Claims to Fame Outside of being the personal Death Scythe of Lord Kidd, Cyrus is known to be one of the few agents at all with an active "kill count" on other Agents. This is a rare occurrence typically only seen if an individual defects or is otherwise considered unstable. Cyrus having a count is not surprising given his time in the DWMA, but the fact it is rumored to be in the hundreds is. His original stage name was Azure Slasher, but later in his career was changed to Blue Reaper. "Reaper" as a stage name is generally a title that must be approved and is often declined for new applicants. While the requirements are not clear to the public or the bulk of the DWMA, being deemed a "Reaper" (and not diluted version such as False Reaper) is considered an ominous rank among the DWMA Elite.

Unique Traits While his Wavelength is not public knowledge, his reaction times are. Cyrus is known as the "man that sees all" and typically only his Meisters are privy to precisely how this works. It is said his eyes can even track prime Black☆Star and elite Hoshi. In terms of skills, he is known to work as an Autonomous Weapon but primarily is a master of partner-oriented fighting and Resonance. His signature resonance attack, the Azure Slash, is regarded well-known by any individual that would follow his career as it has remained a mainstay of his fighting style since the beginning. The luminescence it creates is not only dazzling, but can be confusing to fight against.

Known Events Cyrus early career was made hunting down Corrupted Humans and Outlaw Witches as was the focus at the time. He achieved Death Scythe status at a relatively young age at 19, before even becoming a Three-Star Weapon by rank requirements, and did not achieve Three-Star until five years later. This is attributed to the chaos of that time and the abundance of Witches to hunt. Not only was he a renown Witch Hunter, but he and his partner are known to be on some of the most high profile Witch assassinations of their era. For most of his known career, he was paired with a partner known as Graveblade, but he did have less notable partners beforehand. His presence during the MIBVI crisis is much less documented and it is said he "vanished like a ghost" during most of that. He became the personal Death Scythe of Lord Kidd in 2061 somewhat unceremoniously as his presence in the DWMA seemed much less impactful as it was during his career hunting Witches.

Claims to Fame Midori was once a renown Monster Hunter instead of assassin during his time paired with a Meister of the name Ao. Due to their versatility, they were placed on an abundance of teams to hunt down Monsters or Magical Creatures with less clear-cut abilities due to the increased risk. Midori is also known as one of the few "successes" of the original Paean Program. He is also known as the only "Death Golem", ie a completely sentient golem technically hosted by Lord Kidd. Midori only has one of the typical "star" eyes in his left eye and it is not particularly bright, earning him the moniker of Darkstar.

Unique Traits While little is known about it, Midori is known to be able to shift into a form made of malleable marble. As a Hoshi, he is a practitioner of the Old Ways and is a known assassin. He is also a known Autonomous Weapon, making him one of the few "solo" Hoshi members. If one were to look into his past, it would be fairly clear he previously focused on his abilities as a ranged weapon instead of his current close-range fighting style. While many might find his speed impressive, compared to other members of the Hoshi with the same age, he trails far behind.

Known Events Prior to becoming a Death Golem, Midori was an up and coming star of his class alongside Ao. The two specialized in Monster Hunting with various high-level threats under their belt, even as a Two-Star pair. Midori is one of the few people in the DWMA to ever be demoted, being reverted back to One-Star briefly after his return to the DWMA. Most famous and controversial of his history was an occurrence in 2062 where he was taken over via magical means as his status as a spy was rooted out. This resulted in the death of two Meisters and exposing many others to Madness. He was defeated and somehow saved by Lord Kidd. He was briefly imprisoned, but much to the chagrin of many people in the DWMA was allowed free and placed into supervision and eventually the Paean Program. This is still a point of controversy among much the upper echelons of the DWMA, however the passage of time somewhat dulled this issue.

Claims to Fame Rand is both a male Witch and a direct descendant of Maba. He is one of only six known male witches to ever come from her bloodline, which itself becomes a much more impactful factor when considering how large her bloodline is given the length of her life and countless partners through it. Knowledge more specific to Mages would be that he is one of the few survivors of the Mabian Eye implant and his extensive knowledge on virtually most subsets of magic.

Unique Traits Rand is not a particularly powerful Witch, which is expected of a male. His magic focuses on utility and utilizes soundwaves in various ways while also being supplemented by various other magical fields of study. The Mabian Eye implant he received only provided a minor bonus to his magical potential, but grants him incredible insight into Mana and the mechanisms of spellcasting.

Known Events Outside of surviving the surgery of the Mabian implant, Rand has little known accomplishments. He is rarely seen in the field and acts as more of a magical scholar. He has an interest in Magitech and has used his keen perception of Mana to assist in various endeavors, but outside of that has accomplished little to gain fame for his name.

  As a Mentor: Marek is a specialist with Anti-Magic techniques and combat. While he inherently does not possess any Anti-Magic Traits, his natural genius as a Meister has aided him in utilizing his two weapons to the fullest. He has a strict focus on figuring out what type of enemy you want to fight, and developing a fighting style around that. Unlike other specialists, such as Anya, he does not believe in the philosophy of "iron sharpens iron" and rejects the notion that there are significant gains from training against other Meisters, unless your goal was to become a hunter of humans.   Claims to Fame Jynx and Styx are the weapon partners of Marek Rung, and have been since his youth. The trio has stayed together for over two decades, and thus are nearly synonymous with each other. Their DWMA accomplishments are directly tied to his, and they do share some weight in the Mabian Courts as his partners, however, neither have married directly in as he has. Outside of the courts, the two siblings have been media icons as models, with many photographers and magazines being obsessed with their aesthetic and unique body forms.
  
  Unique Traits Both siblings are possess an Anti-Magic Wavelength and manifest secondary effects with it. Both siblings can also transform if they absorb mana directly in their non-transformed state. Styx, the younger brother, is capable of creating a thin, mist like effect in a large area that begins reverting personal mana back into wild mana or ambient mana, and in that zone, prevents personal mana from being created. When he transforms into his magic-empowered state, he is capable of absorbing all forms of mana and even some spells, then empowering any strike made with him via that absorbed mana. Jynx, the older sister, can emit her wavelength as a ringing, bell-like sound that results interrupts the control of mana for spellcasting. She can suppress magic, make it more difficult to use, or even cause catastrophic spell failure. When she transforms into her magic-empowered state, her is able to directly target sources of mana, including inside that of a target, and cause it to "flare", expending that mana in a way that internally burns a target. This manaflare ability can extend to spells, causing them to fail or combust upon contact with her ringing. Together, the abilities of the two synergize to even greater effects. In their base forms, Jynx's sonic range is increased in speed and intensity within the mist created by Styx, and Styx can subsequently revert any mana disrupted by Jynx. In their transformed states, any mana burned by Jynx's Manaflare can be absorbed almost immediately by Styx with less resistance than normal mana while Jynx can empower the strikes of Styx with her sonic disruption. During Resonance, their abilities are not only amplified, but create a passive field around Marek that makes him effectively immune to all but the strongest tiers of magic as the sonic emissions from Jynx result in mana being immediately absorbed by Styx.
  
  Known Events Jynx and Styx are twins from the same family line as Thunder and Fire, who were paired with Kilik Rung. Their compatibility with Marek at a young age was considered a generational blessing. In their early years, their anti-magic abilities as opposed to having direct magical or elemental affinities was considered unfortunate, as it went against the nature of their tribe. As they rose through the ranks of the DWMA with Marek, they actually became more distant from their families as they became known as Spellbreakers. Claims to Fame A literal rock star, Ulysses is known the world over for his live performances and band, Freaks of the Academy. A pacifist by nature, Ulysses does virtually nothing in regards to actually doing missions. His mastery over Soul Stitches exceeds any other known user for their niche use.

Unique Traits A Genius Meister from the Stein Family, Ulysses has forgone most combat training to instead focus on alternative applications of Soul Studies. He is capable of using Soul Stitches to string any stringed instrument, allowing for perfect pitch and immediate tuning changes otherwise impossible during live performance. If he were forced to assist in combat, he can use virtually any instrument to sustain or enhance Chain Resonance, and in fact is capable of doing this with completely untrained audience members during live performances

Known Events As his stage persona, Ulysses has played thousands of shows, had minor roles in movies, and has even performed at the Super Bowl half-time show. Controversially, he has spoken out against the rampant use of violence when unnecessary, and is a large supporter of both the Reformed Monster Clans and Witch Alliance.

Claims to Fame: Outside of the few appearances he's made modelling clothes during his early start and later return, Gav is one of three males out of the ten born to his House to achieve anything deemed ‘worthy recognition’. A Gremmori and a Phoenix. “He’s a menace.” A featherless Phoenix. The Meister of a Noble House.

Gav's fame is stapled in his competitive history. He is unlike the cousins of his paternal family, humble and reserved, he was louder, more jeering and more aggressive than they ever would want to be. What defines him currently is his career path as it stands now in success of missions. Outside of the Corrupted, he's gained a record in Monsters, rebellious Mages, and dangerous magic events. This success is one of his personal greatest achievements, even if it isn't something most Wiccan around the social circle find fitting for someone of his lineage.


Unique Traits: Trained under a direct pupil of Black☆Star, Gavril follows the Star Style approach to combat. Capable of Soul Menace, Chain Resonance, and having learned Complex Resonance due to his partner Austin's Anti-Magic wavelength, Gav has dedicated a lot of time into furthering his own physical training by extension during his brief break after Paean. On top of these feats he has furthered his own Perception in the branch of Magic since returning to active field duty. And has expanded his knowledge in magical subjects, especially in the case of Monsters, Witches, etc.

Known Events
- In 2057, two viral videos depict Gav in two different fights. One being the granddaughter of Black☆Star, and Yumi☆Hoshi. Both of which he lost. A third fight is also displayed of him fighting with Agnes Fairhair, a noblesse of Swedish origin with ties to the Swedish crown. Rumors of that specific fight are said to be related to an argument over his dress-code violations and annoyance at being pestered for it.

- Gav is known to have been on Dall Island in 2064, participating in the Paean Program with Midori☆Hoshi, and others that were a part of his specific group prior to the emergency event that led to the program being shut down at the island due to a security measure concern. The program was continued in Death City, which he participated in till his successful graduation.

  Claims to Fame Stein is not the top ranked Meister in the DWMA for no reason. His skills in Soul Studies, application, and combat are nearly unrivaled. He has fought and won against Tier Six Mages, defeated Magical Beasts that any combination of the four others in the top five would have struggled against, and unlike his grandfather before him, is not susceptible to Madness. His feats are plentiful from dethroning Herakles as the Top Meister in the DWMA in singles combat to forcing Black☆Star to utilize his Warrior God form in formal duels. Of all of his feats, his greatest feat is likely his defeat of a reborn Justin Law as a Clown after Outlaw Witches (re)created the Thesian Dutchman using recovered parts of the Nidhogg Factory.
  
  Unique Traits Fredrick is a Genius Meister with overall skill of the highest calibre. Fredrick is capable of virtually all techniques known to Meisters, ranging from Soul Sutures to unique skills only known to Reaper-Class Meisters. While he does not possess Super Soul Perception, he does possess the ability to perceive both Mana and Wavelength through ocular perception. His understanding of Wavelength and even Magic is great enough that he can see patterns in these energies and even predict an action before it is complete. Most individuals within the Top Five specialize in a single facet of Wavelength Amplification, and Fredrick is no different in that regard; his reaction times through amplification are so great that he is capable to out speed the Rank 5 Hoshi Assassin. His skill with Resonance is such that he is known for wielding most weapons and within minutes of contact being able to at least perform basic resonance--if said weapon is capable.

  Claims to Fame Herakles is heralded as the 'strongest' Meister of all time. His physical strength and durability are unmatched, capable of overpowering werewolves and undead alike. Herakles has been on several elite missions, and with his wide arsenal of weapons, he has been well-equipped for most. He follows the Black☆Star methodology of using social media as a platform, and has performed many missions livestreamed to news outlets and various media platforms. While he has been on missions such as assisting with the Thesian Dutchman, he is likely most known as the "most famous" Meister in the DWMA and subsequently his title of the "strongest" Meister creating a misnomer that he is the strongest. Many are surprised to hear he is only Rank 2.
  
  Unique Traits Whether it was by raw training or a genetic gift, Herakles has been gifted an Adonis body that simply seems more capable than others. His soul is strong, his willpower ironclad, and his body immaculate. Despite being in his late thirties, he seems to be little different than he was in his prime--if not, in fact, stronger. His training regiment is intense, to such a degree that Professor Davis has had to often re-engineer DWMA training equipment over time as Herakles had eventually pushed what existed to its limits. Alongside his raw strength is a top-tier durability, attributed most commonly to the strength of his soul and the hellish training he puts himself through. He has survived, although was heavily damaged by, Resonance techniques from Stein and Jing and multiple lightning strikes from an outlaw storm witch.

  Claims to Fame Ichika is foremost a Hoshi, and her name alone carries significant gravitas. She is the youngest daughter of Akane☆Hoshi and former member of the DWMA Central Intelligence Agency, only having left due to the fame surrounding her name. Ichika is easily the most skilled assassin within the DWMA, adhering to the three tenants of assassination, and one who's soul suppression is so great it is said to rival Soul Protect. She is known as the "fastest" Meister in the DWMA, but this only applies to sheer movement speed and in some facets combat speed. Her greatest claim to fame likely was the defeat of the previous Star Clan entrance to the Top Five with the use of Lunar Fortissimo Magnum Opus.
  
  Unique Traits Ichika is an incredibly skilled Meister, but falls into a very specific niche: assassination. Her ability to hide her presence and move at otherwise impossible speeds are unparalleled, with the singular exception of Stein and his reaction times. She is a close-ranged fighter, preferring the concept of one-strike, one-kill, and rarely spars due to this as her skill-level has reached a point that fighting with restraint limits her considerably. Claims to Fame Currently chief head of the Black Workshop of the Wiccan/Magic Guild. Mirai is known for her skills across most magical fields of study, but more so that of demon tool construction, alchemy and rune crafting. Which are considered unusual for a witch. To these ends Mirai has always had a wide range of interests and gained her posting from an instructor to Head of the Black Workshop through merit. And for the fact she was the most willing to engage with nonwitches. To which she has made a name for herself in aiding the DWMA with Magitech. Prior to Maba's decision to ally with the DWMA, Mirai was known as an enemy to the organization. However, she does not seem to hold that against the DWMA and has happily worked with them out of her own interests in the recent years. Currently she helps the DWMA with Magitech research or development of some special project parts. Outside of that she makes concoctions and devices and provides the guidance to do so on behalf of the Magic Guild to its sorcerers and witches.

Unique Traits Pull of Discovery, while not a unique trait in and of itself, her pull has led to Mirai being a well-rounded Witch that seeks the Secrets of the Magus. As she calls it, curiosity and magic in and of itself is her goal, though even she has limits within the desire of the pull. As a result, she values one off of what they seek to do and ability to question and claw forward rather than what was given at birth. Her use of Magic is often of the Flame Elemental school with a good mix of Demon tools, rune crafting and Enchantment. Seemingly (and actually), deploying prototypes for her own amusement, she is also considered an older witch and has a wealth of experience and debate of what family she may be from, if any at all, rages through Witch Society. Though she is also significantly younger than Maba by most accounts. Like many things about her it is a purposeful enigma.

Known Events "Early" life- Mirai is thought of to be in scattered records and reports decades if not centuries ago, the black sclera and yellow eyed woman has vaguely shown up in repeated entries and seems to be against both the DWMA and other Witches or pursuing her own goals altogether. Given she was not a purely antagonistic force the DWMA never put forward a concentrated Effort to deal with her and only learned truly who she was within the last few decades. When Maba and Kidd made their alliance, she was quick to apply for mentorship within the Magic Guild. A role she was readily given with her willingness to work with those seen as lesser in the eyes of many witches and the fact she was willing to ally with the DWMA. She was also keener to work on Projects with the DWMA while other witches may have given the cold shoulder, more so in aid towards Magitech and research into MIBVI

Mirai, Head of the Black Workshop - Initially Mirai was but an instructor and advisor, till her students shown great breakthroughs in the arts of the workshop, one of note was a student that was given to her in the hopes of stopping her ascent. In the world of Magic, said magic was everything, and turning a mess into something functional on that front silenced a few critics, a couple short years later, Mirai would be nominated for the position of Head of the Balck Workshop, the black workshops of the guild would be her purview and interactions with the DWMA and other governments were of note for the position. After a few contests with other likely runners and a battle or several, Mirai eventually stood at the top, disregarding clan and name, she insisted upon using her first name alone and has made aggressive inroads with replacing the less suitable witches and providing tools for weaker and willing Magnus in a reformer crusade. As a result, while Mirai may have the blessings of the Maba, her actions have promoted tension with the older Witch Clans while at the same time bridging relations with Mankind and the slow reform of the Guild in what posts she can reach.

While her job as a secretary for DWMA's Western European Branch dealing with foreign affairs and exchange students isn't too remarkable, her performance in missions is. When she's not discussing and mediating between families and school staff about student referrals, she's aided in training demon weapons how to resonate and their role in different kinds of resonances, aided in teaching Calm Mind training exercises as she's reached the second seal herself, and has assisted in many successful missions due to her unique soul and wavelength, making her one of the first picks for hard-to-resonate meisters and against enemies who utilize soul rejection and adjusting or are weak to such.

Unique Traits
Her Capacitor Soul and Tuned Wavelength aren't the most uncommon soul types and wavelengths out there. Still, she's shown remarkable control and adaptability using her soul and wavelength to aid in personal growth, and offensive and defensive combat. Her Capacitor Soul allows her to build up and store wavelength energy of her own or her partner's, but not at the same time. The storage of her own wavelength is more difficult to interrupt with techniques that utilize rejection. Expending all of the storage can cause a recharge of an even minor use a greater amount of time before it can be used. When storing wavelength of a partner, there will be a charge up period before they can use techniques with that wavelength, but she can still charge her reserves while still utilizing her own wavelength and techniques or when on standby when in direct contact with her partner. She has been training the efficiency of her use of wavelengths for a long time, allowing her to charge wavelength faster mid-combat and regulate the wavelength she's charging. Her Tuned Wavelength protects her soul and resonance by making her considerably more stable and resistant to outside sources. When combined with a Capacitor Soul, she can adjust the frequency of the wavelength she provides from her reserves, and is difficult to interrupt, yet not impossible. This means her wavelength is both reliable and consistent at the cost of being predictable and having a delay when in need to adapt.

Her weapon is that of a one-handed Italian War Hammer, its one form versatile with a mostly flat end on one side (with a point in the middle), a beak-shaped point on the other side, a long pike on top, and shorter spikes on the last two sides. While she may only be a couple feet long, she is a formidable weapon within the right hands with many uses.

Claims to Fame Accepted to train under the Hoshi due to her prodigal Wavelength Control, often compared to the Stein family line. She was notably skilled in a wide variety of wavelength uses, being able not only to Resonate and perform Chain Resonance, but to go as far as altering the composition of Complex Resonance to create different effects on fired arrows. She was considered deadly at both long and close range, but notably had a disdain for fighting other people. She had on several occasions refused duels, even formally ranked ones, much to the chagrin of other agents looking to increase their own rank.

Unique Traits Possessed what was called a "Whistling Wavelength"; was realistically a form of Oscillating Wavelength that created a high-pitch Whistle when used. This Whistling affect could be used to counteract other sound-based wavelength abilities and even disrupt the flow of spiritual energy in others. She was trained as an assassin with the Hoshi, but disliked killing people, thus used her assassination knowledge to become a Monster Hunter.

Known Events Successfully killed a rampaging Hydra, Greater Chimera, Man-O-Wars, a Wyvern, and had underwent several missions to hunt more ghostly entities, such as Yuki-onna and Kyōkotsu, many of whom required burial rites and rituals in order to put to rest. Claims to Fame As a Cutem Clan werewolf, she is capable of partial werewolf transformations and has significant control over them. She has adapted a fighting style normally only used by elites, such as Apex, wherein she can combine Wavelength Control with Partial transformations. Known Events Rend/r is still relatively young as an agent, and often is in a group with Herakles or his followers. She has been on many "hunts" that were broadcast on television and fulfills the niche of "cute girl that is stupidly strong", doing so with apparent glee as she is somewhat famous. While she is not particularly well-known or popular in the DWMA, she does have global star appeal.

As a Mentor: Rend/r has taken place in the F.A.T.E. program in a similar capacity as Midori did, insofar that she is there out of compassion or concern. She was originally also part of Paean, as she possessed a nasty attitude about working with others. She at one point desired to be the "lone wolf" type with a severe distaste for being hit on--by any gender. After nearly dying on Dall Island, realizing her initial skill with partial transformations and wavelength control were hardly enough to carry her, she focused intensely on training. She began in the Black Star Dojo, but left to join Herakles after she was scouted and promised a dramatic and more immediate increase in strength from his training. She is an advocate for Herakles, but also wishes to get through to the agents that "going it alone" is not the way. She focuses less on teamwork and more on opening up to others, making her a more friendly mentor with a specific determination to see agents get through, assuming they don't try to hit on her as well. Among his peers Az, as he prefers to be called, made a name for himself with his unique approach in not just combat but his rather relaxed brutality when dishing out justice in the form of executions against Outlaws, those infected by the MIBVI virus of his youth, and the cunning way of utilizing his avian ally in combat for less powerful foes and out on the field in Madness atmospheres. Unique Traits
A Bonded Soul is not a common feature, even in the DWMA. Az owes that to his avian companion, Umbra. A rare yet in the case of Umbra, altered, predatory species of deadly magical hybrid avian, resistant to Madness and only recently known through him, capable of Soul Binding. The Bonded Soul that he possesses as a result plays a double-edged role, granting Az his companion's ability to manipulate sound by use of his wavelength to create Sound-Wavelength based attacks with a Weapon partner channeling it. At the same time, the Bonded Soul creates a link akin to that of a Weapon-Meister pairing. Where Az and Umbra communicate, understand, share, and feel emotions with one another- regardless of distance, yet through training has allowed both to be able to maintain their own individual mental states with perfect clarity.

Claims to Fame Reiko is a long serving agent of the DWMA from her early teens till now at the age of 46. Serving since the Days of the Hunt through the MIBVI outbreak and onwards into the Fate program. A conservative figure and pillar of support to Kidd and the wider DWMA, now in the reserves and fostering herself to a training role, she is a veteran that has seen much and obtained the status of Death Sythe. Also, an accomplished Martial Artist and Shinto Spiritual Figure to some in death City, she has carried out many rituals and missions across Japan and North America and has survived multiple missions gone wrong and some of the most prolific threats in DWMA history for the time. For those in the know she is one of the Iniji Temple recruits.

Unique Traits
Anti-Demon Wavelength - Anti-Demon Wavelength is a rare and special wavelength that specializes in driving away evil. In defense it can guard against madness with a powerful barrier and can be extended to others through soul resonance to save them from the pull and restores Sanity, though with limits and the willingness of the others in the resonance. In addition, if can be infused into attacks and unleash destruction upon beings of madness regardless of form. When carried over into attacks it is very effective against those with dark powers.

The most practical use of the ADW is spreading it to one's team via Chain resonance which proved invaluable during the MIBVI outbreak wherever it could limitedly reach. In addition, Reiko is well versed in performing Chain resonance and in developing techniques to meld her own wavelength with their own. She has had multiple Meisters over the years and understands the indicatrices of managing various wavelengths and communications across a small team.

Known Events
In her teens and even into adulthood she fought in the great hunt and survived many dangerous missions and outlived whole teams while securing the objective in a few cases. This led directly to her promotion into a Death Scythe near the tail end of the conflict, given this she's lift as many scars upon witch society as they have upon her body in those conflicts.

While missing the very start of the of the MIBVI outbreak, Reiko was quickly recalled into active duty and served with distinction till the very end.

Continues to perform DWMA missions with her new partner and is a Mentor to the Fate Program.

Claims to Fame Georgie is a slight media sensation as an icon of the DWMA that insists on only defending the innocent, not seeking out enemies to kill.
