I just had an idea for a superhero RP where your power is based off an element from the Periodic Table. Anyone interested?


(Also I never know what to put superhero RPs under. Some people put them under Futuristic, some Realistic and others Fantasy. Which iscorrect?)

Okay, here's the story I've come up with so far: An asteroid containing all the known elements was about to strike Earth, but was swiftly taken out by rocket especially designed for destroying asteroids that may harm our planet. However, debris from the asteroid was spread all around the world. When this debris came into contact with humans, those few people gained the ability to control a certain element.


Of course the government wants to control these powers, and people are going to abuse them, but hopefully, somewhere, someone will use their powers for good.


What do you guys think?

I think it'll be really cool to be a good guy arsenic. He kills basically any normal he has contact with since he's well....arsenic.

Hmmm that'd be an interesting character arc. Maybe he doesn't even know he's got the power and goes around unwittingly killing his loved ones. Then he figures it out and really starts to hate himself. Desperate and alone, he hands himself over to gourvernment, who make him a special suit so he can interact with people again. But know the gourvernment has something on him, and they can force him to do their bidding.
