  True Neutral. If you don't give him a reason to get involved in something, he probably won't bother with it.
  
  Personality:
  Prussia, when it comes to social interaction, could be described as shy, though this is more or less based around the fact that he actually can't speak and people who don't already know him would assume that he's scared to interact with them. Does it help that he writes to communicate with people who don't speak sign language? No, definitely not. In actuality, he's kind of anti-social and introverted, so, if he's seen somewhere with a lot of people, it's pretty likely that he was literally dragged there. It's unlikely that he'll enjoy going to any sort of party, though the snacks are nice...
  
  While he generally seems pretty melancholy, his temper isn't the best. The worst that will generally happen when he gets angry is that he'll angrily gesticulate a you instead of writing down what he wants to say or using proper sign language. If you're pretty damn good at figuring out context clues, you may even understand what he's trying to say when he's waving his arms around like some sort of lunatic. Being around him a lot might also help someone to figure out what he means when he's frustrated. You know, probably like his little brother. Against all odds, he doesn't frequently become violent when angry.
  
  Severely OCD, Prussia will compulsively clean when he sees anything that is dirty, out of order, or he otherwise doesn't think it's in acceptable order. This extends to places other than his own house; if he looks in somebody's wardrobe and sees that the shirts aren't sorted meticulously by colour and shade of said colour, he will start organizing it for them. This could be why he almost only wears grayscale, that's easy to sort.
  
  Despite his anti-social behavior and temperament issues, he's not half as bad a guy as you may expect. He's actually rather sociable if someone chooses to start a conversation with him, though he also doesn't seem to have much of a filter. There's only one thing that he's shy about, and that's the fact that Germany got him into anime. Otherwise, he definitely is not shy, and is willing to talk about almost any aspect of himself to the point of being kind of crude. He's pretty damn smug and cocky, actually. He goes through some periods where his self confidence is low, but generally that's not the case.

  Prussia is stronger than he looks, though getting him shirtless will reveal that he's actually pretty well muscled. Still, he's absurdly strong- Not quite as strong as America, but definitely still absurdly strong for his size. That's not even counting his robotic prosthetic arm.
  
  Scars/Tattoos:
  Goddamn does he have a lot of scars.
  
  Hair:
  Prussia has long, gray hair, that has a hint of blond to it though it only shows under certain lighting. If he wasn't albino, he thinks he'd have the same colour hair as Germany. Some days, it's messy, and sometimes he actually takes the time out of his day to style it. For someone obsessed with keeping things clean, he really doesn't seem to give a shit about how his hair looks.
  
  Eyes:
  Red, most of the time. For some reason, some days his eyes can be blue or purple, despite how they shouldn't have the pigment to do that.
  
  Other Information about his appearance:
  He lost his right arm during the time the Berlin wall was up, perhaps to symbolize him being cut off from West Germany. Since then, he's had a robotic arm made, which he can take off and put on as he pleases. If he's in a bad mood, he might throw it at somebody who asks him to give them a hand. He's convinced that, once East Germany fully recovers from the Cold War, his arm will regenerate; after all, he's lost several fingers, toes, and even once an entire hand in wars, but they always regrew.

  Friends-
  Everyone???: He doesn't like everyone, but the fact that he's quiet means that a bizarre amount of people seem to like him whether he considers them friends or not. He doesn't quite understand how this happens.
  
  2p!Austria: It almost seems begrudging, but Prussia genuinely cares for Austria. He can get kind of irritated if he gets too clingy, but overall he doesn't mind how Austria acts. His teeth are kind of frightening, though.
  
  Altbird: Just a little black bird that's frequently around him that, like 1p!Prussia, he never notices. Generally, Altbird is taken care of by Germany, though Prussia is shown to be very fond of his eternal chick pet when he remembers his existence.
  
  Family-
  2p!Germany: Prussia's younger brother. He can get annoyed at Germany due to his slobbish tendencies, but he nonetheless loves him and spends a majority of his time around him. That won't stop the occasional fist fight from breaking out nor Prussia getting annoyed when he has to pick up Germany's room, but that's okay. He frequently wishes he was taller than Germany, so that he looked a bit more like the older sibling. Determined to out-gay his little brother.
  
  Enemies-
  2p!Russia: Prussia hasn't been on good terms with him ever since the whole 'Berlin Wall' thing. He's absolutely terrified of Russia, and tends to hide behind Germany whenever he has to come face to face with him. If Germany isn't available, he'll also cling to anyone else near him, so long as there's at least one person between the two of them. That definitely isn't his only feeling when it comes to Russia, though; the mere sight of him ignites a brutal rage in Prussia, and so far the only thing to stop him from trying to harm/potentially kill him is his own common sense. They were friends before the second World War, but he doesn't seem to care about prior their prior relationship anymore.

  He is rather mature, able to compose himself as an adult most times. Taking on a motherly figure for Sealand, and a housewife figure when he's at home, he's talkative mostly around Sweden. Outside of this, he tries not draw too much attention to himself. Unfortunately, Finland has suffered the most in his past out of the Nordics, so as a result, he has a hard time when speaking. That's another reason why he tends to hold in his emotions, only revealing a some of them to Sweden, and typically keeping the rest to himself. His trouble with conversations can make others misunderstand him, but he tries to push it off by offering jokes to fill in the awkwardness.
  In his free time, he cooks a healthy dinner for his family, unsuspectingly jams to his favorite Finnish and Swedish heavy metal groups, and he watches the Moomins. Due to the crazy Finnish climate, he has an unusual strength when it come to enduring the weather. His figure and persona would suggest him to be a bean, but if he's seen with a rifle slung over his shoulder, don't be surprised. He only uses it in times of trouble, such as when he's trying to protect something or someone.

  History:
  In 1919, Finland became a republic after overthrowing the German king that had been brought in. In the 40's, Stalin attempted to offer Finland other land in exchange for his own, but Finland denied, so Russia brought in force. Known as the Winter War, Finland was heavily outnumbered, but he left Russia in the dust-- snow. That didn't stop the Russians though, and Finland was forced to give up parts of his land. So he sided with Germany for WWII, but Britain declared war against Finland. Eventually, Finland dropped out of the war and worked up peace treaties and paid reparations.

  Emotions come easy for 2pSweden. He does not follow the idea of "Lagom," or blending in. In fact, he's often struggling with how much of his emotions he should hide and which parts he should flaunt. When alone, he can gain a yandere personality, all happy on the outside but secretly psychotic for Finland. After he goes home at night, he spends most of the time plotting ways to get Finland to fall in love with him. Opposed to his counterpart, occassionally he can be seen... smiling. On the opposite side of the spectrum, he has a tendency to yell at those he sees as delinquents to get his point across. If he sees someone running around inappropriately, he won't be afraid to tell them off.
  2pSweden has a day job, working at an Ikea factory. He's a great craftsman! Mostly-- He's sent a few hammers into his hand, stepped on a nail once, sometimes he puts the legs on chairs upside down, thus making it impossible to sit. At least one of his co-workers stopped him before he drove the circular saw over his precious fingers. He's never gotten a promotion or anything, but he does always put his best effort forward. He names his at-home furniture too.

When Sweden goes to the sauna, he's always extra careful to cover his upper left thigh, because he has a two inch tattoo of a christmas gift. The tattoo is decorated to appear of the first gift that Finland ever delivered to Sweden on Christmas (To Sweden's memory). He would show it off, but it's kind of private, and sentimental, and he's seen as crazy enough already.

He doesn't go full out, but sometimes he will brush on some mascara and eyeliner, some light neutral eyeshadow, and highlight to glow to the gods.
