Realistic or Modern Deception and Perception

Day 4

6:00 am

Ruby Syndicate Text:

Dear ____, we are starting to get sloppy members, as of recent reports an agent has shown up in the morgue while the rogue agent still seems to be at large. Keep your wits about you, for now shoot first ask questions later. For it is unclear currently who is all your enemy or ally. With this reason we are now creating a question and answer type password for you agents. The question: "Have you ever wore a gem with great pleasure?" The answer: "Yes, a Ruby ring I kept on my pinky finger."

The Zeppelin Text:

Dear ____, I would like to applaud you in your efforts in destroying the Articulated, they will no longer be a nuisance to us all now we can switch full focus to the Ruby Syndicate. One of our agents has disappeared since last night at approximately 11:21 pm this agent is Virgil. If you have any information on Virgil please inform us, as he was the core piece to the Articulate's downfall. Keep up the good work everyone, we have yet to confirm any losses in terms of death. Don't change those numbers.

Chase stared at his phone as he read the Zeppelin message one more time. He sighed and got out of bed finally. He needed coffee after everything that happened the night before. Once he finally had a warm cup of caffeine in his hand he decided to even make some breakfast too. 'Wonder what the big plan will be today,' he thought as he cracked some eggs in a pan.

(Is it supposed to be day four of the rp or four days later?)

Rezso woke to the soft ping produced from his cell phone. He yawned and fished his phone out his pocket. The rookie squiented down at the message on the bright screen. 'Even as This Virgil is gone he's still getting praise.' He threw his phone down on the table across from him and turning over to fall back asleep, grumbling something about being a light sleeper.

Feitan slid down the pipe that was hooked onto a building he had just been up on, his phone vibrating he speaks quietly almost inaudible into a small speaker that was part of the collar on his long black trench coat as the phone would begin speaking the message into an ear piece. He knew exactly where Virgil was as he was watching the whole conundrum go down from a vantage point he picked out; though he didn't take part as he didn't believe there was a place for him in the confrontation, as well that he did his part earlier in doing his job. If Feitan actually carried enough emotion he would be rather angry in the fact that he didn't receive praise, but he got pay instead and that's all he cared for in the end. As most people would be just waking up, Feitan would be walking into the front door of his apartment building, as he didn't wish to stay with the others of his group; after he had just completed a job earlier in the night. As the message was finished being read out to him from the robot-like voice it read out to him an option to delete in which he replied yes to, thinking back to the end of the message Feitan always had wanted to change his number just in spite of the boss but refrained from doing so, though since he didn't mess in this way he chose to not inform everyone with Virgil's whereabouts.

Virgil would be twirling a kurambit on his right index finger as he waited patiently a light buzzing going through his pocket. He'd remove it to gaze at it for a moment before turning it off not reading the text and removing the chip. Then he would fish through his pocket again pulling out the Ruby Syndicate reading the text and keeping it on. He placed his bare feet on the round table of where he was wiggling his toes without really thinking about it. Virgil wasn't really much one for sharing his whereabouts unless it was required for a mission. Virgil would look at his cestus clenching his hand hearing the satisfying popping of his knuckles, he'd then stop twirling his kurambit catching it gripping it tightly as he heard the door jiggle. Footsteps could be heard followed by a familiar voice "Yes." Just then Feitan came into view causing Virgil to let out a tch. "Always out so late." He'd then slide forward a piece of paper with a group of names followed with code names as well. "A list of interests." Spoke Virgil in his cold and analytic voice that was void of any normal human emotion.
