to keep in mind

YOUR characters are what makes this roleplay tick. Every single one is a vital part of a bigger plan. Everyone has a purpose. And everyone, as such, has limitations. Flaws. A past. A future. A beginning, and an end. Do your utmost to breathe life into your creations. They affect us all in turn. No one is perfect. Just like no one is the 'main character' in a real story. It sucks when someone tries to hog the spotlight. It also sucks when someone doesn't try. I will do my best to keep everyone involved and interested. If you feel like I could do better, please tell me. I will adjust accordingly. I want this roleplay to be an amazing experience for all included. Now, on to the real stuff.

what to involve

1.
Physical - When it comes to the appearance of your character, go crazy. Add as much detail as you want. But always remember to add a realistic photo. No exceptions this time. What I would like to see for this category: (( a realistic photo, hair color, eye color, body type, height, weight, body modifications, tattoos, style of clothing, scars, and whatever else you would find beneficial to include ))

2.
Personality - Please be sure that your characters qualities align with that of their selected flower. Obviously you can add other qualities. Just as long as they aren't contradictory, and do not overpower the primary idea! What I would like to see for this category: (( likes, dislikes, general description of their behavior, habits, strengths, weaknesses, any potential disorders, and whatever else you would find beneficial to include ))

3.
History - I'll tell you right now; I do not care for backstory, personally. And what I mean by this, is that it is in no way a necessity to divulge in it. If you choose not to include one, I will not nag you about it. I won't mind a bit. If you choose to reveal their story from birth to present, feel free. The point is, this category is up to you.

4.
Flowers - To avoid potential confusion, please make it clear in your character sheet what flower your little human bean represents. It can be anywhere, as long as it's put there.

5.
Extras - There's always freedom to bring anything to the table when it comes to your character sheet. If there's something you think needs to be said about your character that doesn't fall under any other category, put it in. While not necessary, here are some examples that might fall under this category: (( family tree, relationships, religion, health, talents, MBTI, theme songs ))

to conclude

In courtesy of Chimney and anyone else who may have trouble, please be sure to include a codeless spoiler of your text beneath the sheet if the coding is very elaborate.

→ bio | Vivian was born second to a middle class family, her brother Luke being just a few year older than herself. The two of them, despite being so close in age, were best friends. Luke picked on his sister mercilessly, but he wouldn't hesitate to throw a punch at anyone who teased her. Vivi was the quieter of the two; Luke was the spitfire. He was her protector. If it weren't for him, she wouldn't have gone out into the world at all, too afraid to discover new things and meet new people.

When the pair were teens, Vivi decided she'd had enough of being the shy, quiet girl they all knew. She got in with the wrong set of people, and hung out alot at the railroad tracks that lay on the edge of their small town. Luke shoved her off the tracks at the last moment, but it cost him his life. Her parents blamed her, though they wouldn't come out and say it. But she blamed herself, too. It was then that she really started acting out. Stealing, partying hard, failing in school. She was diagnosed with bipolar 1, and put on medication. Getting her to take it was a daily struggle, and getting her to stay on them was just as hard. For weeks or months she would be okay, then she'd have one slip up, and things would snowball.

Things started to look up her senior year, right after graduation. She would go off to college, and everything would be alright. But then she met a boy, an older man, and things changed again. She ran off with him to the town of Skyvine, but it wasn't long before he ditched her. Deciding to stay and make the best of it, she's been here ever since. She's super outgoing and friendly, except when it comes to people inquiring about her past.

女王 朴の木

Teiga Reymore
Nickname: Some say Tiger, and are never spoken to again.
Age: Acts like he's in his thirties, is somehow nineteen.
Height: 6"1 is the perfect height to scare away small children.
Occupation: A chronic writer, who sometimes assists in the library.
Symbol: Fun fact--Tiger Lilies carry diseases that infect other flowers.
Class: Poster boy for upper class money bags, probably.

I. APPEARANCE
He is a multiracial man with bloodlines stemming from Germany, France, and Japan. His auburn hair, and strong gray irises tend to invoke in others revere, or fright. In due thanks to his rigid upbringing, he does not lack in any particular aspect of overall fitness--his health, and build, in peak shape. His style is a cacophony of business casual and preppy--otherwise known as the balance between formality and crispiness. Or, the thin line between appearing unapproachable, and seeming too busy to make conversation.

Ⅱ. PERSONALITY
He is a kind that thrives in solitude. Not to say that he detests social gatherings--but when he does prefer them, it only out of necessity, or because he has something to gain out of doing so. On the flip side, a pastime spent observing others for the sake of disentangling the mechanics of another's mind is rather eccentric, but what he prefers, and can appreciate. What entails his daily routine tends to fluctuate. It is often his family that establishes themselves as the unpredictable element of his day to day functions, and much to his disdain.

Structure and procedure is prevalent in his lifestyle and habits--from how he arranges his hair, down to arranging his keys in consecutive order--but only for a new system and procedure to overwrite what he had set for himself a time before. He primarily lies in the territory of being a night owl, and though he manages to arise to morning occasions, it does little to score favorably with him.

Some call him arrogant while others deem him pretentious. These perceptions were labeled unto him by others, largely due to the mannerisms--or the lack thereof, of his close relatives. Rather than being simply arrogant, he merely finds personal failure as something distasteful. He may not disregard that he makes mistakes, but he is firmly set in the sights he assigned for himself.

The strongest, and most important trait within would be his individuality and freedom. That which takes biggest priority is his liberty and ownership of himself. He avoids authoritative figures, despises to be restricted, and challenges any rule which dares to limitate him where he seeks to grow. He does not revere 'good' and is in the same breath inattentive to 'evil'.

Much of his actions are reliant on his whims, which are reliant on his desires, which are reliant on his goals. His goal primarily revolves around being self-sustainable, accumulating strength, and righting a deep wrong. He probably doesn't know that it isn't quite realistic to do so without allies, or at least a select few he can trust.

Ⅲ. DETAILS
◦ Reading, lengthy traveling, people-watching, late night walks, cooking
◦ Strength include not relying on others to get the job done, confidence
◦ Notable weaknesses include animals, being indebted to someone
◦ Things that test his patience: coercion

Ⅳ. NOTABLE TRAITS
➝ Unmindfully cracks knuckles when stimulated or roused
➝ Wearing his glasses is equivalent to saying "do not disturb"
➝ Intently squints into the distance when trying to understand something
➝ Is almost always in company of some pet when outdoors
➝ Adamant about being the first and last to have a say in a conversation
➝ Frequent past-times include: writing, reading, wondering why he exists
➝ Talks with animals as though they're people
➝ Expert at manipulatively using others own words or intents against them

Ⅵ. RELATIONSHIPS
Remi:
His female servant who accompanied him in Montana, and oversees the maintenance of his estate. An orphan, 17. Incredibly small for her age. Full short hair--black like a crow's. Likes to play with her bangs when bored. Responsible, but troublesome. Much too eccentric or scary for her peers, so she tags along Teiga instead.

Victor: His contractor, employed under him for a little over a year. A self assured man with a knack for creating problems, unintentionally or otherwise. Straightforward about his views, likes, and dislikes. Nevertheless, he knows how to take advantage of opportunities, which ultimately benefit him in the long run. Seems to be the type to dedicate loyalty where necessary.

the outer things
Boulevard is a girl of Dutch and Russian background. Maybe a couple tiny other things sprinkled in there. She stands at 5"2, and weighs a measly 93 lbs. Her hair is charcoal black, and eyes shamrock green with triangular flecks of mint. She's remarkably pale, and her frame is nothing more than willowy. Her speech is generally well thought out and pointed; taunting, even. She enjoys the rain, smoking, discussing ridiculous subjects, causing havoc, koi fish, swimming, nature, butterflies, rainbows, dark colors, buttons, black coffee, liquor, drugs, and sushi. She hates rope, guns, bright ass sunshine, dark water, overwhelming emotional bouts, and cops. She has a series of risen, older scars etched into her right hip. An intricate butterfly tattoo rests over them. Her sense of style is rather eccentric, and can range from simple neutral colors, to all out gothic, to blindingly colorful and shiny. She works at a local flower shop, and lives in a considerably small home in the less wealthy end of the town. . .

Special dude

Oliver Quinby
Basics
Name: Oliver Quinby
Age: 18 years old
Birthday: March 14th (Pisces)
Gender: Male
Sexual orientation: Gay

Flower: Crocus

Physical Attributes
Eye Color: Grey-green
Hair Color: A light, reddish brown.
Height: 5'7"
Weight: 121 lbs
Physique: Small and feeble. Most wouldn't believe he's actually a high school graduate.
Distinguishing marks: Oliver has double jointed fingers. He tends to unintentionally show this trait off when picking things up or writing, which many find slightly disturbing.
Health: Despite his appearance, Oliver is in relatively good health. He has no allergies, and sports remarkably good teeth, posture and general hygiene for a teenager. He is, however, noticeably hard-of-hearing.
Ethnic Background: Caucasian (His father is almost 100% Irish, while his mother is an American of distant Greek, Czech and Ukranian descent)

Wardrobe: Oliver dresses in neat, vintage styled clothes that are always just a bit too formal for whatever situation he's in. He prefers light colors that aren't too bright, often wearing shades of beige and soft greys and purples. As he gets colds easily, he frequently wears a pair of knitted gloves. His clothes look expensive, but old... Like he just stepped out of a dusty old painting.

In his pockets he always carries his keys, a small handkerchief, several pens, and a pewter fob watch.

Mental Attributes
Likes: Swing music, drawing and watercolors, snow, old sci-fi movies, making paper airplanes, paleontology and natural history, board games, books, ridiculously tacky lawn decorations, documentaries.
Dislikes: Being touched, bright colors, people who laugh too loud, coffee, yoga, air fresheners and other strong artificial smells, swimming, emotionally charged discussions.
Strengths and Talents: Detail-oriented, well-mannered, innovative and imaginative. He's also surprisingly wily, in a passive-aggressive sort of way. Oliver is a talented artist with a good eye for interesting visuals, and unsurprisingly he's also somewhat of a visual learner.
Flaws and weaknesses: Aloof, forgetful, unempathetic, an overthinker, and meticulous to the point of being somewhat neurotic.
Quirks: Oliver is highly sensitive to most sensory stimuli, which makes him both unusually observant and painfully finicky. He always has to write things down to remember them, even if he never looks back at his notes. In addition, he's incredibly fidgety, like, cannot and will not ever sit still.

History and Current Status
Class: Decidedly "middle". The Quinbys live in the suburbs in a decently sized condominium building, own a small car, and can generally get buy without worrying about rent or food or the like. Not rich, per se, but comfortable.
Occupation: Museum guide at the local Art Museum. Oliver hands out maps, returns lost children, and occasionally leads tours.

Biography: March in Colorado is always a bit of a liminal time... The threshold between winter and spring. Always patches of snow left on the ground, but usually by the middle of the month the first flowers have started to come up. Snowdrops, daffodils.... and, of course, crocuses.

It was one of these days that Oliver was born in the maternity ward of Skyvine Hospital. As it happened, if Skyvine weren't such a thriving and well funded medical scene, he may very well not have been born alive at all. While pregnant, Oliver's mother Christina Quinby began to suffer from severe preeclampsia, a relatively common condition that causes constricted blood flow and organ damage. The earlier a woman develops preeclampsia, the more likely it is that deadly complications will occur for her and her unborn child. Christina, at that point young, happy, and recently married woman, opted to prematurely terminate the pregnancy with a cesarean delivery.

While both ultimately survived the ordeal, the sudden health crisis had rocked Christina and her husband to the core. The lingering pains and chronic lightheadedness forced Christina to quit her promising job as a newscaster.

As for Oliver, he was lucky enough to escape most of the severe health consequences of premature birth. He did, however, adopt a permanently small stature and slight frame. He didn't start talking until quite late, and always seemed a bit behind on verbal milestones. While his parents were concerned, they were still financially drained from the first medical emergency. It wasn't until he entered first grade that one of his teachers suggested Oliver might be hard-of-hearing.

Incidentally, he never seemed to do well in school, despite being clearly intelligent and having great skills in literacy and art. He just couldn't manage to keep assignments straight in his head, and would often show up to class with forgotten homework. While his peers certainly ribbed him for it, Oliver was always distant to their affairs. He never noticed or cared much what they thought of him unless they directly brought it to his attention. This numbness to the emotions of others, while alienating, certainly saved him from a lot of loneliness as he grew up. He was more than content to find friends in books, the neighborhood animals, and his father. And his father's books. Really, though, he and his father were always close, each one always willing to talk for hours about the latest thing they'd learned or some odd thing they'd found in the woods.

As time went on, Christina started working again and regaining strength and motivation. She became increasingly involved in her new community, which should be a positive thing... except that she found a place of bonding with her peers over her disappointment in her son and her husband. She grew to find more and more things to be resentful of: her husband's low-income upbringing, her son's bookishness and lack of appropriately boyish hobbies, his hearing, his looks, his voice.... The list went on and on. While to some it may be apparent that scapegoating her family, to Christina it felt like getting her livelihood back.

By the time Oliver finally graduated from high school, he honestly hadn't changed much. He was still the bright yet absentminded kid he always was, just... taller and a bit more experienced.

Those around him, however, had changed quite significantly. His mother had moved on from bitter gossip with her friends and coworkers to being openly disdainful around the house. He and his father, not wanting to admit that her behavior was starting to wear down their emotional states, explained away her behavior as simple stress, a rough day... day after day after day. Things couldn't have changed that much... and really, if everyone just refused to dwell on it, eventually things would return to normal.... most things, at least.

Family and Relationships
¤ Christina Quinby, 41. Mother. A quiet, solemn florist. She seems incredibly unsatisfied with her life, her husband and her son. She is rarely around the Quinby house, and when she is she is often complaining. However, she is quite popular in the neighborhood, and puts on a different face for them. Nobody would ever believe Christina was so bitter with his family when she's all sugar and spice at church, in the flower shop, and with her many friends.

¤ Arthur Quinby, 40. Father. An Irish immigrant, bookstore owner and lover of all things odd and outlandish. Oliver clearly did not fall far from the tree.

¤ Sharon Liddel, 76. Upstairs Neighbor. Sharon lives in the other half of the Quinbys' apartment. While mostly harmless, she fancies herself a psychic and will often shout out cryptic advice from her window or ask very probing questions. If she ever invites you in for "tea", you're likely to stay for several hours as she tells you your whole life's purpose in tarot cards and nonsense.

¤ "Morris", 2. The neighborhood raccoon. Oliver considers him a friend... A friend who lives under the garage and raids the trash bins.

Extra
Oliver is bilingual, knowing and using both English and ASL. He also knows Morse code, which isn't really a language, but still good to know,

What is Lorem Ipsum?
Lorem Ipsum is simply dummy text of the printing and typesetting industry. Lorem Ipsum has been the industry's standard dummy text ever since the 1500s, when an unknown printer took a galley of type and scrambled it to make a type specimen book. It has survived not only five centuries, but also the leap into electronic typesetting, remaining essentially unchanged. It was popularised in the 1960s with the release of Letraset sheets containing Lorem Ipsum passages, and more recently with desktop publishing software like Aldus PageMaker including versions of Lorem Ipsum.

Why do we use it?
It is a long established fact that a reader will be distracted by the readable content of a page when looking at its layout. The point of using Lorem Ipsum is that it has a more-or-less normal distribution of letters, as opposed to using 'Content here, content here', making it look like readable English. Many desktop publishing packages and web page editors now use Lorem Ipsum as their default model text, and a search for 'lorem ipsum' will uncover many web sites still in their infancy. Various versions have evolved over the years, sometimes by accident, sometimes on purpose (injected humour and the like).

ROLE | Carnation
OCCUPATION | Animal Activist and Therapy Aider| Breeder | Wildlife biologist [ note: she isn't nor does she claim to be a professional breeder or wildlife biologist, instead, she's still currently studying and helps her family's private reserves and works on their land, aiding side-by-side her mother and other relatives on the reserves ]

FACECLAIM | Alina Kovalenko
HEIGHT | Five feet and two inches
BUILD | Lithe
COMPLEXION Smooth and fair-skinned
HAIR | Red
EYES | Stormy Blue
DISTINGUISHING FEATURES | The most distinguishing features about Amara is her vibrant, ginger-red hair as she's quite easy to spot despite not liking the limelight.
MODIFICATIONS | MARKINGS | Amara doesn't have any modifications, however, there have been times where she couldn't decide if she wanted to pierce her ears or have a tattoo to cover her the markings she received from her accident - she has a long gash on her back and a few markings on her body that she hides often underneath her cloth

PERSONALITY | A sensitive heart and an empathetic soul, Amara, at her core, is as curious as a cat. Inviting, Amara is amicable and close enough, despite not being too sociable. She was taught to be kind and to be honest. Amara isn't a risk-taker despite wanting to courage to "just do it". She thinks before she acts and sometimes it causes her to be indecisive. An over-thinker and worrywart, Amara may come off naive, needy, and insecure - never confident in her own ability to take the lead role of any situation. However, in negativity, comes positivity - a balance. Her lack of confidence is what pushes her to want to prove to those around her that she isn't useless and to show to not only her siblings but herself that she is just as capable as they are.

But, Amara is fearful of being judged, and most of all, being disliked and tries her best to be what others expects and wants her to be - never one to say "no". She is easily influenced by those around her and second guesses herself often, especially when she's put in a stressful and pressure-filled situation. Nevertheless, she believes in "three seconds of courage" and goes for it whenever she needs encouragement and faith in herself. Amara will always put others before herself though isn't want to gallivanting spring into action if it means having attention drawn to her. Instead, she's quiet and does thinks behind-the-scene, not one to openly want recognition for her hard work.

Despite Amara's tendency to keep her distance with others, if one gets close enough to her, she's a great listener and supportive. There's a welcoming and nurturing aura that surrounds Amara even if she doesn't know it - perhaps that's why animals are always drawn to her. Gentle and graceful, Amara takes her time - never rushing as she's quite patient and understanding of others. Amara, due to her upbringing, is quite ignorant of the outside world, but even more so, innocent - sometimes not one to understand crude jokes or sarcasm well enough. Nevertheless, Amara is loyal and protective of those close to her, especially the natives and locals she's known since birth - a mediator and advocator, standing up for what she believes in, especially for her clan and her people.

BRIEF BIO | Amara lived all her life in Skyvine, never venturing out of mountains. Living a quaint and peaceful life with her family, the Denali-Volkov clan, they lived near the mountain where not many would venture off to unless they traveled to ask for help. The clans lived in a more enclosed and private part of Skyvine where they could live according to how they wanted without interference of outsiders. Although the Denali and Volkov clan joined as one through marriage, they are still separated amongst the two 'clans'. Drago Volkov, Amara's father, and Nadzeha Denali, Amara's mother, hoped their marriage would stop the dispute but the debate continued, arguing over which side was right in their practice of medicine and care for the wild and exotic creatures of Skyvine. The Denali clan practiced on their own lands and private parts of Skyvine while the Volkov opened their own practices in the Highlands and Cliffside of Skyvine.

Nevertheless, Amara had the best of both worlds, practicing and learning from both sides of her family. At one point, she competed in junior dog-sledding until two years later, she got into a terrible accident and nearly lost her life. Time passed and the accident was, hopefully, forgotten. Her siblings, on the other hand, continued to both taunt and encourage her. But, regardless, Amara stuck to her mother and grandmother's side while her more intelligent, vibrant, and outgoing siblings went off on their own adventures.

MTBI | INFP
MORAL ALIGNMENT | Chaotic Neutral
HEALTH | As a young child, Amara was prone to getting sick often, usually due to her weak immune system. However, as she grew older, her health has improved greatly as long as she takes care of herself. Nevertheless, there are times when she forgets to eat and even sleep, worrying about the health of the animals on the reserves and those around her.

RELATIONSHIPS | Amara has five siblings, not including herself, she is the youngest of six. The family has five huskies | wolves ( three of her siblings have one and are usually not at the main house, but the main house has at least one or two at a time to socialise the snow leopards or other wild animals ) and two snow leopard ( one adult and one cub — Amara takes care of the cub ). On the reserves currently healing, there’s a fox that should be able to wander off into the wild within a month.

    Age: 19 years old.
    Gender: Cis Male.
    Orientation: Bisexual.
    Height: 6'2".
    Weight: 172 lbs.
    Occupation: Grocery store clerk.
    Faceclaim: Samuel Larsen.
    Eye Color: Dark Umber.

Hair Color: Dante’s hair is styled in an undercut. While naturally a deep inky black color, it’s been dyed in an ombre style, the longer, wavy top layer of hair being a mix of black and brown meant to mirror the pattern of snake scales while transitioning into a lighter blond near the bottom.

Alterations: Tattoos meant to resemble snake scales decorate the throat and frame the face, stretching out across his cheekbones. This theme continues down the left arm while the right is a tangle of skulls and rattlesnakes. His nose is also pierced, with two black and silver hoops located along the right nostril.

    Ethnic Background: Danish, Mexican, American.

    Flower: Snapdragon.

Derived from the Greek words "anti," meaning like, and "rhin," meaning nose, antirrhinum, the snapdragon's botanical name, is a fitting description of this snout-shaped flower. It's said that the common name for this colorful flower comes from the snap it makes when the sides of the "dragon's mouth" are gently squeezed. While their actual origin is unknown, it's believed that snapdragons were originally wildflowers in Spain and Italy.

Legend has it that concealing a snapdragon makes a person appear fascinating and cordial, and in the language of flowers, snapdragons are said to represent both deception (perhaps tied to the notion of concealment) and graciousness.

Elias Dawn

Name: Elias Dawn

Gender: Cis Male.
Sexuality: Pansexual. Male leaning.
Flower: Nightshade.
Class: Lower class.
Disorders: Anorexia, Bi-polar Type II, Addictive Personality Disorder, Insomnia.
Occupation: Is being a criminal an occupation? No? Well, okay then.

Reflections
▌I’m king of the clouds, of the clouds, I get lifted, I get lifted.▌
Height: 6'3''
Weight: 120lbs.
Eye Colour: Blue with intermingling green hues.
Hair color: Ebony.

Elias is a willowy fellow, with a notably thin frame exaggerated by his height, standing at 6'3". Skin a bronze hue, with dark rings around his eyes, the man looks wearied with prominent dark circles lingering beneath his eyes, and to be frank, his tired looking state speaks of his insomniac nature.

Beauty marks speckle his face in various locations.

With eyes line by thick lashes, they are blue in coloration, with fleckings of greener hues. Beneath Eli's clothes, he is somewhat emaciated looking, thin to the point to where you can see indents with prominence between each rib, and along the length of his collarbone.

His hair is shorter with shaved sides and is ebony in its coloration. In likelihood, he perhaps looks the type the older generation would nag to get a more appropriate haircut. On his back is a tattoo of a moth with dissipating wings and along his chest is a long scar with tattered looking edges- its origins unknown to anyone but Eli himself. Elias oft dresses simplistically in darker wear, with his garbs notably baggy to hide his meager form.

Scars mar his arms; however, when asked about them, he has a million stories behind their appearance on his body. His back is blemished from nervous picking, alongside his arms, although, his tattoo obscures some of the occurrences of the aforementioned blemishing. His features are considerably chiseled, with higher set cheekbones and a rugged jaw, with a nose that curves upwards slightly.

Perpetually, he looks irked about something, and the probability is high that he is, indeed vexed at something or another.

Elias has an industrial bar piercing on both ears, and, at one point, he had a tongue piercing, of which he phased out of rather quickly.

It would be apt to say he is an individual who embodies the phrasing of "up to no good" in terms of his visage and mannerisms, down to his posture.

Personality
I don't trust anything or anyone below the sun, and I don't feel anything at all.
Elias often sees the glass as half empty rather than half full, generally assuming the worst of situations or the worst from individuals as a whole. His outlook can be described as grim, although, there is those sliver of times when he attempts to rectify his perspective, to bet he'll be optimistic is a losing one, in most circumstances.

Being full of intrigue, Elias oft has piqued interest over something, be it a person and their secrets to a specific field of knowledge, to something as simple as the forecasting of tomorrow's weather. They say curiosity killed the cat, and Elias will counter with satisfaction brought it back. The world is a place with roots of learning, and Elias is eager to pluck the sprouting buds.

At that, Elias is a creative soul, able to play varying amounts of instruments, paint, and photograph with a keen skill. Although, much to his chagrin, his muse is lacking, and dust has gathered upon the tools in which he used to produce art.

Something that can be considered a flaw, and a trait that does indeed make Elias hard to read, is his stoicism. Elias is not open emotionally; instead, in fact, his doors are shut behind a facade of calmness. Such feigned composure hides his real emotions and, often, his intent, and this can make Elias seem to be a secretive individual and for some, hard to trust.

Perhaps due to his upbringing, Elias is an embittered individual, and at times, a venomous person with a fanged bite. Caustically sardonic while vexed, Elias can be a force to reckon with when it comes to a battle of words. Slights oft go unforgiven and grudges are held deep like blood in his veins. In the meanwhile, Elias is intensely loyal to those he holds close. Be it defending them, or maintaining a secret, there is no wavering in Elias’s loyalty unless you’ve done something immense to hurt him. This loyalty, however, can be exploited, leaving Elias prone to getting involved in relationships not so idea on many fronts, being much akin to a kicked puppy, with no real sense on what the balance of a healthy relationship to an unhealthy relationship is whenever he falls loyal to an individual.

A compulsive liar, while this trait tends to weed itself out once he becomes close to an individual to a certain extent, to those he does not know well, he habitually lies and feigns stories on compulsion, often without meaning to (hence, the compulsion element). Of course, this tendency leads to dramatical tales or facts born from pure imagination. However, once one breaks past his stony exterior and to his core, this trait, oddly enough, tends to dissipate.

With a quick wit and a sharper tongue, Eli is something of a smooth talker, and a tad bit of a comedian. While his humor is cynical, it’s humor all the same. Eli can seem to know what to say and when to say it, allowing him to weasel out of the many tricky situations he finds himself in, despite odds. It’s not foolproof, but his mannerisms of speech have pulled him out of many a metaphorical gutter.

While not religious in particular, Elias is intrigued by the ideas of an afterlife, if not what stems from different cultures envisionings of what occurs after death. A bit of a morbid fascination.
