how do I manage this mess?

HARRY POTTER ROLEPLAY
Hi! I’m looking to start a Harry Potter group roleplay, based around a Harry Potter revenge theme were Harry finds out that James and Lily were either actually dark/or not his real parents, and that Dumbledore has been lying and manipulating him.
*Will be taken to a vote when all characters have been taken*
Other things like:
1. Which side each Weasley family member is on
2. Which side Draco’s parents are on
3. If Voldemort/Tom is really the good guy or still bad
4. If Hermione will be a good character or not
5. If Harry is Dark or Gray
6. If James and Lily were really dark/or they weren’t really Harry’s parents or something else
7. Who Harry Ends up with, choices being: Draco, Fred, George, or Blaise)
8. And Other relationships
9. What side the main members of the order really are on
10. And other things I can’t think of at the moment.
CHARACTERS:
If a character has a * next to OPEN then that means if nobody else wants it I will play it.
Albus Dumbledore: OPEN
Harry Potter: OPEN
Sirius Black: OPEN*
Remus Lupin: OPEN
Voldemort/Tom Riddle:
Dark lord steel
Draco Maloy: OPEN*
Fred Weasley: me! (

Blaise Zabini: OPEN
Severus Snape:
Queen_of_the_Fairies
Ron Weasley: OPEN(not needed)
Hermione Granger:
Queen_of_the_Fairies
Luna Lovegood:

Ginny Weasley: OPEN(not needed)
If any other character is needed then whoever needs them will play them,
The lit will probably end up being 1-3 lines in first person point of view since there are so many character slots.
First comes first serves with roles, but if you cannot come regularly then please do not take a role right away
(Also when I mean regularly I mean respond at least two or three times every two days, but it would be fantastic if you could do more)
If you want you can put your characters Name in front of everything you say to make it easier for everyone.
And reminder I am new to this website so bear with me
