I'm someone who's interested in writing in theory, but has trouble motivating himself to actually do it. I've tried RPing in the past to get more involved in writing stories and generally had fun, so I thought I'd give this site a shot.

As a (magic) penguin enthusiast, I can certainly appreciate your enthusiasm for pandas, otters, and octopi. I also appreciate the discord link, which will undoubtedly come in handy.

Thanks for the welcome. I'm partial to fantasy and medieval genres myself, so I'll probably start looking in those forums. Tempting me with virtual snacks is cruel, however, as it makes me wish for things to eat that are not physically present. For shame.
