War, war never changes. The year is 2293 and 97 years have passed since the Brotherhood of Steel fought the waves of super mutants on the plains of Kansas and Missouri in a power struggle over the region. In 2245 the cult of bomb worshiping ghouls was violently decimated by groups of raiders that live off the spoils of murder and chaos.
In the time between the chaos of raiders and now, weary travelers come to the once fertile heartland to farm and carve out an honest -or dishonest- life in the harsh and unforgiving land. With its slow but steady growth, the once productive industrial center of the Midwest is sure to be the hub of the region if given time and stability.
Stability- that’s something that is difficult to come by out in the desolate wastes. There are two factions vying for power. The Midland Traders, a vicious band of slavers that range from Iowa all the way south into Northern Texas, and the Rangers, a group born within the tangled skyscrapers of the crumbling ruins of Kansas City that wishes to bring peace to the area by whatever means necessary. Who wins may be up to you.
The City of Fountains is no longer the glistening metropolis that it once was but through ashes of nuclear war the waters of life continue on.

The system that we'll be using is Savage Worlds. You will be provided with the tools to succeed if you're willing to learn how to play, trust me it's really not hard at all!
Knowledge of the Fallout Universe isn't necessary but might be useful when learning about certain concepts, just go to the fallout wiki
