I thought it would be a cool idea if a F hero started to fall sick and deteriorate. All the while she tries to continue to protect the city from M villain but he starts to see the cracks forming.
He thinks one day when she collapsed coughing up blood is a great day to capture her and interrogate her.
They've been fighting for years and they see each other almost every other day. Plus there is the enjoyment of coming up with new plans to outsmart your foe as well as the base level respect.
