This quirk looks like a mess, and I'd prefer something simpler, but I'll accept it for now. But I've got my eyes out for any funny business, and I know about Mantis Shrimp.
Oh don't worry about that. I just wanted to make a girl who could dissolve into creepy crawlies and freak other people out. I can change it to just centipedes if you want, or just get rid of the crustacean part of her quirk.

Appearance:

Gender:
Female
Age:
16
Costume:
DFExb1uU0AAIF5M.jpg
Hero Name:
Stoplight
Personality:
Kumi is righteous and values order and rules above all else. She considers effort to be the most important thing and is a hard worker herself, believing that one can achieve anything through it. She is also very expressive and intense, almost constantly shouting when conversing with others. She has a tendency to force her values and beliefs on others. She looks at the world through a black-and-white lens, while having no common sense for nuance. Kumi believes that your every action must have a purpose and absolutely hates wasting time.
Background:
Kumi comes from a humble background. Due to certain events that lead to her father's unjust punishment, Kumi grew up in a stressful and financially unstable household. She never stopped believing in her father and swore to rise above it all, so she could reshape the legal system in her country while also diminishing corruption for good one day.
Quirk:
Traffic Jam - Kumi's quirk resembles an actual stoplight. She can stop, slow down, and normalize movements in 2 minute intervals for a brief period of time. She can only target one individual or an object at a time. Traffic Jam is a sight-based quirk, if Kumi loses concentration or her line of vision is disrupted, the target can possibly "break" the stoplight. Her natural eye color is green, but once she uses her quirk, they turn yellow for two minutes (and her target slows down), then red for two minutes (target completely stops), before going back to green again (target can move freely again). This cycle goes on for some time once she's locked a target in, and stops working once she gets tired because using it is taxing.

Name: Harry Tokage
Appearance: View attachment 745296
He has some middle-eastern ancestry so his skin is lightly tanned. He stands at 6’2 and is missing his left hand.
Gender: Male
Age: 15
Costume: A three-piece suit, ocean-blue vest, black fur-lined coat and slacks and a cream shirt with a gold ascot. He wears a golden hook on his left hand. The look is complete with a pocket-watch.
Hero Name: Neverman
Personality: Harry pictures himself as a dashing playboy, calm collected and able to secure a kiss with a sly wink. In truth this is spurned on by a lack of affection as a child, so he tries to earn the affection of those he meets. Despite this, he is easy going and doesn’t let much bother him, insults, names or shame just roll off his back. Though he has OCD and tends to get irritated if things aren’t lined up neatly. He can push passed other people’s problems but if his own things aren’t up to par then he will go out of his way to correct them.
Background: Harry grew up in a troubled household. His parents were constantly at each other’s throats with little love between them. His older sister had been lucky enough to be sent away to a foster home before Harry was born. Harry’s quirk developed late, at around 8 or 9, doctors believed that this was due to the stress of his household. At 6 a fight between his parents resulted in Harry losing his left hand, which was deformed by birth. This was fortunate in that it alerted the Heroes and Police and Harry was rescued and taken in by his sisters foster family. His hellish upbringing took a 180 and Harry grew up fairly well, though his parents' harsh teaching left him with some quirks. The positive of his harsh upbringing is that little fazes Harry now, he had a harsh life and will now make the most of what he’s got. He decided to follow in his sister’s footsteps and become a pro hero.
Quirk: Reptile – Mutation and Transformation. Harry possesses the passive regenerationon ability that lizards possess. This power is slow, cuts will heal in a couple of minutes but larger injuries take time; about the same length of time as a kiss from Recovery Girl would provide, this has had no effect on his missing hand, however.
Harry's true combat potential comes in the transformation aspect of his quirk. Harry can transform into a huge lizard-man at a whopping 13ft tall he has incredible physical bulk. Like a crocodile, he has tough scales, a long powerful jaw and can swim fairly fast via tail propulsion. In this form he can throw cars and has the stopping power of a bull African elephant, however it only lasts for 8 minutes before he reverts and requires one and a half hours or a good power nap to regain the ability. In this form, his regeneration is accelerated even allowing for the mending of bone after only a couple minutes.

Name: Katsumi Osaki

Appearance:

Gender: Male

Age: 15

Costume: His costume has been something I've been stumped on for years, but I know I at least wanted to give him goggles kind of like Aizawa's where you can't tell where he's looking since his quirk also involved his eyes.

Personality: Katsumi is a rather quiet boy. He tends to try to sit back and analyze in order to get information that will enhance the usage of his quirk. He likes to keep to himself a lot and doesn't like attention. This helps him become stealthy in situations and catch opponents off guard with his quirk. He likes to read in order to give him some more ideas for his quirk and, despite the quiet nature, can get aggravated if he's bothered during his reading times, especially if he's bothered by loud noises. He gets along well with others, but tends to not communicate his own feelings and needs, even if he's in a situation where he needs to.

Background: Growing up, he was always afraid of using his quirk, especially by accident if he made eye contact with someone. This became apparent when he accidentally trapped his best friend in an illusion when they were younger and could not control it. He became fearful of one day losing control over it, and perhaps causing nightmarish illusions for innocent people. He was accused of being deceptive towards others to try to get his way, but he was always innocent and never wanted to use his quirk in an evil manner. Despite his fear, he wanted to prove to others that his quirk wasn't just something that could be used for selfish or malicious reasons; it can be used to help others and save lives.

Quirk: Deception
Katsumi is able to create an illusion for any target he makes eye contact with. He can make them see whatever he can think of as long as he stays focused. This quirk can also be used on multiple people at one time, however, it puts a lot more strain on him the more people he tries to use it on and the longer he tries to keep it up. Using it for long periods of time causes him to have headaches and sometimes eye strain.

Trivia: He likes turtles.

just gonna need some minor clarification. How can he use his quirk on multiple targets at once if it requires eye contact?

As Dapper had said, eye contact is required to activate the illusion, but does not need eye contact to be maintained! My apologies, I was going to edit it for clarification after getting some good questions in the discord

he feels unmotivated to do most of his work, though the fear of the elders keeps him in check.

he is slow to anger, for the most part, he's mainly just bored. though this doesn't mean he doesn't get annoyed, no on the contrary he gets extremely annoyed at the slightest work, though he is always able to control his emotions

Name: Mukade Ito
Gender: Female
Age: 15
Costume: A cutesy red dress that ends at her knees. She has leggings and a large satchel across her chest. The satchel contains jars, knives, and a few bandages
Hero Name: Bug Hero Insecta

View attachment 745687

Personality
Ito is a very bubbly girl. If you've got ears, you'll soon be accustomed to the sound of her voice, as she is always rambling about something or another. Saying that she had a wise array of interests is an understatement. Ito is interested in everything. Like a dolphin, she hops from one topic to the next, knowing something about everything, but hardly anything about something. But how could you blame her? The whole world was just so cool! How did birds fly? How did that bike work? How do you make a jacket? And just how do magnets work? With such a large vocabulary, and such high energy, she tends to do a lot of brain dumping. If someone asked her the simplest of questions, she might begin a long rant, explaining everything that she knew about a that single question. Once she had no more information, she would simply hook it to another topic and continue. Ito was not very popular. So much chatter obviously made her rather annoying, and deterred quite a lot of people. Now that she's older, she's learned to control it a little better. Nowadays, Ito will catch herself 20 seconds into a speech, realize her "error" and word vomit apologies before shrinking back into silence.

Background
Mukade Ito's father was the renown Swarm Hero; Piper. As long as Piper was whistling a tune, he could summon hundreds of tiny creatures to fight for him. Rats, spiders, doves, whatever. This made him pretty useful for taking out smaller gang fights, or stopping robberies. Piper was never a huge hero, but his humble work certainly helped the local police. Ito's mother was not a hero, but she was able to control ants. Ito would come home from school every day to see a tiny trail of ants marching in and out of her home. Most of the time, they were carrying fresh produce from the garden to the kitchen, where her mother was making something delicious. Ito could always tell when her father was about to get home. You could hear his jolly tune as he walked towards the house. Ito's childhood was very nice. She had neighborhood friends to play with, and did relatively well in school. Her parents were very much in love, and they rejoiced when her quirk developed. It was the best things about both of them, and the two doted on her quite a lot.

When she was about 10, Ito returned from school to find her house motionless. There were no ants marching in and out and there was no sign of her father's merry tune. Inside, Ito found her mother hunched over herself, with a police officer standing beside her. Ito's father had been killed in a gang shoot out. From then on, Ito never came back to an alive house. The ants stopped marching in and out. Her mother tried her very best to find life in Ito, but a large amount of life had been sucked away from her mother. That was when Ito decided that she would be an awesome hero. She would be able to stop anything that came her way. She would give her mother life again.

Quirk - Insect Plague
Ito can turn her body into arthropods. She can chose how much of her body she wants to convert, and she'll have that weight of insect. The more complex the bug is, the harder it is for Ito to make. More explanation below

The more "complex" an insect is, the harder it is to make. Ants, fleas, and worms are the easiest. Things like millipedes and velvet worms are a little harder. Then comes the flying insects like butterflies, bees, and beetles. After that is things with a hard shell; crabs, lobsters, etc. And finally spiders and scorpions.

Weather or not a creature has venom also makes it harder for Ito.

So far, Ito can reliably make insects as complex as a beetle. As she trains more, the final two will become available

Kaeru was born to the second son of the house, and he himself was the third child, Kaeru was always just able to fly by on his families name, never really having to try at anything.

Kaeru never really had a goal in life, so being forced to join U.A was strange, it wasn't even really his choice, the elders of the family had strong-armed Kaeru into joining, giving him an ultimatum.

Quirk: sleep- Kaeru has the ability to force sleep and to manipulate people's dreams and when they wake up. this though is highly dependent on Kaeru's mental and emotional state when Kaeru is extremely relaxed or extremely motivated it allows him to have currently a total of 12 people under sleep simultaneously. Kaeru actives his quick when he says the words "the sun is setting" resulting in anyone who can hear it being affected, this though is random and Kaeru has no way of controlling it, also if Kaeru does go over his current limit it results in Kaeru himself losing conscience though the 12 others are also affected.

his quirk has a weak effect on none living entities like robots but it will cause them to go into a powered down mode, for a small amount of time ranging from 5 mins to 15 mins. this effect can be reversed immediately after its initiation from simply turning the machine on again, this also only works for machines that have built-in microphones.

Trivia: because of Kaerus quirk he requires only an average of 7 hours per week of sleep,

Kaeru loves trashy food, all from frozen pizza to store-bought noodles he loves the produced taste.

Kaeru loves to sleep, and for most of the day carries a pillow incase of sleep time.

the Mimoto family emblem is a fox.

Sorry, but I'm gonna need to request a couple changes.

The quirk. So he just says a few words and takes someone out? And he can do that 12 times? No. Also, the whole aspect of controlling their dreams is very similar to donut's illusion quirk, which is fine but it would be nice if we could avoid too much overlap.

Also, a minor nitpick. I don't like how you structured it, with multiple line sentences all starting with Kaeru.

Also you put U.A. in the background when the RP takes place in a different school.

Name:
Chikage Okino
Appearance:
Untitled4.png
Chikage stands at 5'5 ft. tall and weighs 119 lbs., even though her body looks far lighter and weaker, she is actually pretty well-built, which is crucial to her.
Gender: Female
Age:
15
Costume:
Untitled6_20200619163658.png
(Appearance of costume visually subject to change) Most of the suit is there to hydrate the wearer of it. It's also almost like a sponge because it can absorb water, though only 50% to 25% of the water would actually be absorbed by the suit. If the wearer desires to, they can take the sleeves and part of the bottom half off of the suit, but it would lessen the chances of the suit absorbing water.
Hero Name:
Plantea
Personality:
Though Chikage's nature is considerably chaotic and wild, not mentioning how much overall energy she has, she is pretty calm and collective, settling as much peace as she can wherever she goes. She is somewhat of a good heart, helping wherever she is capable in because she herself knows how hard it is. She tends to be quiet and keep to herself, but she likes to talk to people once in a while, or whenever she needs to and she's a great listener. She gets more or less irritated by loud noises which makes her have a shorter fuse. Her overall behaviour can be described as "Quiet, but dangerous."
Background:
Chikage comes from a rather troubled household, not being able to be in her own home half of the time because of how hazardous her parent's fights would be, so she'd stay at her aunt's house. She didn't particularly like her parents too much, but she still thanked them for being tolerable for up to four first years of her life, but after her quirk manifested, everything changed. Her mother and father always tried to help her with her powers, but it only ended up with them arguing even more, which led to little Chikage to blame herself for the fights her parents would have. More and more, her aunt became like a mother to her, as she also held a plant-like quirk with which she helped Chikage work on her own quirk, though most of the time it would be something like helping her learn how to control and use it properly without over-doing it, it was explicitly hard due to the quirk exhausting Chikage so much she couldn't go to school for up to a week whenever she was a child, and so it led to her being homeschooled until the age of 15, which is the age she started going to a proper hero school. Her childhood altogether consisted of training because it was the only thing she could do because of how unruly and messy her quirk was, making Chikage uneasy everywhere she went whenever she was in public it, the quirk, could have a mind of its own and activate no matter when, so she'd stay in the house most of the time, learning how to control her power.

Quirk:
{Plant}

Chikage can grow any plant she desires, but it must be a plant she has seen before or she at least has to know either what the plant is like or the plant's meaning. She can grow those plants from any part of her body and sometimes from the ground or the nature around her, though that is highly unlikely because it takes a vast amount of concentration. At the nape of her neck, a "necklace" of rose thorns sits at most of the time, if she desires to, she can get rid of them. To put it simply, she is like a plant, which means she needs almost little to none actual food but requires to be hydrated unsurprisingly a lot, also needing quite an amount of sunlight daily. The amount of sunlight she needs to sustain herself for a day would be two to four hours or even more if she has major wounds that need to heal.

Gender: Male

Age: 16

Costume:
1f114fcddd780b35f5898efab1d692b1.jpg

Hero Name: Sandcastle

Personality: Miguel can be a bit distrusting at first, and warms up slowly, but he has a genuinely kind heart. He doesn't tend to hold grudges and is generally a calm and collected individual. He likes to observe more than take part in things, but enjoys company nonetheless.

Background: Miguel has lived a normal life, with both parents, in the rather quiet border town known as El Paso. With daily temperatures regularly reaching up to 100 degrees Fahrenheit, he learned to despise the burning desert heat and longs for an area with cooler temperatures and less-deadly wilderness. Despite his parents raising him well, the pressure of being a minority within a town with a distrust for others who didn't look like them caused Miguel to be very wary of strangers and to assume hostility where there might not have been, and to be generally distrusting of others himself. He plans to continue his education in engineering and to move North into colder, more forested areas where he can use his quirk without the risk of overheating.

Quirk: Mineral Printer - Miguel can absorb metals and minerals from the earth and use them to "print" weapons and tools with his hands (shields, wrenches, clubs, swords, screwdrivers, helmets, chest-plates, ect). The bigger the items he makes, the longer it takes to "print" it (ie a screwdriver can take a few seconds, whereas a shield or chest-plate could take up to five minutes). As with most printers, the more he uses his quirk, the hotter his hands get. The size of the things he can print varies with the amount of metals and minerals in the ground, and the speed at which he can "print" increases with the temperature of his hands, making avoiding overheating and burning his hands difficult to avoid. Since his quirk only works through his hands, he won't be able to use his quirk if the skin on his hands is burnt or torn away.

Name: Miguel García-Villalobos

Appearance:

Gender: Male

Age: 16

Costume:

Name: Hatsu Kashizaki
Gender: Female
Age: 16
Appearance: To the untrained eye Hatsu resembles the everyday quirkless looking student you'd see wandering around town on a day to day basis, countless rows of silky scented pitch black strands of hair coming down until reaching shoulder length, fair skin with delicate features, gleaming crimson eyes, always boasting her pearly whites with a deranged smug smile drawn on her face. Height that barely exceeds whats considered to be average for a girl her age, presuming a slim and barely toned physique that often makes her come off as a wolf in sheep's clothing due to her quirk's nature. Normally turns down fashionable or extravagant clothes for something more durable and comfortable.
1593025598725.png
Costume: A worn out wooden mask she made herself and a torn reddish cape.

Hero Name: Asura

Personality: Hatsu tends to draw people away with her dense and apathetic demeanor towards life, as she truly believes that existence is nothing but a fleeting repetition of encounters and partings. This sickening belief leads her to have sudden outbursts of sadness/anger for no reason whatsoever, as most of the time she keeps stumbling over every vague thought that crosses her mind. She's not the brightest around but she's not completely braindead, at least to some extent. Given the rare occasion where she decides not to solve the problem with unnecessary violence, she'd instead use her silver tongue to talk herself out of the situation, if her efforts seem fruitless she'll simply resort to shrugging off her problems as if they never existed in the first place.

Background: Born as the disgrace of the Kashizaki family, known to raise some of the strongest telepaths out there, Hatsu was raised to believe that her lack of telekinetic talent made her worthless. Coursing through the early years of her life, she watched as her older brothers and sisters became successful pro heroes whilst she was stuck in an endless loop of discontent, inferiority and defeat, living everyday wastefully, clinging to her own vices to distract her from the harsh reality. Spending most of her time reading books, overanalyzing everything and contemplating her solitude in complete silence, that was Hatsu Kashizaki's life.
She decided to become a hero when something happened that turned her depressive routine upside down. It was somewhere around august when she became friends with this quirkless girl named Mary, she had no choice on the matter, the girl just took her hand and said "You're my best friend now, come on." and that was about it. Although Mary had no quirk, and no specific talent, she was almost obsessed with becoming a hero and kept going on and on about the matter, always saying every cliche catchphrase she could think of on the spot and doing "heroic" things when no one needed her to, dragging Hatsu along the way of course. The girl wore a red cape and called herself The Asura, in honor of her deceased father's unrelenting spirit. Hatsu grew accustomed to the girls antics and felt at home around her. It was laughable, she thought she had become emotionally numb over the years, but alas, there she was, smiling as if she'd never been hurt to begin with. One fateful moment is all it took to turn Hatsu's peaceful days into one dreadful rollercoaster of emotions. As Hatsu laid her eyes upon the gigantic figure of the villain, she realized that Mary's heroic daydreams had gone too far. (I think i got too carried away here and overdid the story, so i'm just gonna leave it there for the sake of suspense)

Quirk: Powerhouse- This quirk comes in the form of never-ending vigor and nonsensical strength, allowing the user to perform various displays of herculean prowess through raw determination and unyielding perseverance (i.e pushing past the boundaries of Hatsu's weak humane husk, at the cost of her own mental stability). She could be running a thousand laps, her heart could be thrumming as if it were about to explode, her breathing as erratic and agonizing as humanly possible, every muscle in her body burning up from exhaustion, every inch of her being begging for her to stop, but all things considered, this madwoman could still run those thousand laps back. No one really knows where she gathers all this strength from but it is believed that her absurd power comes from various sub-genres of telepathy inherited from the Kashizaki household.

Trivia: Hatsu has a wide collection of her favorite hero's merch and posters of him in her room.
Lord have mercy on the poor soul that dares touch her Red Riot figurine.

What are the limits of her quirk? Also, have you checked the Lore tab?

(I just realized that i didn't really elaborate on this) What limits her quirk is the amount of pain she's willing to endure while using it, and the general feeling of fatigue she gets right after using it. For example, if she were to try and lift a boulder that's like 10 times her size, it would take a considerable amount of willpower to do so and if she keeps overusing it she'll end up feeling extremely tired and nauseous.
I did check the lore tab. Is there anything i missed?

Okay to clarify her quirk is basically superhuman endurance? It says non-sensical strength, so is she going to be picking up and throwing cars or anything like that?

Yes, something like superhuman endurance. Her quirk makes it so that when the brain receives a fight or flight response, or just senses that the body it's overworking itself, it automatically boosts her muscles and their healing factor, temporarily of course.
What i meant by non-sensical strength is that you wouldn't normally expect someone with that kind of muscularity to start doing a million push ups without even breaking a sweat (I'm just exaggerating she can't actually do that btw)
She has about the strength of 10 men but she can amp that up if she forces herself to do so.
Also, from what i've heard, picking up cars and throwing them isn't actually something doable, even for a superhuman... I think.

Accepted. We have a optional discord group in the OOC if you have that by the way,

1593178677184.png1593178688579.png

Gender: Male

Age: 16

Costume: The suit pilots use with a lot of pockets in which things like: darts, caltrops, iron balls etc. are hidden. Of course, it is painted black and gold to remain both stylish, and functional.

Hero Name: G-force hero: faint!

Personality: One aim: To have style and fame. The stars are adored because they are unreachable, and that is the persona Hoshi put on for his whole life. Why does he want to be a hero? Fame and money. Nothing else. If he had to choose between saving a life and being on a cover of a magazine, he wouldn’t hesitate to choke that person himself. Though he is not one to delve headfirst into crime, as he doesn’t finds it stylistically appealing and even visually appalling. A true leader. Not in a sense that he knows what he’s doing, but he has enough charisma to carry his lack of competence. Surprisingly, a test acer. Had to grind hard and learn to learn to get that scholarship money; it helps with his image too. Smart, handsome, tall, a perfect man so to speak. He rarely befriends people, as everybody should just adore him from a safe distance. Can make compromises if they make him look good. He never really had to argue with people for the majority of his life, since everything he did and was adored and idealized.

Background: Hoshi was always thrifty. Ever since his single mother lost her job, they struggled to make ends meet. From a young age he would go from neighbour to neighbour in attempt to earn some money and any earnings would immediately go to his mother. His way of obtaining the said money was often times… unconventional. He would rarely lower himself to simple tasks like mowing lawns or washing cars. Instead, he would make crazy bets, perform even crazier stunts and sometimes even straight out scam people. It all came to a halt when his illegal quirk usage came to public eye in a form of his online videos. Truly, there is only one thing he cares more about than money: fame. Even after many meetings with the local police officer, he would still continue his efforts at semi-internet fame and he would become something of an icon at both of his schools. Girls and boys tried their best to date him, but they all were promptly rejected. In truth, as much as he enjoyed his little fame, Hoshi was too embarrassed about his home and situation to invite anybody. He always wanted to be famous, but the idea about being a hero hasn’t appeared until his 15th birthday, when he saw an interview group of heroes. They were treated like royalty and it was exactly what he wanted from life.

Quirk: Acceleration! - The user can accelerate any object below 1kg to any speed he wishes in one second with the touch of his palm. However, the user experiences the G-force equal to the acceleration rate of the object. Accelerating a pebble to 180 km/h would make him suffer the effects of around 5 Gs, at which he would faint for a few seconds/minutes. That is also his upper limit for now. With the help of his hero suit, he can manage whopping 8 Gs before fainting, managing to throw an object at 300km/h. If he tries to go over 10 Gs, he will die. The user is not pushed back by the force, only experiences the negative effects like: broken bones, damaged circulation and hemorrhages, temporal blindness, unpleasant bowel movements, respiratory failure.

Trivia: His youtube username was '★ man', referencing the hit song 'starman' by David Bowie. He did consider this to be his hero name, but he was afraid of the repercussions of people finding his old videos once he's famous.
