The Bloody Forest:
The Bloody Forest is claimed to be the most haunted forest in the World. In said forest there are the strangest animal maulings and animal caused deaths. Hunters who enter are normally found days or weeks later, ripped to shreds and mauled beyond recognition. The weird thing is, in one group a hunter would have been killed by a Bear, but the next by a Wolf. Some have claimed that the spirits of dead animals roam the forest, killing those who enter. But the Fae know the truth. It was the work of a single Thorn Satyr. They had gotten too close to the city, too close to his home, too his territory. In the end, any hunter who had ventured out too far he killed. The Fae court could not do anything against said Thorn Satyr, it was in his right as a protector to do so. To this day, the forest is avoided by most humans, fearing for their lives.
The Thorn Satyrs:
Thorn Satyrs are the protectors of their forests, claimed by Fae. Or so most of them are. The Thorn Satyrs are large and bulky, knowing how to shapeshift and still commune and control nature. For a human to cross one is considered a fatal mistake, many humans and sometimes even Fae die to the Thorn Satyrs' hands. They like to live alone in their own Tree Hollows, avoiding most and only defending when needed. Violence is their main priority, if they cannot frighten or the human sees them, they will kill them. Thorn Satyrs are feared by all, and are the last people who's badside you want to be on.
