Personality: Sadistic, cold, calculating, and cruel. He plans and schemes, killing all the while.


Bio: When he was little, he loved his sister very much, despite living in a poor family. His father was abusive, but Joe took all the beatings for his sister. One day he was at school, but his sister stayed home, due to being sick. He thought his dad was at work, not knowing he took the day off. When he got home, he found the broken mangled body of his sister lying on the ground, she also showed signs of rape, with his father towering over her, covered in blood. As his father was hurling insult's at his presumably dead sister, Joe's eyes turned blank, and robotically went to the kitchen and grabbed a knife. He then tortured his father, trying to keep him alive as long as possible. Screams were heard from the house, and neighbors called the police. By the time they got there, Joe was gone, and the police presumed him either the culprit or kidnapped. He was never found, but more incident's kept popping up, until not many people wanted to live there anymore, making the entire town go bankrupt. He then enlisted in the military, hoping to sate the endless blood lust he acquired, but even killing enough men to be hailed as the 'God of Death' wasn't enough. Having almost won the war, he defected to the other countries side and helped them, killing off many. Eventually a peace treaty was signed, and he was hailed as a war criminal by both countries. It was then he became an internationally wanted man, starting a terrorist organization just to try and sate his overgrowing blood lust. He devastated several countries, yet he still couldn't get rid of it. It is said that his killing intent alone, can now make people die on the spot, due to it's massive size.


Crime: Manslaughter, armed robbery, war criminal, capital murder, felony murder, involuntary man slaughter, terrorism, and many others, but never dared harm a woman, nor even touch one.


Likes: Blood, fire, death, A7X, 5FDP, cigarettes, cigars, wine, money, being alone.


Dislikes: Bad wine, water, 'annoying' people, loud places, company, letting a victim escape, those that insult his sister, hurting, and touching women, and those that are arrogant.
