NAME: Nolsek

APPEARANCE: Nolsek's body appears like a massive metallic insect's carapace covered in dark rust, with long black arms like tentacles ending in tapered fingers coming out from the sides, retractable grey fan-like wings with eye-spots on them, and thick legs that end in relatively small feet. His face looks like a cross between a Greek comedy mask, a fly, and a blood-drained corpse with a bony structure covering most of it.

PERSONALITY: Nolsek is content to watch, only commenting if he's curious or bored. Due to his inhuman form a human would have a really hard time reading his body language or facial expression, but his resting emotion is boredom, which he seeks to alleviate at all times.

BACKGROUND: Nolsek saw what happened after the "events similar to the beginning of Lights tale" and decided to send out his Death Note as well. He hopes something original will happen, not just "an Americanized version of it that completely misses the mark."

PERSONALITY:
Kypher is supposed to be the posh rich kid, so he tries to act like it. He speaks in a formal tone and tries to dress appropriately. He is polite, kind and understanding. He is an academic and is very intelligent. However this is merely a facade. Beneath the surface, Kypher resents his parents for having him act like this, for giving him this upbringing. He resents having to pander to today's society and their expectations and believes he does not owe anyone anything. To this end, he is rather cynical, pessimistic, harsh and cold when he's not pretending to be someone else. He believes it's the fault of political figureheads, celebrities and those in power pulling the strings that have allowed and encouraged such disgusting ideologies to run rife. He would do anything to get back at them, or change the world for the better.

Often, the stress of juggling two lives weighs too heavily on Kypher and he grows distant and unfocused, a state of partial lucidity akin to 'spacing out'. This example of temporary retardation occurs more frequently under increased stress. Kypher is still trying to discover who he is and what he stands for, so this personality assessment is therefore incomplete.

BACKGROUND:
Kypher was born to two very rich individuals of high prestige. He was silver spooned everything for the majority of his life and had always gotten everything he had wanted. The only thing stopping him from embracing that walk of life was his friend: Mark. A street hoodlum who had somehow befriended Kypher by encountering him one day on the walk to the private school. He was Kypher's tether to the real world, his awakening to reality. He helped Kypher realise the struggles most had to endure and this opened the door to Kypher's current views on society.

Kypher would often sneak off with his friend to live a life of danger, excitement and adventure. It was a great relief from the double life he led. However, his parents found out. It wasn't until Mark mysteriously disappeared. Kypher eventually found out why and for the first time in his life, was furious. It shocked his parents. They thought he needed counselling for anger management.

Soon, Kypher learnt to suppress his rebellious tendencies from others. But his views never shied away and he never let go of his anger. Anger towards his parents, towards those with 'great expectations' and towards those who lived better lives oblivious to those that were suffering. He vowed to change the world, if he could. It mattered that much.
