay, but after a while Logan adjusted to it and decided to assist the ghosts in moving on. When he was 16, the government tried to apprehend him at his foster parents house, and he was only able to escape thanks to his beloved guardians creating a distraction. Five months later, he found out his foster parents were killed that very night. At present, Logan still helps as many spirits as he can move on and attempts to live as a relatively normal citizen of Otaria. However, the thought of the government still plagues the back of his thoughts. Though head-on revenge was out of the question, he was determinedly set on waiting for a moment where they would finally slip. Patiently, and that's when he would make his move.


Special Ability's - Can direct souls to the life beyond AFTER the soul leaves the original body. Is also a pyrokinetic, able to make flaming whips and such.


Other - Wears a gold-chained necklace with a crescent moon being pierced by a sword pendant around his neck. According to his foster parents, he wore it since he was adopted as an infant.

Personality: Sneaky, and mean. Blunt and not very social. Loves the smell of death and the taste of flesh.


History: She was there through the good and the bad times, learned to hate all humans and some other species. Absorbs people’s souls: Prefers women’s souls. She found Belial when he was a child and raised him to be evil, but realizing he was a sweet kid, used him to her advantage. She orders him around, but in reality can’t be without him. He is the only important thing to him.

Personality: Quiet and reserved. He isn’t anything like his Sister Helena – He is more compassionate and sweet. All he wants is to love and be loved in return.


History: when he was a young child, being born a monster he was cast out into the shadows by his parents. He was picked up by Helena, a Demon who in appearance looks 12, but is really older than time itself. She took care of him and helped him grow, trying to teach him the basics of survival. Upon seeing that he was just an innocent child who knew nothing about hurting people as she did, she used him to her advantage. She would have him bring women in with his charms and looks so she could steal their souls. In reality all he wanted was someone to love and who would love him in return. He follows whatever his sister tells him, because she is his only guardian. He looks human, but when he is in Demon form, he is irresistible and the only way people could tell he was the Damned was when his tattoos began to glow when he used his powers.


Special Abilities: Can hypnotize anyone into doing what he wants, and incredible strength.


Other: Doesn’t like to hurt people, and is a pretty bad fighter.

Personality: Carla is not the sweet girl everybody thinks she is. She is ruthless, fierce, and deadly. She never backs down from a fight, and always loves a good challenge. She is very quick on her feet and agile, so escaping or tricking an opponent is easy for her. In her panther form, she has twice the strength, intelligence, and fierceness as she would in her human form.


Even though she may seem like a dangerous person, she does have a soft spot if you REALLY get to know her. But nobody has ever took the chance, and simply left her alone instead.


History: Carla never knew her parents, and grew up alone with her grandmother. She taught her the meanings of life, and how all evil was meant to be destroyed. Unlike her mother and father, Carla's grandmother was also a shifter of the snow panther, which surprised Carla. Her parents were not shifters, and were normal humans. At least that's what she's heard.


Carla learned how to fight in both her human form, and snow panther form. As she grew older, she became stronger. But her grandmother was beginning to worry. Carla was getting more, and more ruthless everyday. Her grandmother could do nothing but watch her become the monster she thought she would never become.


After she turned 18, Carla left her grandmother's house and never returned.


Special Abilities: She is able to camouflage into snow, or any color of white. And since she has cat-like eyes, she also has night vision. She even has a little bit of super strength (Which still means she is very strong.).

Name: Aaron Swanson.


Age: 17 years old.


Gender: Male.


Species: Vampire.

Personality: Aaron is very stubborn and a little bit sarcastic. He doesn't really listen, and prefers to do things on his own. For some reason, he can make people laugh, but keep a straight face at the same time. It makes people laugh twice as hard.


Even though he may seem serious all the time, he can loosen up and have some fun once in a while. But not usually.


History: So far, it is unknown.


Special Abilities: He is very sly, and could sneak past someone without them even knowing. He also can blend in with shadows, the only problem is that his eyes can become visible sometimes, which blows his cover.
