Brandon Clark was born in Vault 3. From a young age, he was an avid studier of pre-war texts and literature, especially that of which revolved around patriotic, anti-Chinese, anti-communist propaganda. This influenced him later in life, as he would grow to hate anything considered (by the books, posters, and documents he read) "un-American," especially anything relating to Asian, Chinese, or Communist culture. He was found to be a great speaker in his early years, even going as far as to attempt to start a debate team in his last years in the vault school system. Brandon had an incredibly rocky relationship with his parents and sibling, as his parents always held his brother above Brandon in most all situations. This relationship with his parents eventually lead to Brandon accepting a dare to leave the vault for two months. Brandon spent those two months wandering the wastes. When his two months were up, he began on their trek back, only to later hear on the radio that his vault has been overran by Fiends. With a new kindled hate for all things raider, as well as with nowhere to go, Clark roamed the wastes, until he eventually came across a small town by the name of Goodsprings. He now resides there, prospecting for anything of value in order to make his way.

Raised and educated on Pre-War American Propaganda, so Enclave looks favorable in his eyes, as well as has a strong dislike for anything asian, socialist/communist, and anything considered "un-American," wandering the Wastes have toned this propaganda spirit down from what it was, but he is still highly impressionable by anyone that is for the American way of life, or that shows incredible patriotism.

AIBA had been the prototype of a self-improving Artificial Intelligence, one without the requirement of an organic processor such as the Robobrain, and one that could be mass produced commercially and militaristically without the requirement of the human brain. The project was unable to become widespread, as the Great War took place only years after the Protectron and its artificial intelligence had been created, leaving it to eventually have to fend and adapt for itself in the remains of the outpost it had been located within at the time.

Clark, originally a miscreant scrounging for caps in Novac he had grown tired of being treated like trash gathered a group of weak minded unintelligent beggars to join up with him into a raider group known as the "Thorns". After years of successful raiding and pillaging and gaining the name Fish Claw from someone giving him an irradiated fish tooth his gang was killed off due to there being a rift in the hierarchy not seeing eye to eye eventually leading up to having a small civil war. Clark was getting a harsh reality check that his raiding days were over. Clark had cleaned himself up and used his remaining caps to buy a cheap suit and a spot for a small office building in the New Vegas strip. He's been spending his retirement as a private investigator for the public, or any organization willing to shell out the caps.

Anti-natalist doctor that religiously adheres to the Hippocratic oath. He sees himself as slightly above normal humans and envies them for being somewhat close to true happiness. He sees killing people as a medical procedure to minimize their pain (because they must be truly miserable if they decide to attack him). He sees weapons as tools and nothing more. He wears the gas mask to dehumanize himself without real success. When being asked about "Betsy" he simply ignores the question. He enjoys himself around cute animals for some reason, although "cute" is relative.

Clive was born in Westside, the second of four children to two radiers, Brenda Kimchi, and Micheal Boddie. After his birth, his parents quit being raiders and got jobs salvaging scrap around New Vegas. When Clive was 5 years old, his parents where forced to become raiders again due to being fired from their job. With the change of life of his parents, they started abusing drugs more and more. After a few months, Clive's older brother, now 14 couldn't take it anymore. He took his younger siblings and they left westside looking for refuge. They where not ready for the dangers outside in the wastes though. The first day they did not have too many problems, but later that night they struggled to find a place to sleep. By the midnight they settled for sleeping outside in a tent that they brought with them. Later that night Clive woke up to see the corpses of his siblings strewn around on the floor, a large golden gecko tearing away at his younger brother's chest. Clive turned around to run, when a tall dark skinned stranger, wielding a revolver shot the golden gecko straight through the head. Clive looked down and saw a large claw mark from where the golden gecko clawed him, he immediately passed out. When he woke up he was in the boomer camp. ever since he was living there he has always been more interested in interacting with the wildlife around the afb instead of learning much about munitions. He was always content with throwing a grenade, and not knowing how it worked.

Paul has a taste for the finer things in life. Video games, Nuka Cola, personalized robots, and Brahmin steak, as fine as it gets for the Enclave military. He as a slight case of OCD and tends to dislike when things fuck up with out reason, and by dislike I mean he flips his shit. When he was first granted his rank and position he kept his anti-social tendencies for a time, until he began to become comfortable in his place. Five years after being promoted to Major and dozens of speech and history classes later he is a force to be reckoned with. Whether you dare pose a challenge to his strategic might or try to beat him at Grognak and the Ruby Ruins, you may or may not be facing a giant in disguise. Background
Paul Richardson is the older half-brother of the late Peter Richardson. While it is unknown how Peter died, it is known that he was a very dangerous individual to the NCR and BoS. Five years ago Paul was pulled out of the back of a computer research station. The Enclave Secret Service believed that since Peter was such a dangerous and formidable agent that Paul would be the same. At first it seemed that Paul was meant to stay in his field of research. Until he learned that his brother had been KIA. For a long time Enclave Secret Service agents hid who died and who didn't but it had been too long since Peter's death, they could no longer could hide it from Paul's family, just Peter. Peter flipped on a dime and gave up his work in the computer research field for studying for his mandated classes. When his training was finished he turned out to be just as dangerous as his younger, even more so in a sense of who was more ruthless.
Going back to his early childhood Paul experienced first hand the cruelty of the NCR. At Navarro he watched helplessly as the Enclave was battered and attacked on all sides by NCR. Days earlier dozens of the base personnel deserted, to leave the rest of them to die. A full scale slaughter ensued the days following the mass desertion. It was only out of sheer luck and sacrifice that Paul, along with twenty five other children, were evacuated on the only working vertibird. He watched from a window as the last defenders of Navarro died in a hellfire of plasma and bullets. When he arrived at the Midwest base he found his half brothers and found that he was ostracized from them by their mother. He grew up an orphan among his brothers and only found comfort in the unreal world of computers. When he came to age and graduated from his military training he was placed into computer and robotic science programs. Unlike six of his brothers, he didn't excel in leadership, physical prowess, or the charismatic virtues his father held. Except for his youngest brother, Peter. Peter excelled with Paul in robotic and computer sciences, although Paul was stronger in these field. Peter also held a middling level in the skills his full blooded brothers had. He could fight, he could lead a platoon, and he could talk to people with ease.
While they grew close due to their work stations being close to one another, it wasn't until the destruction of Ravenrock that they truly became brothers. Peter lost all of his family except Paul and finally embraced his brother. Yet they grew apart when the Secret Service approached Peter with a proposition. Paul didn't know anything about it at the time but Peter would be trained to become a truly devastating weapon against the enemies of the Enclave. A year into the program and Paul stopped receiving letters from his brother. A year more and the Secret Service extended the same offer they had given to Peter. Paul took it hesitantly, but as Paul learned of his brother's death he grew into his role as a son of Richardson.
After his training was finished he was given orders to take a different approach than his late brother. Peter had been a strong field man, he could navigate the wastes and make the best of his environment. Paul on the other hand was a master tactician and strategist. Every battle simulation he ran resulted in a low yield victory, but not a single soldier was lost unless the enemy attempted a last second attack. His skills in subversion, counter intelligence placing, and defensive attack strategies were beyond that of any living Enclave officer. They sent him into the Mojave with two Vertibirds and a long range radio. Within a week he had broken into a recently unknown abandoned military base, restored it to minimal self reliance efficiency, and began sending his men out for counter intelligence projects. His only casualty was one of his vertibirds, and the only reason it became a casualty was because the vertibird itself was so old that it had rust on its rotors.
In summary the Enclave is scraping the bottom of the barrel, they can't produce any success and they're losing numbers faster than they can pump out babies. One thing they have going for them is they dug down deep enough to find gold. Already Paul is proving to be a truly priceless asset, and he hasn't even begun his mission yet. It is as follows: Take in young orphans, train them, generate support for the enemies of the BoS and NCR, gather a native following, and insight full Enclave supported rebellion. While he has never refused an order, he does have other plans for the Mojave, he is much more deadly than the Enclave believes him to be, even more so than Peter.

Background
David Lynch was a vault dweller from Texas, Settled in an old world military base. He served as junior technician after the GOAT, Wasting away in the dark computer lab of the vault. He became infatuated with the wasteland, To see what became of his ancestral home and eventually he volunteered to go on an expedition where he served as their field medic. The vault was later contacted by the Enclave, A weakened and battered form of themselves. They stationed themselves in the vault, Training the dwellers how to use the arsenal left behind in the base that is their home and train them to become soldiers and support. David was the latter, They shifted his efforts of technology to that of medicine, Training him as a field medic. Eventually, The Enclave's presence was found by a local chapter of the Brotherhood. The siege of their vault was bloody and during the conflict the order to evacuate all non combatants but a few to escort them and to scuttle the vault to trap the remaining enemy forces. David was one of the few to survive the exodus, Eventually landing in the land of gold, A town called Goodsprings. There he sells the scrap he finds out in the wastes, Hoping one day to here the enclaves call to arms again.

A satchel can be seen set around his waist, held by a sling put over his shoulder and around his torso, which carries some of his supplies, including the (1) stimpak he has and (1) roll of bandages, as well as (1) silver canteen half-full with Whiskey. On his back and (1) pair of binoculars. In a make-shift holster on his back a Hunting Rifle with a scope can be seen.

Backstory:

Not much is known about Jackson "Gambit" Fowler's past, but that his father was a Veteran Ranger, and his mother was a local farmer. His father Jacob would spend some time with him when he wasn't out on missions, teaching him about new things or gifting him interesting item, going out on small hunts with him when he was a teenager, teaching him how to remain hidden and use a rifle or a revolver. His mother made sure to teach him some sort of manners and reading, and a few things about how to live off the land. But, at around 17, Jackson's father never came home again. And one year later, Jackson decided to carry on his father's legacy, and decided to enlist in the Rangers. He would manage to live quite a long time, not wasting his time with settling down or 'meeting the right girl', Jackson would pay attention to his duties as a Ranger, eventually being deployed around New Vegas, where he had to engage Legion patrols, and once even a small warband. The small NCR Squad he was patrolling the area stumbled upon a relatively large "patrol" force heading their way. The Legionaries, led by a Veteran Decanus would retreat into a small town nearby, as the NCR Sergeant ordered his squad to give chase, Jackson following them as they yelled through the town and the abandoned buildings for the Legionaries to surrender. Before they could know it, they would ambush them, and soon after an intense firefight broke down. Jackson would manage to survive, injuring the Veteran Decanus, and capturing him, returning him to the nearby NCR Outpost, where he had the pleasure of having a rather long talk with him, after he was brought to his senses. Soon after, he was promoted to Veteran Ranger, and it would only pass one more year when he would be finally fed up with the corruption of the NCR, the long conversation which he had with the Decanus haunting him ever since. Jackson would rip off his Ranger insignia, throw away his radio, and desert.

Gained large amounts of respect from the people of Freeside, especially the Kings who they perform for on a regular basis. Main goal is to regularly perform somewhere inside the Strip and live inside the Strip.
