Charlotte stands at 5'1, and hates it. She has auburn hair cut short and greenish grey eyes. She has a birthmark on her back close to her neck and a dimple on her right cheek when she smiles.

Personality:

Charlotte is a technical genius, and is more than capable of operating advanced technology. She is excitable, curious, and playful in her personality, as well as a bit of a clean freak. She is also extraordinarily dry and sarcastic at times. She cannot keep herself from fawning over and playing with any new tech that she can get her hands on. When believing someone did something stupid she will resort to violence, usually a whack to the back of the head or a punch. She is always one to call out a womanizer or any sexism, although that is somewhat hypocritical as she does often use her gender to get what she wants, and she enjoys looking good and 'girly' clothes and jewelry.

Biography:

Charlotte had a fairly normal childhood with both parents and an older brother, Matt, who was older by 4 years. However, when she was 18 her brother, who had always seemed a bit off, has gone on a massive killing spree, killing 8 people and injuring many more. Since then the Brooke name has spread over the country and become a sort of curse. Her parents split up and she lost all friends she may have had. When she reached the end of school there was no one who would hire her, until eventually she found the Cafe and knew, even with the horrible deals she was getting and her dislike of cats, she would get no better and she was quick to take the job.

Garfield is very sly, especially when it comes to food. Despite Charlotte's constant diet she has her on the cat always knows where and who to go to to get what she wants. She is very lazy and spoiled.

Cat Biography:

Gar was a street cat, born and raised, and even so was spoiled due to her slyness and ability to sneak into people's houses. After sneaking into the managers house she was checked for diseases and taken into the Cafe. Her relationship with Charlotte is more love/hate, although they both secretly dote on each other​

She is a fun-loving person who would laugh at the wrong situation. She is friendly and knows how to limit herself and when to draw the line. She gets awkward and doesn't know what to do when a person is crying. She can be a very random person, sometimes asking a question very off topic or say a trivia out of the blue.

Biography:


Jen's family may be middle class but most of her mother's(she works at a clothes shop) earnings go to the family's daily expenses while her brother's go to their father's hospital bills(he got into an accident while working in a construction site and fell into a coma). So instead of going to college, she decided to find a job near her home and found Domicile. She would've opted for the other cafe across the street if it weren't for the rude personality of the employees. Her mother was disappointed when they talked about it and couldn't help but compare Jen to her brother, who's very successful in his job. Despite this, Jen stood her ground and told her mother that the cafe is the nearest shop she could ever find, thus, making it safer for her to travel and less expense for transportation. With that, Jen's mother agreed, after thinking hard about it.

Sits on your face or tries to climb you when he needs something from you. Likes looking out the windows and staying in high places. He always follow Jen everywhere.


Cat Biography:


Having born in the streets, Blank was taken in an animal shelter. In a short span of time,his siblings were adopted except him. Jenna originally planned to adopt another cat but she saw how the cruel man violently shook Blank's cage, causing the cat to tremble in fear, and heard that he wanted to adopt the poor thing. Even the staff behind the counter seemed displeased and hesitant to hand him the adoption papers. Add to the fact that Blank was already making frightened noises, Jen couldn't help but step up and argued with the man, telling him that she wants to adopt Blank and that he doesn't deserve to adopt the poor cat. Eventually, the man stepped down and left the animal shelter with angry humiliation. Ever since that time, Blank would always follow Jen. Since she was the one who saved his life. He had to stay in the cafe though because Jen's mother is very allergic to pet dander.

Merri is a tall, but very slim person. He stands at about five feet and nine inches and weighs about one hundred and twenty pounds. He is almost always adorned with a cut or a bruise of some sort because of his terrible clumsiness.


Personality:


Merri isn't exactly shy- he has no problem talking to people and enjoys doing so, it's just... He's a very nervous and emotional person. He's always messing up things because of his clumsiness- falling into the dishes they're supposed to be serving. Falling into the people they're supposed to be serving. He's rather talkative as well, stammering many useless things that's usually followed with a string of apologies. He just never knows what to say or do. He is a kind hearted fella and means no harm whatsoever.

Merri fears the dark and most insects. He fears them so much he'll scream like a girl and jump into the nearest's person's arms. He is also afraid of rats and mice and will do the same with them.


Biography:


Merri was born to a teenage girl who hadn't expected pregnancy at all, putting him up for adoption the minute he was born. Being a baby, and a cute one, he was quickly adopted to a lovely, but lesbian, couple. Obviously, because they lacked the body parts to rightfully have their own, biological child, they adopted him so they could have the full 'family experience' as they said. Being raised by women was great! He got spoiled to no end, but the only real problem was that- well, he acted quite like a girl himself. Rather than wanting to play with Legos, he wanted to play with Barbies. Rather than playing video games, he wanted to play dress up. It was so bad that the kids at school began making fun of him for it. After that, his parents began treating him like the boy he was- but his girly side still hasn't rubbed quite off. Though he'd never admit what he did as a kid.... Never.


During high school, he was again made fun of for not being very manly, and not only that, but because his parents were lesbian. They'd call him lesbian or something retarded because he acted fairly female and- agh! It was stupid, basically. He decided he'd work at the Cat Cafe because- other than the fact that he adores cats- he figured he needed some escape from his obsessed parents and, well, society. He agreed to the long, terrible hours because he simply could not bear it at his house forever. Blah. Blah. More is to be revealed.

Alfredo is a cream colored cat, closer to white than anything else- hence his name. He's a small cat but makes up for height in the size of his belly. Merri likes to feed him scraps... He has beautiful green eyes and a pink nose.


Cat Personality:


For a cat that looks as cute as it does, it does not act the same way. He scratches people when he's bothered and doesn't want to be. He bites and nips at the worker's toes. He just loves making sure people have a hard time. He has warmed up a bit and does it more for fun now.


Cat Biography:


Alfredo was simply born to a little girl's pet cat Mittens who got pregnant because of some ally cat. The mother of the girl had a yard sale and there he was found- in a little shaded cardboard box with his littler mates. He lived a good life, so there is no reason for his behaviour!

He is average in height, with squared shoulders and toned muscles from carrying baking supplies and working dough.

His eyes are small and blue grey and his hair is a dark brown. On his chin/jawline is stubble which he thinks makes him look 'distinguished'.

Personality:

James had a loud, big brotherly personality. He enjoys playfully teasing his coworkers and making bets on things like who will fall for who, or who will drop the most plates that day.

He likes to think of himself as a distinguished gentleman, but quickly falls out of the 'smooth' act to mess around with people.

Above anything, he enjoys seeing the moment when someone bites into his creations and their faces light up. Though rather than letting his coworkers see that soft side of him, he lets them assume he is just an annoying old man.

When it comes to the cat Patch, he becomes soft and coos at the small kitten, scratching her head and petting her soft, short fur.

Likes:

Pastries, cats, happy customers, people who are easy to tease, pretty girls.

Dislikes:

Cigarettes (despite being a smoker), dogs, flowers.

Looking like or being treated like an idiot.

Biography:

When he was a child, he liked to help his mom with dinner, so his dad would always smile when he came home from a hard day of work.

As he grew older, he decided to become a pastry chef in hopes of making even more people smile with the fruits of his labor. Though he liked to cook most things, pastries were his favorite because he could combine many sweet flavors to create treats that people crave even a tiny taste of.

After apprenticing under a master pastry chef in france for three years, he returned home to London in search of new opportunities. Once he caught wind of a quaint little place with cats who were looking for someone to hire, he practically jumped on the opportunity.

She is a very sweet little cat and enjoys curling up on James' lap. She likes to watch the other cats play and would rather stretch and roll than run around.

Cat Biography:

Patch was found in a basket under a bridge with her siblings. While the rest of the siblings were rehomed, she became attached to James, so he brought her to the cafe to live there instead as a member of their feline family.

Rebecca stands at a whopping six feet without heels. Other than being rather busty, she has fairly average proportions. She has naturally tan skin and brown eyes that are on the larger side. Her auburn hair almost reaches the middle of her back and is rather wavy. She has a youthful face so she usually wears a bit of make up when at work to avoid being confused for being younger than she actually is. She enjoys wearing tacky clothing and likes to spice up her work uniform with what looks to came out of her craft closet (glitter, ribbon, pom poms, etc.)

Personality:

Rebecca sees the world through rose colored glasses, making her rather gullible and naive, she believes that the cafe will succeed, that people have only good intentions, and that the working hours aren't ridiculous. Now that she has seen the results of what a little determination can do, she has and always will be a very hard worker. She never seems to run out of neither energy or words. Whether it is making extravagant and unlikely plans about the cafe or overworking herself, she has trouble knowing when to stop. She makes for an exceptional leader since she is good at bringing others together, is very resourceful (fantastic at crafts), and going through with plans. Rebecca tries to be very nurturing towards the employees, occasionally forgetting the fact that she's in charge and enjoys advice to the younger ones, even if it's kind of spotty.

Biography:

Back when she was only a young child she was not allowed to own a cat because her mother was allergic, but after meeting a stray on her way from school she became intrigued by cats. Perhaps they held such a stark contrast to . After seeing the cat that one day, she was determined to meet more, if not all of them. She used to visit a nearby animal shelter just to be with cats. Within one month almost all of the shelter's staff knew her by name because she came by so often. As she grew older, she eventually became a volunteer at the shelter as well. The period between then and where she currently is right now, she prefers to stay quiet about.

( Don't worry, it's not too tragic, I just think that she probably woudn't want anyone to know about her past yet since she considers it embarrassing. I'll have her occasionally bring up past in roleplay.)

Hinata is a rather short man, standing at 5'8", her has thick black hair, dark brown eyes and is clearly Japanese in decent. His face is quite feminine and his face is almost heart shaped and his lips fairly full and rosey in hue. He has quite intense eyes, however, and a harsh brow line that makes him look a little un approachable sometimes.


Personality:


He can sometimes be quite distant, even to those he is good friends with. He is very serious about his work and focuses on what he is doing over everything else going on around him. He can be a little closed off emotionally, but he is always polite enough to respond to anyone who talks to him, and he always has a polite smile at the ready even when he does not feel like it. He is committed and sencible and polite. But there is more to him, he just doesn't easily let it show...


Likes:


He likes classical music and opera. He likes cats a lot, of course. And he really loves to sing, but you'll never hear him unless you get him drunk enough at a karaoke bar, or press your ear against the door when he is showering.


Dislikes:


He hates mess, he's really OCD about his workstation in particular. He hates any kind of music with too much bass, and by extention he'll never go to a nightclub, and rarely a bar. He also doesn't like laziness or rudeness. He values ambition and manners.


Fears:


He has a fear of intimacy, something which he is working really hard on controlling.


He doesn't like tight spaces.


Biography:


Hin comes from a Red Light district area in Osaka, Japan. His mother did not plan to have him. Her boyfriend at the time ditched her when he found out she was pregnant and she had to take more hours at the bar she managed in order to save up money. She wanted to get him aborted, but she ended up not being able to do it, and relied on the help of her friends to keep her alive. When she had the baby she was very weak, but alive.


She raised him as best she could. She couldn't afford a babysitter and she had no family so Hin was passed around to her mothers few friends a lot. When he was old enough to do things for himself he used to try to help his mother out by begging. She worked so hard to support them both on such shitty pay, and the customers she served were either drunk, dangerous, sleezy or all three. He was only a small boy, but over the years he put himself in front of many bad violent boyfriends that tried to lay a hand on his mother over the years.


She taught him many things when she was there. She wanted him to go to school, even though he didn't want to leave her to her two jobs and do nothing. But she told him that if he got an education, he could do anything he wanted. He could make a better life for himself than she had. So because of her he strived to do well. He wasn't good at many things and he actually found keeping up with the rest of the class hard. But he loved music class. He liked the piano, and he liked his teacher who played classical music always in the backdrop of her classroom.


School wasn't really nice apart from music class. He was picked on for where he lived, his height. Then some of the kids found out about his mother being unmarried and working in a sleezy bar and he was made fun of even more. Only married women were supposed to have kids in Japan, or it was abnormal. If you got pregnant you were supposed to marry the father. Hin got into a lot of fights and the grades he was already struggling to keep high went down.


He dropped out of highschool when he was old enough and got a job. He worked as a waitor at a restaurant full time. He made friends there and they liked him. He didn't talk abput his personal life to anyone, except one girl, whom he fell in love with.


When he turned eighteen his mother died. It was foul play. She left a bar after working overtime and some drunk bottled her in the alleyway. After that, he decided he wasn't going to waste his life. He was gonna move away, maybe go to uni. His girlfriend had family in London, so a year after his mothers death, he had saved up and they changed country.


But London turned out to be more than he bargened for. He had pretty ok English because his school taught it and his girlfriend was fluent, but everything was so different. They lived with his girlfriend Suki's parents for a while. They took him out to eat nice places and Hin found out he could name every ingredient just by tasting the food. He began offering to cook dinner some nights and he found he had a natural talent.


But no one would hire a chef with no experience.


The café became his golden ticket into the industry and he wasn't going to waste a second of it!

A middle aged tabby cat with yellow/green eyes. She is fairly big with long tri-coloured hair and dainty paws.


Cat Personality:


He is kind of crabby and might scratch if anyone but Hinata tries to pick him up off the ground. He will, however, randomly pick someone and snuggle up to them if he is ignored for too long. He is temperamental but loving at the same time. He get jealous easily and will almost but other cats out the way if Hinata pays too much attention to them.

Jun was given away to the Pound when he was little. He didn't have a family until He escaped from the pound and was rescued and later adopted by the cafe.
