The Seelie Court has governed all manner of magical beings since time immemorial. The court is divided between the reigning monarch, the assembly, and the Great Houses. The current monarch is High King Eoldred, who has ruled for over 800 years, although not consecutively. Eoldred is a noble warrior and shrewd politician. His wit and greatsword have kept order amongst the varying members of the court for the past 213 years.
