how about something with mythical creatures having wars against other races in an alternate world. Like Fey, Demons, Vampires, Lycan, Nymphs etc, and they all have like allies. Our twospecies could be trying a new alliance with eachother in order to conquer a common enemy, butblood runs hot between us because of past issuesin between our kingdoms or something like that.
