It was late, really late. Jarack had been up all night, trying to track down the woman who had put one of his own men behind bars. Jarack had gotten her phone number from an anonymous source. He was tracking her number but it had been off for a long while, and he had no results until about 1 AM. When her number showed up on the map, he was out the door and ready to go.
It took about 35 minutes to travel to her location, in the dark of night. He had a bottle of chloroform, duct tape, rope, and a small grappling hook. He got out of his dark van and slowly made his way to her home, grappling to her roof and making his way to her window, peeking in just slightly to see if the coast was clear enough for him to make his move.
