Bug Images won't resize

I've had this issue for a while but the long story short is my images won't resize.

For example, I'll create a post and resize the image like so:

And then it'll look resized when I post it but as soon as I reload the page or something it'll appear at full size again:

HI! I saw your issue, it must be the type of picture used for I have a bit of a problem with that as well, you might have to use a different format of the picture
