Personality: Evilash is your typical nice girl. She's very shy, not outspoken, and feels as though she belongs nowhere. Her grades are near perfect, although she can never seem to keep her math grades above a C. She's polite as can be, although maybe a little too polite for some people. Her heart is pure and full of good intentions, though her potential is limited due to her lack of self-confidence. On another note, she's known for sometimes making bad puns...oy. Being a witch isn't something she expected...neither is the death of her parents. She'll do what she can, but Evilash makes no promises. Blessed be!


Brief History: After the tragic death of her parents, Evilash moved to Gracewood, California to move in with her grandmother. She moved all the way from West Virginia...it was quite a scene-change. Evilash had kept to herself a lot of first when she moved here..but she slowly adjusted, for her grandmother's love and support was all she needed to get through the day. She attended Gracewood High a week after moving into town, taking time to settle in. As she walked through the halls and attended her classes...she noticed a particular bunch of students seemed very...odd.


When she returned home that evening, she told her grandmother of the first day at the new school...but she got a surprise. Her grandmother revealed the odd kids she encountered, were all part of a Circle of witches, and that she was the final member they were looking for. Her grandmother knew those kids!!! Evilash didn't believe it...but after her grandmother used a little magic, she soon did. She learned the gift of magic skips a generation, so instead of parent-to-child, it's grandparent-to-child. Was her parents' death....a good thing? Or is she now trapped in a new city, a new environment...as part of a Circle of witches, unlocking their true powers...time will tell if Evilash can live up to her potential...her destiny.

Personality: Loyal and Outgoing. Kalama is typically controlled girl, but has quite a short fuse. She's quite the creative, having a passion for music. But she's also quite the fighter, occasionally being spotted almost fist fighting someone nearby who had just looked at her funny. She always looks tired, can take a nap at anytime. She's very protective of her witch friends and would do anything for them. Kal loves napping and often jokes about becoming King of the World.


Brief Backstory: Born in Austin, Texas, the Defrome family moved to Gracewood, California in search of change. She's still got a slight accent from her childhood home. As far as discovering witchcraft, Kal's family was always terrible at keeping secrets. When she walked in on her grandmother practicing fire/earth magic, everyone was surprised. As time progressed, more thing were explained to her, like how there was an entire quarter needed to fully activate her potential. Ever since then, she's been quite impatient to discover the missing link.

Personality: Olivia is a fiery redhead with schedule of her own. She's a tomboy. She really doesn't associate with girly things all that well, nor does she like to think like a girl normally does. Or at least how most people would expect a girl to think. She's quick-witted, feisty, and has nearly no filters. While she may come off as rude herself, she's actually very sweet and caring, that is, once you get to know her and she's warmed up to you. She's a geek, therefore she's typically seen reading a comic in her spare time, or playing her 3DS. Olivia takes pleasure in the little things. Olivia's a punk tomboy and she is going to let everyone know it. But under the fiery exterior and weirdness, is a heart of gold and a girl who's just wanting to aspire towards friendship...but she'd slap you before letting you say it.


Brief Backstory: When Olivia was a little girl, she and her parents moved around all over the place. She was born in Miami, Florida. This was tough on her, since the frequent moving always seemed to stop her from making friends. But her grandmother always made up for it. Though her granny doesn't keep up with the modern society and technology, she is very skilled in telling old stories and putting on "magic tricks." Olivia of course though it was all practical magic, like hidden pockets, and loved it since her granny seemed to enjoy doing it. Her grandmother moved around with her and her parents, so she always felt like she had a friend.


When she came of age, her granny revealed to her the power of real magic. On the appropriate birthday, her granny got her alone and told her. As time went on, she taught her the bases of her powers, and even offered to settle down in Gracewood, California with her. And due to her grannies magical powers, a little mind manipulation helped her and her family say in Gracewood. Olivia is eager to know more about her magic, and wants to learn all she can from her granny. (I feel generic as hell with her backstory, but oh well xD )

Millie is quite bubbly and she usually has her nose in a book but she is still quite a girly girl and she is into makeup and fashion and clothes even if it is the more black than pink. Even though she loves reading she isn't very smart she can usually manage a C or a D at school if she studies hard, she is quite a responsible person even if she is quite forgetful. She has a calm easy going nature, but has a hot temper towards anyone who she thinks has betrayed her or tricked her, she can be a bit naïve and easily tricked. She honest and quite a gifted liar although she doesn't really like how good she has become at it. Millie is Loyal and will not forgive anyone who betrays her trust, she will do anything for her friends but she tends to get carried away and get herself into trouble. She isn't violent but she is the kind of person who would hug someone to death and if she did attack you chances are she would hurt herself more than you. She tends to try and charm her away around her parents and is good as reading peoples body language and guessing what they are thinking. She is quite polite but will be rude and cold towards anyone she dislikes. Millicent is also quite stubborn. She has a quite outgoing personality and is easily tricked she tends to not hold a grudge . But she can come across as annoying and naïve to people who don't know her.

Background:

​

Millicent was born in London and lived there until she was 6 her parents moved to Gracewood her parents were born there. Because she was partly raised in London she has a mix between a London accent and a American accent. She would spend her time with her grandfather helping him tend to his garden and watching the stars with him at night when he died Millie continued to look after his garden although this was more for him than because she wanted to. Her mother was a bookworm who worked from home as a writer and so was her father, but they both wrote different things , her father wrote about the weather and plants and animals whilst her mother wrote stories and newspaper articles.

(The Magic Side of things)

They moved into Millicent's grandparents old house , her grandmother was "Ill" and currently living in a mental care home for delusions and hallucinations. Millicent would visit her every week with her parents, when she turned 13 she went to the care home alone, her grandmother pulled her into the garden and told Millicent about the fact she was a witch and therefore that meant so was Millicent. At first Millicent didn't believe her and assumed it was part of her grandmothers hallucinations as her mother had warned her about her grandmothers delusions and wild stories, but her grandmother used her charm and a bit of magic and convinced Millicent of the truth. After that Millicent felt quite alone as she had quite a honest nature and loved her parents and hated keeping a secret this big from them, but she knew she must. As the years past Millicent grew more alone and isolated retreating to her books and her parents vast library and would usually look at her grandmothers private section and teach herself some magic although she mainly relied on her grandmother to teach her. All her friends had given up on her as she had become quite moody and reserved, Millicent felt like she didn't belong anywhere after all her friends didn't even know who she really was. Every chance she got she would visit her grandmother. She adored listening to her grandmothers stories about magic and loved it when she would put on "Magic Shows" for her. Millicent got tired of the lies as the years past so when she met the other girls she finally felt like she belonged somewhere, after all she did have her grandmother to talk to its different when its people your own age, when she met the other girls she became more happy and easy going like her old self.

Hajime has a rather timid personality though once she gets used to you her true playfulness and kind-hearted nature will come out, though she puts up a strong front and is stubborn when it comes to giving-up she gets hurt easily and kinda-... shuts down. She can be lazy, falling asleep through certain classes and in the most random places possible, other than that she's rather mysterious, not much is known about her home life, even amongst her closest friends, And something that, if you're around her enough you learn VERY quickly, though this shy girl hides away most of the time, if you hurt one of her friends or get her angry, I would suggest one of the following, 1. running like hell 2. hiding.


Brief Backstory:


Hajime hasn't had the best life, she never knew her parents as they left her very early in her life without ever giving a reason why, the only thing she has from them is a small pendant with a photo of her mother, her grammar took her in and she quickly learnt of her heritage, being introduced to magic as a five year old was-... 'troublesome' to say the least, for her grandma that is. It's hard enough looking after a small child at her age in the first place but one that can use magic is a whole different story! One day though... an unfortunate event occurred where her grandma was injured by her power, ever since she's been quite hesitant at using magic and overly-responsible for her age, her grammar cannot walk anymore thanks to the incident, so she genrally helps out around the house.


Once she began attending the school though everything changed, she started smiling again and had a good time with her newfound friends that could also use magic, even now though she feels uncertain about what exactly she wants to do with her life... and where it will lead her.
