Fee Rosewald

"As you wish, my lady"

Appearance

Instead of the regal outfits that one could expect of one of her demeanor, Fee is much more likely to be found wearing costumes bearing a resemblance to something that you'd only ever expect to be worn casually within the world of fiction. Her clothing all reeks of being something that someone picked out because they thought it was 'cute', rather than something produced with any from of practically, or formality in mind. Because they are. Every scrap of clothing that Fee owns is essentially just a costume that one of her owners, typically the young Brianna Rosewald, thought would suit her, or just wanted to see her wearing. Because of that, any clothing that could possibly be considered normal is extremely scant within her wardrobe (which, thanks to the impulsiveness of Brianna, is surprisingly large), with the rest of it being much more reminiscent of something you'd see being worn by an anime character or cosplayer. Of course, she doesn't see any issue with that, as dressing in the manner as become the norm for her (especially in the outfit depicted below, which Brianna is particularly fond of), but, it does tend to her leaving some less than ideal first impressions upon those she meets, especially when contrasted against her straight-faced personality.

Likewise, her body is groomed to an outstanding degree of beauty. As far as Fee is concerned, everything she possesses, including her own body, is a belonging of the Rosewald family, and is therefore something that she must maintain to as high a degree as she can. Because of that, she takes steps to maintain the health, well-being, and appearance of her body beyond that which the average warrior would concern them themselves with, dedicating time out of her day to comb, wash, and trim her hair, as well as keeping up a regular routine of exersize and diet to maintain her appearance, as well as strength. The only thing that would come close to 'marring' her skin, is a small tattoo located on the back of her neck, depicting the Rosewald Family Crest, to show her subservience to them. Though, it being what it is, and her being who she is, Fee hardly considers it to be a mar at all.

Basic Information

Student Name: Fee Rosewald

Gender: Female

Age: 20

Species: Faunus - Fox

Psychological Profile

Personality: To start things off on a good note, Fee is monstrously loyal. Most easily observed in her relationship with the Rosewald family, she's someone who will unquestionably obey anyone who has won her loyalty, being willing to follow practically any order so long as it comes from the mouth of someone she considers to be her better. Such as, say, the entirety of the human race. Indeed, the fox-eared girl is one of the very few Faunus who actually finds themselves agreeing with the general mood towards her kind, damning her very own race, as eloquently put by another member of the cast as "pets of above-average intelligence". That, of course, includes herself. Harming a human being, unless in a regulated duel, or ordered by someone she hold in higher regard than the victim, is something that she is strictly against. So much so that even should she be beaten, by a complete stranger, she won't retaliate, so long as they are free of the Faunus's trademark animal features.

She's extremely polite, considerate, and almost never speaks out of line when interacting with people, treating even a complete stranger with the utmost of respect. Assuming they're Human, at least. Her attitude towards the Faunus however, is much to the contrary. When encountering one who doesn't share her subservient demeanor, (meaning, practically every Faunus in the world), she's extremely obstinate flat out rejecting anything they may have to say against her own beliefs, and usually either flat out ignoring them, or spending her time berating them for their disloyalty to her perceived masters. The most best she can ever, realistically, reach with another Faunus is usually a 'tolerable' state, when she's either given up on convincing them, or they've proven themselves as someone useful enough to the human race as they are, despite their contrary views to her own.

Ethics: Fee's ethic's aren't particularly complex. She believes in the common good, abides by the law, and is a generally upstanding citizen. That is, by human standards. She practically plays to all the desires of the human species, behaving in an entirely subservient manner to her pure-blooded cousins, which while being... Somewhat, well and good, on it's own, extends into more tenuous grounds too. Other than believing herself to be below the Human race, she openly believes the entirety of the Faunus people to be below them, regarding her own kind in the same manner as most humans do, 'Slightly above average intelligence pets', who should owe their loyalties to mankind, rather than themselves.

Weaknesses: The most glaring of Fee's weaknesses would be her extreme subservience to the Human race. She's willing to obey practically any random Tom or Jane who sees her on the street, should she not already be carrying orders from a higher authority that run in contrast to theirs. The only exceptions to this, are those humans who are outcasts of their own society, namely beings known criminals, or those she witnesses preforming criminal acts. Furthermore, she's largely unwilling to harm a human being, unless, as earlier mentioned, a higher authority order her to do so.

Her subservience too, often acts as a buffer against any of her own people. With her decidedly poor view of the Faunus race, her opinions on their supposed proper place can cause friction, to say the least. This, combined with the fact that most people she knows, (including herself) consider her to be no more than a bipedal pet, has led to her... Having issues making friends. Often scaring off any Faunus who interact with her, and quickly designating herself as a makeshift butler or maid for any humans she encounters.

Combat Aptitude

Combat Ability: In contrast to what her longer, more defense-based weaponry would lead you to believe, Fee sports a hyper-aggressive fighting style. She's always found on the forefront of a battle, blending her natural agility and light frame with her pole-arm of a weapon, using it to fling herself around the battle, hooking onto the attacks of large enemies to gain momentum, and using it as a prop to dance around smaller ones with heightened ease. Utilizing that, Fee practically never leaves the front lines of the battle, using her mobility to put forth a constant unending wave of attacks onto her foe.

Semblance: Data Funnel - By activating her Semblance, Fee is able to accelerate the workings of her brain, or, more specifically, she is able to accelerate the sections of her brain related to learning, and taking in information. In effect, she is able to speed up the process at which she learns anything many-fold, affording her an extreme degree of adaptability, as it lets her analyze her opponents abilities and patterns at a degree much more quickly than the norm. Other than that, however, it doesn't offer her any tangible combat advantages, leaving her with a lack of the supernatural abilities that her classmates possess.

Team Role: Bruiser / Monitor

Equipment Specifications

Weapon: In terms of gear, Fee is armed with with nothing more than the bare minimum that any aspiring Hunter or Huntress would need. She's without the complex, state of the art weapons that most students are armed with, instead equipping a simple Lucerne, and either a one-handed SMG, or handgun. Aside from taking slight modifications to ensure their effectiveness, (standard reinforcing, and dust-based ammunition, respectively), the weapons are completely mundane. Her use of these owes solely to budget concerns, so, if the opportunity to take up a higher quality weapon should ever arise, you won't find her hesitating for sentimentality's sake.

Subsystem: N/A

Body Armour: Fee's Battle Gear can be described as a sort of modern, fashionable rendition of that of the knights of old. As with most of her things, it is provided to her by the Rosewald Family, baring their color scheme of black, with both red and blue accents as a result. Medium in design, it covers the majority of her vital areas, cold, black metal plates protecting her torso, limbs and feet from any immediate damage. It lacks proper protection for her joints and head, being covered by no more than leather, and being completely unexposed, respectively. The design of the armor, as expected, isn't without it's... Unnecessary elements, having being noted as pointlessly over-designed by the smith commissioned to make it, due to it's featuring a number of needlessly complex straps, buckles, and more, for no reason other than Brianna Rosewald wanting it "To look cool"

Historical Information

Team: I'll message this information to members after they apply, simply edit in afterwards.

Biography: At an early age, earlier than Fee herself can even remember, she was taken in by the Rosewald family. Whether she was taken by force, or by request is something lost to the depths of time.

But, that isn't important.

In contrast, her adopted 'parents', or, more appropriately, Masters, are. Anna and Byran Rosewald. A pair of Atlas Nobles with enough fame and infamy both to their name to make a movie star shudder. What they were known for, was their overwhelming tact and cunning, the two of them having collaborated with the Atlas Military countless times to quell the Faunus menace. Directing and advising them, they'd guided the force to victories both military and political countless times before their taking on of Fee, being known as heroes amongst Men, and menaces amongst Faunus.

Those were the kinds of people that Fee lived with. Growing up, the girl lived surrounded by luxuries that practically no other Faunus could dream of having. Food worth more than most would earn in a year, baths bigger than some had bathrooms... To most, it would have been an enchanting way to live. To most, that is. Fee, on the other hand, was only surrounded by those things, surrounded by those things that were meant not for her, but... For her Masters. Because Fee, in contrast to the young Brianna Rosewald who she grew up alongside, was raised not as a child, but a pet. Surrounded by luxury, she lived with little that could supersede modesty, the only place that she could (barely) call her own within the entire estate of the Rosewald's being one, tiny, bedroom.

But, she wasn't one to mind. No, that would have been out of line. It would have gone against the things she'd been taught. To be loyal, to act only in the favor of Mankind, to think only in the favor of Mankind... Yes, that was the way she had to act. She had to act that way because she was not a Human, no, she was only a Faunus. She was only an Animal. So, living in civilization like she was, she, surely, was only a Pet. A for a pet to think ill of her owners, for her to think ill of the Rosewalds, or for a pet to be ungracious of what was given to her... Or for her to be ungracious of what was given to her... That was the greatest offense she could offer.

That, was how Fee was raised to think.

And by the time she was of a reasonable age, she'd taken it in fully. Her loyalty towards not only the Rosewalds, but the Human race, was something to be beheld, and her beliefs in the words she'd been raised with were nigh on unshakable. So, with that, the reason the Rosewalds had taken in her at the first place could come to fruition. Throughout her life, they'd raised her to be a pet, something their daughter held closely, and something that she would dress up and play with throughout her whole childhood. But now, they needed something more than a pet. Something more than a cute, fluffy dog for their child to play with. They needed a bloodhound. Something to turn against the Faunus, that held their animistic instincts, and something that could cause termoil within their ranks with their 'traitorous' presence.

That was what they'd taken Fee in for.

So, they began to prepare her. In place of attending Lyse, they brought in their own trainers, ones who could teach Fee the ways of combat while, at the same time, consolidate their own teachings. And only after her time was done with them, and they were confident that the girl would not be swayed within the environment of Pharos, would they send her to that Academy.

And when that time came, she set out without question. Ready to stay there until she would reach a rank appropriate to serve under the Rosewalds once more.
