How to make multi-sectioned threads?

I've noticed that, along the top of most RP threads, there's a variety of different tabs. They say things like 'Overview,' 'Sign-Up,' 'Chat,' things like that. I'm planning on making a thread that would really benefit from having that, but I have no idea how I'm supposed to make it happen. Please help!! : ^ /

When you create a roleplay, you'll already have 4 tabs: In-Character, Overview, Sign Up and OOC. Now I'm not sure if they changed this or not, but next to those tabs, you'll see one marked "Request Tab" or something like that. Just click it, do what it says and you should be good to go.
