Great! I just had a brief glimpse at the rules linked so far, I'll have a closer look later on.
I was thinking of a Yaundae: Whatever you are looking for, there's most likely a merchant who will sell the respective goods. However, sometimes you need more than that. And in this case, Liam is the kind of person you'd ask. If you have a package that needs to bypass the guards controls, he knows where to place it. If you need entry to a building, he can provide a second key. And if you have a corpse in your backyard, he'll find someone to cart it away. All he's asking for is a small payment and a favor.
