Appearance:
1546535475414.png
He stands at 1.82 Meters, and weighs 77 Kilograms.
Personality: Ashitaka is a generally reserved person, opting to be more polite and formal rather than friendly. He is very cynical, and tends to have a hard time making friends. That being said, he is a kind soul, and travels the lands in the hopes that he might be able to improve life for those less fortunate that most.
Backstory: Ashitaka is the first of five children. He was born without his right eye. He has three sisters and a brother, all of which were initially too young to work. In order to make ends meet, he began working with his father at age 19, as a hired blade. His grandfather, a few years before his passing, taught him everything he now knows about swordplay. Unfortunately, at age 22, a seemingly easy job went very badly, and Ashitaka's father was ultimately killed. He carries his father's ring as a memento.
After the incident, Ashitaka found work as a security firm for a trading fleet, and for a while, that was all he did. He would see the world on a weekly basis. However, after an incident in his home village, appropriately named "The Burning," Ashitaka, as well as his siblings and mother, were forced to flee Mokushu. He called this period of his life "the time of troubles."
Ever since then, he has worked as a traveling mercenary, sending his earnings to his siblings.
Weapons & Armor:
Katana(s), a chain whip, and a pocket of throwing knives. He wears traditional Mokushujin garb, which is light and comfortable, but offers little in the way of defense. He has two gauntlets: one made of steel on his left arm, which he uses to parry attacks, and one made of leather, allowing the user to take minor blows, without compromising his attack pattern. He wears either sandals or leather greaves depending on the weather.

Items & Personal Belongings: Ring (Father's)
Skills & Abilities:
-Mortal Draw;
a Self perfected technique. It allows one to quickly defeat the enemy by cutting off their head.
There is no defense. The mortal draw deals death.
That being said, the user must have a sheathed blade, and must be extremely close to the enemy for the attack to work without flaw.
-Firm Stance;
A stance assumed to be defensive, allowing the user to focus and and execute attacks with precision.
-Sharp Stance;
A stance with the tip of the blade facing the enemy. Excellent for thrusting attacks.
-Drawing stance;
Necessary for the Mortal Draw. A stance in which the user stands at the ready, with one hand resting on the hilt of the undrawn Katana.
Spells & Magic:
In his travels, Ashitaka has learned a few basic healing spells, but has no original magic of his own. That being said, he will partake in several traditional Mokushujin rituals, including rituals of protection and good fortune.

  • Basic InformationName: Kezeroth
    Aliases: World Ender
    Age: ---
    Gender: ---

    PersonalSexuality: Asexual
    Character Alignment: Chaotic Evil
    Organizations/Affiliations: The Cult of Kezeroth

    Personality: Kezeroth is bent on creating destruction - it seeks no other. However, there are a few occasions when it would attempt to amuse itself, mostly by toying with what it would destroy before granting the deserved fate of the subject. According the very little information that is known about it, Kezeroth would often manipulate those under its influence to do what it desires, and very evidently giving absolutely no concern for its followers.

    Backstory: Way back, before the age of time, there were only two things - the force that creates, and the force that destroys. It was a constant battle between two forces, which led to the creation of the worlds, the gods, and many more things. However, that all changed when the aspect of will was created.

    The force that destroys manifested its own will, and began to go beyond its duty - destroying that which must not be destroyed. A lot were erased from existence - worlds, gods, etc. It took a lot of effort from every creation until this force was vanquished.

    But such ancient things cannot be destroyed, only restrained. With the combined powers of many things, the said force was restrained to a form where its powers are reduced to nearly nothing, and sent it to a blank plane - where it could destroy nothing.

    To retain the balance, another force of destruction was created, but was given no will to manifest - never going beyond its duty to the eternal cycle of creation and destruction.

    However, as fate would have it, the old force would time and time again, attempt to break free from its prison - and though not successful, would have its effect upon the worlds. As the eternal cycle of such continued, it eventually gained a name, and even if it would be eventually forgotten through the ages - Kezeroth, is a name that will keep having its place in history.

    PhysicalSkills & Abilities: The Force that Destroys - Having existed before all, Kezeroth cannot be destroyed entirely - only restrained. And as punished by various beings, it is without form, only relying on what vessels its cult would provide it should it be awakened once more to wreck havoc upon all creation.

563AABDD-D6B9-4D5D-8C07-370133E6877B.jpeg Name: Bailey Cinder
Aliases: Baleygr, Mom
Age: 17
Gender: Female
Character Alignment: Neutral Good
Race: Wraith
The fragile speedster of the undead, wraiths possess high speed and mobility at the price of endurance. Regardless of the cadaver used, a wraith's body will be significantly more fragile than other creatures, with human wraiths being as frail as children. As they're not strictly humanoid, a wraith's form and power is highly dependant on the body used to raise them.

All wraiths are capable of changing into an incorporeal form, which renders physical attacks and obstacles useless against them. This form also grants them limited flight and the ability to hover. As they will take more damage from magic, it serves as a counter (and deterrent) to this form.

The wraith's eyes grant them a number of passive bonuses, which may range from simple farsight to undead detection. This, when coupled with their incorporeal forms, makes them excellent scouts. Their weak physique limits their combat potential, but they have their uses as messengers or delivery due to their speed.
Organizations\Affiliations: Guild of Heroes
Guild Rank: Apprentice
Class: Shadow / Evasion Tank

Personality:
A chatty and sharp tongued individual with a crude sense of humor, Bailey's quips may be aimed at friend or foe alike. Still, she'd not tactless, able to show restraint when appropriate. She may seem insufferable at times, but she does care for her friends and allies. Ultimately, in spite of her harsh remarks, she's good natured, and her altruism is only outweighed by her maternal love. Notably, she has a soft spot for kids, though her own takes precedence.
Backstory:
A late addition to a necromancer's party, raised from his sister's remains, whom she was named after. Despite her being a mere wraith, her master poored his resources into strengthening her, greatly improving her combat potential. After all, the mirror image of his beloved sibling had to capable.

Paired with an undead knight, she served the wizard for a decade before he died of food poisoning. Now, the necromancer had a motherless child prior to his death, not a month old. With her master gone, she took it upon herself to raise the girl in his stead, and the knight agreed to assist. Even after death, their loyalty remained.

The two spent the next few years struggling to keep the child alive. Gradually, what was once duty turned into parental love, as even the stoic knight began to show his soft side. However, as the child grew, she came to realize she'd need a higher paycheck. Leaving the girl in the knight's hands, she set off to find a proper job.

- Speed: Lightweight body with relatively high speed, agility, and reflexes, but extremely fragile.

- Undead: Has all the perks and disadvantages of the undead, including weakness to holy.

- Wraith Eyes: Grants darkvision, immunity to illusions, and life detection.
Spells & Magic:
- Shadow Array: Creates a shadow duplicate of a physical object (within a reasonable size), up to a maximum of 10, which can be freely manipulated.

- Shadow Cloak: Bailey can manipulate her own shadow. It can be used as a form of armor/clothing or aid in movement and combat.

- Shadow Guard: Enters another's shadow, gaining the ability to manipulate it to the same extent as shadow cloak. Those aware of her presence may eject her at will. If she enters an object, attacking the object will also eject her.
