Highwaymen will be a simple turn-based strategy game. Players will primarily be merchants (a minimum of three are required to start the game) ferrying a variety of goods between the seven cities of the Kingdom of Cifeiron, but there will also be two additional spots (also required to start the game) for the roles of sheriff and brigand, respectively. Sheriffs and brigands can both work towards and against the interests of merchants depending on how honest, or, dishonest, the parties involved are willing to be to turn a coin. Should this roleplay be, at minimum, moderately successful, its events and characters would be canonized in an ongoing series of RPs set in this same kingdom, potentially leading up to a more traditional nation building experience in time. Every five turns, more features and roles will be continually added.

While it is not necessary to have a Discord to be in this RP, a Discord link will also be available for a server where people can talk about the RP until a secondary RPN OOC is made.
