Realistic or Modern Hell, Upside down

The S.S. Poseidon is on route from New York to Venice when a rouge wave hits the boat. The boat is flipped over completely and with 70 percent of the passengers dead it is up to a small band of survivors to make their way through the capsized ship. With only a few hours to make there way through the ship the survivors will make their way through flooding, fire, and dead bodies. As one might say, its Hell, upside down.
