I guess the whole apologizing so much...I can seem to stay in one personality, its like she's bipolar (kinda like me)

Well then maybe you should incorporate that into her character? Switching back and forth between how she's feeling... it also makes sense if she's not because I don't know about you but when I'm upset, I become extremely touchy about everything. One wrong look could set me off So she could apologize or she could walk off in a huff or just turn and flee... all responses make sense.
