Gender: Female

Age: 16

Costume: Classic taekwondo uniform. Made with a thin material so that the body doesn't overheat itself. She carries a bottle of water with herself all the time.

Hero Name: Aoi (probably subject to change)

Personality:
Fierce. Is the best word to describe her if she were to be described in one word only. But that would be really specific and weird? Aoi remains passive-aggressive towards people she has yet to get to know, and after she finally gets to know them better, she remains passive-aggressive as well, jokingly of course! Her social behavior is akin to a goose: threatening everybody and everything to hide its own lack of strength. Intimidation at its finest. Aoi constantly challenges herself to achieve more and more, usually disregarding teamwork. She does that for two reasons: one is that she believes people have better quirks than her, so she would only be a hindrance, and second one is that she believes one can improve best when one works solo. Strategy is a pretty good joke. She sometimes uses some, but most of the time she simply rushes at things, only managing to curse under her breath after she realizes that it might not have been the best approach. She won’t admit that, of course. Aoi is not stupid, just a bit dumb. She not terrible when it comes to school, but learning comes with a price of having to cram the material last minute only to get a passing grade.

Background:
It all started with her parents. Her father whom she rarely saw was a hero: part of the elite which stood above the ordinary people. Fame certainly wasn’t what he achieved, but his work was enough for the family to stay wealthy, and for the young Aoi to become obsessed with his work. Since young age she dreamed of a day when she could stand next to him at his, no, THEIR hero agency and be called an equal. Aoi’s mother, even though she was the one responsible for her upbringing, never resonated with the girl. She was a gentle woman, with a gentle, moss quirk, while the girl had the fiery passion of her father and something akin to disgust to usual home activities like cooking, cleaning, and even sleeping. Aoi’s excitement to be a hero wavered and declined ever since her quirk manifested. At first, she thought it’s just her mother’s power, but after a few weeks it went out of control when the girl contracted a fever. Her sweat would make moss grow on her body, dehydrating and sometimes even suffocating her. Normal cold turned into a situation which threatened her life, and it took her a lot of time before she learned how to control it. It made her dream of becoming a hero impossible. When people are frustrated, they need somebody to blame for their misery. In Aoi’s case, it was her mother. Why did she have to inherit her useless quirk? Why would her quirk be so out of control? The two stopped talking beyond simple exchanges during dinner.

It was more of a hindrance than a power, and when it came time for grade and middle school, Aoi would just say she’s quirkless. Because of that, she needed to grow in confidence and aggression. People wouldn’t bully her if she got strong enough to defend herself, even against quirked opponents. Her answer: martial arts. Since the beginning of grade school she attended taekwondo trainings, and with years passing, she became quite proficient in it, achieving the rank of 1st Dan (black belt) when she turned 15. What started as means to defend herself, quickly transformed into something that reawakened her dream. She could become a hero: a ‘quirkless’ one. She would achieve that not only without her quirk, but also fighting against it. Aoi never wanted to be the best hero, just being one is enough for her.

Quirk:
Moss - Her sweat glands produce microscopic moss seeds which can be made to grow on anything they come in contact with (except things like metal, glass etc.) If the moss is made to grow in Aoi’s body, it can sustain itself indefinitely, draining water from the user’s body. If planted on anything else, the moss will wither away within few minutes if it doesn’t have any contact with a water source. Whichever option is chosen, some initial water is drained from the user’s body. Whether the moss starts growing and when it withers away can be controlled by the user, but it takes some concentration. In fact, after any taxing physical tasks which leave Aoi sweaty, she needs to concentrate to control her quirk so that the moss won’t burst out from all of her sweat glands. If she ever loses her focus, a green layer of moss will immediately start covering her body. It essentially makes it so that exercising becomes multitasking. Aoi herself hasn’t yet tested the upper limits of her quirk, but she can produce roughly half her body weight of moss before she becomes severely dehydrated. The moss grows almost instantly.

Trivia:

Name: Akira Haruka
Hero Name: Fall Up Koi (TBD IC)
Gender: Female
Age: 16
AppearanceAn attractive girl of average height the first distinctive feature of Haruka is her river of very long ash blonde hair, flowing downwards to her lower thigh, the layers of which are messy and choppy because she insists on cutting it herself. Most of the time, she prefers wearing it in a broad braid, just to keep it out of her face, but sometimes also wears it in long ponytails or loose. Her bangs are held off her face by a scarf. She has lightly tanned skin and light blue eyes. Asami is slightly pear-shaped. She has a dancer's body: she looks petite from a distance, but her muscles are toned. She has a pretty simple - bordering on non-existent - fashion sense, forgoing style for comfort more often than not. She's almost never seen without a matching scarf, which she regularly customizes according to her mood and outfits. Her most distinctive feature are the two full blackout tattoo sleeves going up both arms, with peonies inlaid into them along flowing waters which lead up to a large Koi design upon her back beneath a red Torii gate.
Personality"Follow the path of the unsafe, independent thinker. Expose your ideas to the dangers of controversy. Speak your mind and fear less the label than the stigma of conformity. And on issues that seem important to you, stand up and be counted at any cost."
Blessed with a big, beautiful brain, Haruka was always a bright kid in her class, but she never ranked very high in her school exams, because of her urge to stray off-course. Textbook learning bored her, and she was the bane of her teachers' existence as she would seemingly fight them at every corner and question their every word. Haruka's least favorite phrase in any earthly language is "it can't be done", and her knee-jerk reaction to it is always, "well, watch me". Sharp and observant, but also compassionate and witty, Haruka is really good with people and likes being around them -- even those who might come off as cold or antagonistic. She can turn up the charm to dangerous levels when she really wants something from someone, to the point of actual manipulation sometimes. Despite all this the traits she holds highest are loyalty, a conviction to her course and their resolve, very rarely willing to accept or back down from an injustice that goes against her beliefs. On the flip-side, Haruka can be incredibly jealous and petty, especially when someone takes/aims for something (or someone) she perceives as hers. When she's angry, her words can slice deep. Sensitivity is not her forte. Most times she prefers to end arguments with sharp words or physical action, but there are times when her temper can flare up as well.

BackgroundA street orphan from a young age following a villain attack that demolished several buildings in the city, she would spend several months recovering in the hospital due to her injuries before somehow escaping following waking up with little information on where she was or the new state of events. Haruka eventually comes into the care of her foster father at the Sunflower orphanage, while she would never be related by blood she would look up to her new father immensely due to seeing the efforts he would go to in order to provide for the orphanage. This was, unfortunately, a point of conflict as her foster father's past connections would eventually bring danger to the orphanage and the kidnapping of Haruka by a yakuza family as leverage. This action was soon to be found to be poorly thought through however as he would raise hell in response, not giving them what they wanted and fighting through to bring her back. It was likely this that formed her idea of what a hero was and set her on the path to becoming one.

Prince Newton Techno Sense.jpg
Costume
Prince's costume was designed by him, complementing his quirk and covering his weaknesses.
The metal braces found on his arms are there to help disperse electrical shocks that Prince may receive.
The gun was a BB gun he'd ordered online, modified to shoot small explosives that run on an electrical circuit. Harmless on its own, he relies on his quirk to fry the circuits, causing an explosion.
The blade on his left arm is there to serve as a melee weapon and a sharp tool if the severing of electrical wires and circuits is needed.

Hero Name
Mechano

Personality
Prince's personality contains one specific word, chaotic. He can get extremely ecstatic for no apparent reason then cool down as soon as he loses control of his quirk, blowing a few light bulbs in the process. His obnoxious quirk reflects his attitude, constantly energetic with no effort to slow down. As for friends, no one has held a long-term friendship with him, as most people soon lose their sanity with his constant chatter.

Background
From a young age, anything with a circuit would malfunction daily around him, causing a young Prince to get electrocuted on the daily. As a result, he ended up locked in his room with no technological gadgets in sight, not even a light bulb. The only way to keep him safe was to deny him from using his quirk, which impacted his social life and know-how greatly.

Because of his isolation, he became a social dunce and was shunned by many other people from his school. The only person who has had a liking to him was his computer teacher, who taught him how to properly control his quirk and its side-effects instead of avoiding it entirely. Now he's adept in how electrical circuits work and has taken it upon himself to learn multiple coding languages so he could understand the information he gets from machines he accesses using his quirk.

Quirk
[Cyberkinesis]

Granted with the quirk of controlling the flow of machinery, as well as assembling or disabling their programming at will. With this Prince can operate almost all machinery from afar, granted he knows how the circuits work. The one setback to this is that Prince would receive electric shocks corresponding to how complicated the device is and how big of an action he wants to take.

Ulti and Page One.png
Name: Yasu Hirano
Gender: Male
Age: 15
Hero Name: Trigger

Personality: Yasu's personality isn't great. Despite growing up in a family of diplomats (Or perhaps because of this) he has no manners whatsoever. He's easily irritated and doesn't like being told what to do. Despite still being childish, he's the type that insists he's not a kid.

Quirk: Antagonize
By insulting or annoying someone, Yasu can enrage them. The better the insult the more the anger, and the subtler the harder to notice that its due to a quirk. Cool-headed people can lose it, strategy can fly out the window, and it's even possible to force someone into a berserk rage. A target only needs to be able to see or hear him. However, he can only target one person with his quirk at a time.

Name: Kazue Hirano
Gender: Female
Age: 15
Hero Name: Shark Princess

Personality: If you thought Yasu's personality was bad, you haven't met Kazue. Similar to her little brother, she is very easily irritated and has a habit of picking fights. She's also somehow got an even more foul mouth than her brother. However, she dotes on her younger brother, much to Yasu's embarrassment.

Quirk: Shark
An oddity to the family whose proud of the strength of their quirk's bloodline, Kazue has a mutation quirk called Shark which allows her to do anything a shark can do. This comes with:
A physical buff
High defense (Basically bulletproof, I didn't know Sharks were THIS scary 0_0)
Improved senses
Swimming speed and water-breathing
A real nasty bite

Background: The Hirano family is known for producing powerful and feared... DIPLOMATS! With careful use of their mood-altering quirk bloodline, the Hirano family has dominated business negotiations and politics for generations. Yasu and his sister are the latest descendants of this famous bloodline. The only problem is, neither of them wants to join the family business! The brats both signed up for hero school!

il_570xN.1252240536_toxj.jpg

Hero Name: Hemorrhage

Personality:
Chisuke is determined and always strives to do things without the use of quirks. In fact he seems to have quite an apathy for quirks in general. But he is also always very encouraging of other people, especially those who happen to have weak quirks. He's somewhat quiet and withdrawn, but not to the point where he actively avoids people.

Background:
Chisuke was born to a decently well of family and grew up with two parents who had mediocre quirks (one can change her skin to a shade of crimson, the other can write with his finger) Chisuke had been expected to have a similar low level quirk, but one might of screaming at the age of 5 changed that prediction. He had discovered that his quirk was surprisingly powerful, but also impossibly painful. For that reason he chose never to use it. But from time to time he did still use it subconsciously, mostly in instances where he was protecting himself or others. He struggled through this for his entire childhood, but despite that still wished to help people. So he took up Krav Maga so he could still good his own in a fight, even without his quirk.

Quirk:
Blood Armor (Chisuke can force blood to push through his skin pours and harden into a near indestructible armor. This causes great pain and causes great blood loss depending on how much armor is made)

Trivia: Chisuke is Vegetarian

Name: Thunka Bardereon
Age: 21
Race: Half-Elf Troll
Gender: Female
Appearance: A thickset woman of great height and bulk, their mixed heritage is clearly lacking the rough features typical of trolls nor the lithe frame of elves. They commonly wear simple homemade clothing in comfortable and practical styles, forgoing physical protections due to their magic applications and other abilities granted from their mother's side.
Background: The unlikely daughter between a troll maiden and a brave elven bard, raised upon an expansive vineyard and farm with there step-siblings and mothers.
Skills/Talents: Agriculture, Carpentry, Cooking, Extremely Durability, Keen Senses, Mixed Heritage, Monsterous Strength,
Flaws: Blunt, Great Appetite, Limited Sobriety, Unrestrained
Vices: Alchohol, Food, Incense, and Herbs
Gear: Canteen Flask, Canvas Rucksack, Cart, Carving Knife, Chicken, Cow, Farm tools, Rope, Seeds, Special Herbs, Trade Goods.
Mana: Earthern Ring, Nature Shamanism
I think this might be the wrong character sheet

Name: Emiko Murakami

Appearance:

rustam-svyatenko-5.jpg

Gender: Female

Age: 16

Costume:

tumblr_oo0v4qV5Od1qzv8loo1_r1_640.jpg

Hero Name: Spitfire

Personality: Emiko is quite a quiet girl who generally bottles up her feelings and mostly keeps to herself, although she is far from timid. With people she feels comfortable around, Emiko becomes quite loud and boisterous, even being quite silly at times. Emiko judges people quickly and quite harshly at first, but is not adverse to changing her opinions on people. With people she has decided she doesn't like, Emiko reacts quite sarcastically and passive-aggressively. Despite normally being more sarcastic and passive-aggressive, Emiko has quite a short temper and is easily enraged. When angered in such a way, she will often lash out aggressively and quickly resorts to violence.

Background: Emiko grew up in a single parent family, raised by a father who, whilst kind enough to her and generally very loving towards her, was often absent for work, leaving her largely looked after by extended family members, neighbors, or paid babysitters. Her father was supposedly a simple businessman, a profession that had kept them in a moderate amount of wealth and allowed them to live comforably. She later found out, however that her father had in fact been let go from his job a few years previously and had in fact been making his money as a professional villain, usually as subordinate muscle for a more powerful, more important villain. This revolation only came to her when her father was finally defeated by a hero and arrested. Following this, Emiko was taken in by the state, as she had no other family members willing or able to take care of her. As part of this, she has been heavily encouraged to enroll in the hero school, in an attempt to prevent her going down the same path of villainy as her father.

Quirk: Flammable Breath - Emiko generates a hydrogen-like flammable gas when she exhales. This gas is colourless and odourless. She is then able to ignite it using specialised teeth that function like a flint and steel to create a spark. Through this she is thus able to appear as if she is breathing fire. Taking longer between exhaling and igniting the gas will allow it to travel further away from her but will also cause the gas to dissipate into the air more and make the gas weaker. The furthest the gas can travel before being too diluted to ignite is about five meters. A less obvious aspect of her quirk is an additional, different chemical that occurs in her saliva. This chemical is incredibly flame retardant, thus preventing her from burning her own mouth when she breathes fire. This chemical does not naturally occur elsewhere in her body, however, meaning that outside of her mouth she is no more protected from fire than any other person.

In the real world, someone related to a criminal can't join the police, and I think becoming a hero would be even stricter. But I'm willing to handwave all that and say Emiko is accepted.

Age: 15
Costume:

Hero Name: Bobomb girl/bouncing betty (undecided)
Personality:Betty is a hot head, she isn't mean or nasty, in fact she is a sweetheart, but her energetic nature tends to show as loud and brash and drive people away. she doesn't think she deserves to be a hero because of her upbringing.
Background: Betty was abandoned at birth due to the scary nature of her quirk. when she was born she hurt a nurse with her quirk and was forced to wear special gloves. she spent a long part of her life jumping from foster home to foster home, her current foster parents where the first to not give up on her...yet, and they helped her see her power wasn't all bad. they showed her videos of a hero named murder explosion man and she became obsessed with him because of how similar their quirks where. she now wants to be a hero like him.
Quirk: Bombmaker- Betty is able to turn anything she touches into a bomb that will explode with the magnitude of it's own mass. the larger the mass the longer it takes for her to change it's properties to a bomb, the smaller the mass the smaller the explosion, if she touches a pencil it takes no time for her to turn it into a bomb, but it will be like a tiny snap of an explosion, unlikely to even hurt anyone and more of an annoyance. it also takes physical energy for her to endure the process if the object is large enough. she can't change living things into bombs.

Ito is a very bubbly girl. If you've got ears, you'll soon be accustomed to the sound of her voice, as she is always rambling about something or another. Saying that she had a wise array of interests is an understatement. Ito is interested in everything. Like a dolphin, she hops from one topic to the next, knowing something about everything, but hardly anything about something. But how could you blame her? The whole world was just so cool! How did birds fly? How did that bike work? How do you make a jacket? And just how do magnets work? With such a large vocabulary, and such high energy, she tends to do a lot of brain dumping. If someone asked her the simplest of questions, she might begin a long rant, explaining everything that she knew about a that single question. Once she had no more information, she would simply hook it to another topic and continue. Ito was not very popular. So much chatter obviously made her rather annoying, and deterred quite a lot of people. Now that she's older, she's learned to control it a little better. Nowadays, Ito will catch herself 20 seconds into a speech, realize her "error" and word vomit apologies before shrinking back into silence.

Background
In her youths, Ito wanted to be a hero. What a cool thing to be! You'd go around every day helping people and fighting bad guys; it sounded like a dream! Once she started practicing with her quirk, Ito realized that it would take a whole lot of training to do anything with it. I mean-shrimp. Seriously? How do you stop a caving building with shrimp?! How do you fight off a giant evil man who can throw bookshelves with SHIMP?! WHY WAS SHIMP?! Ito thought that it was a pretty dumb quirk, but she stayed at it. Maybe next time, it would be something else...
By the time Ito was ten, Ito had discovered that she could make not just shrimp, but crabs, lobsters, pill bugs and crayfish. It was a reasonable assumption that it was just crustaceans. B-o-r-i-n-g. BORING. She'd about given up on being a super cool hero. Maybe she could provide restaurants with all you can eat lobster. But that would mean that the customers would be cannibals, so that wouldn't work... Maybe an aquarium would be less picky? But Ito hated the smell of fish. Maybe she would just work an office job like a normal person, but working normal job was for suckers!!
One day, when she was still in middle school, Ito was having a little problem. See her classmates kind of thought she was annoying, how dare they, and some decided to make her their toy. They'd mock her, poke her, chase her around, and generally, just cause a havoc. No one else, in her class or out, thought it was worth it to intervene, so it became Ito's new routine. Get picked on, go to math, get chased around during gym, practice some literature, etc. For the first week, Ito really didn't mind. Hey! They were talking to her! Well, they weren't being too nice, but they were indeed talking to her, but by the second week it was kind of annoying. You can imagine by the fifth week, Ito was ready to burst, but what could she do? Well something that certainly helped was the day she discovered that crustaceans weren't the only thing she could make. It wasn't a spider or anything, but a centipede wasn't bad either. Her mother had told Ito that revenge was not ever the answer, but it wasn't revenge. It was just- a harmless prank among classmates
The next day, when some kid grabbed her by the hair, boom. Every hair on her head crumbled up until it became a long wiggly centipede. An entire head's worth of centipedes, chasing anyone and everyone who picked on her.
After middle school, and out of pure petty revenge, Ito enrolled in a hero's academy. So what if a thousands millipedes couldn't defeat a bookshelf throwing maniac? He'd at least need a new pair of pants after their fight.

Quirk - Insect Plague
Ito can turn her body into arthropods. She can chose how much of her body she wants to convert, and she'll have that weight of arthropod. It's easiest for her to create a single species, but can create up to three separate species of bug, as long as they're from the same subphylum. More information is in the second spoiler box

I'm so sorry

Ito can create animals from the phylum Arthopoda. There are five subphylums, but one is extinct, so I'm just gonna use the remaining four. I'm gonna order them based on how complex they are, staring from the least to greatest: Crestacea, Myriapoda, Chelicerata, Hexopoda. At the start of the rp, Ito can create Crustaceans and Myriapods. Further down the line, then other two will become available to her.

She can create any species from any subphylum available to her. I'd list them all, but there are more than 10 species of crustacean and myriapod.

It's easiest for Ito to only create a single species of insect, but she can make up to three. She can chose those three species, but they all have to be within the same subphylum. Example, she could create crabs, shrimp, and krill at the same time, but couldn't create crabs and millipedes.

How big of an object can she convert into a bomb? Also, not big on her having the same costume as Bakugo.

This quirk looks like a mess, and I'd prefer something simpler, but I'll accept it for now. But I've got my eyes out for any funny business, and I know about Mantis Shrimp.

she doesn't need the female bakugo costume, I just like the design. she can at her current age the largest object she could turn into a bomb would be maybe a 8 foot circumference boulder, which would cause quiet a large explosion but that would be at her limit, as in the only thing she turns into a bomb and she'd be unconcious from the sheer effort of preforming the feat, it would also take about 10 minutes of uncontested contact with the boulder.

(Ignore dragon forms save the wings.) 5'8", barely 115lbs (not counting wings), often looks smaller due to wrapping wings around self.

Gender: Female
Age: 15

Costume: Fullbody black suit equipped with claws on feet for gripping (And slashing, occasionally). Metallic mouth-guard, magnesium strikers near the thumbnail and index pad, and light-resistant, black-tinted visor.

Hero Name: She doesn't have one. She doesn't care.

Personality: An anxious mess that can't control her quirk, her reflexes, or really anything in her life. She's closed off, takes notes in a foreign, nigh-impossible-to-read cipher, and most tend to think she's completely mute because most times, she uses sign-language, though when she does speak, it comes out a low, almost growling mutter. To people she's close with... she's a cynical little bastard at times, especially if you interrupt something she's doing. Most of the time, though, she's just jittery and semi-nice if you manage to start talking to her.

Under those insecurities born of her quirk, Flame is a very logic-driven person. She works on a surprisingly intelligible system of logic. Observe, hypothesize, test, repeat… although her default reaction to people in general is distain. She’s generally fairly mellow, sticking to the background to watch events unfold and only ever really stepping up if something piqued her interest or offends her so bad that she can’t let it rest.

Most often, said offenses tend to be insults to her friends or family.

Despite this, she is still a person, and when emotions do come out of the box she shoves them in, they are most often explosive from constant suppression.

Despite Flame usually having a good handle on herself, she is quite cynical most of the time, doing the same to other people as she does to herself; pick them apart very slowly and very carefully to figure out their weakest points.

Background:

Flame's quirk is... violent, and as a kid, it was also completely impossible to handle. Its power-levels were inconsistent at best (leveling out as she aged. They're fine now), and was so overwhelming that she couldn't physically function without a restrictor to hold it back.

Flame manifested in an already-high-stress situation. She was living with her parents for four years before, combined with her father's quirk, she blew up her family's house, and everyone in it, including her brother, her sister, her mother, and the dead body of her father. She was found almost dead in a coma a few hours later.

She was sent to live with the Pro-Hero Jet Kadoshi (my NPC if pros aren't allowed), and after living semi-uneventfully, was sent to UA to try and control her quirk and maybe use it for something good.

Quirk: She never named it, but it generally entails the control of heat, having a tail and wings stationed along her spine, and being immune to heat.

Expanding:

She can control heat in a 50ft radius. The more she gathers, the harder it is to control and the more energy she uses. If she uses too much energy, her body begins breaking itself down to supply her with energy. This takes form of bleeding out of eyes, mouth, ears, and nose. She is immune to heat, causing her to be constantly cold, all of her body-heat seeping into the area around her and leaving her room temperature or under.

Blood clots slower. She can bleed out disturbingly easy. She is weak to acids as well.

Flame has a pair of heavy, ~11ft wings, each being around 5ft 6 inches. They're highly sensitive, and while granting her flight, they are uncomfortable for daily life. Chairs were not made for wings and tails, and the membrane is very easy to injure, despite the wings never scarring.

She also has a 7ft long, prehensile tail covered in smaller-than-fingernail-sized red scales and black markings. It... can't do much, but her wing-membrane connects to the base of it, making wearing shirts and putting them on a bit of a task.

Trivia: Scales lose fire resistance when shed.

Oh boy. This is gonna take awhile. Sorry.

First off, the name. As a rule of thumb, I never accept a character who's name is the same as the player username, especially when the name doesn't sound like a real name.

Secondly, could you crop the bits of the picture that don't matter out? It's hard to make out what I'm meant to be looking at.

Thirdly, could you change the age to 15/16. Thats the age everyone else is due to Delinquent so if you want to be in the same year group that's gotta change.

Fourth. I think the fact she blew up her family should probably be a secret this Jet guy helped cover-up, because my first thought after that wasn't to be sent to a hero school but to an actual rehabilitation center. Also, minor background nitpick, the school isn't UA.

Fifth. Quirk, I have trouble with this quirk. This quirk allows invisible attacks that can't be defended against within a 50ft area, and flight.

Name: Harry Tokage
Appearance: 1592524766405.png
He has some middle-eastern ancestry so his skin is lightly tanned. He stands at 6’2 and is missing his left hand.
Gender: Male
Age: 15
Costume: A three-piece suit, ocean-blue vest, black fur-lined coat and slacks and a cream shirt with a gold ascot. He wears a golden hook on his left hand. The look is complete with a pocket-watch.
Hero Name: Neverman
Personality: Harry pictures himself as a dashing playboy, calm collected and able to secure a kiss with a sly wink. In truth this is spurned on by a lack of affection as a child, so he tries to earn the affection of those he meets. Despite this, he is easy going and doesn’t let much bother him, insults, names or shame just roll off his back. Though he has OCD and tends to get irritated if things aren’t lined up neatly. He can push passed other people’s problems but if his own things aren’t up to par then he will go out of his way to correct them.
Background: Harry grew up in a troubled household. His parents were constantly at each other’s throats with little love between them. His older sister had been lucky enough to be sent away to a foster home before Harry was born. Harry’s quirk developed late, at around 8 or 9, doctors believed that this was due to the stress of his household. At 6 a fight between his parents resulted in Harry losing his left hand, which was deformed by birth. This was fortunate in that it alerted the Heroes and Police and Harry was rescued and taken in by his sisters foster family. His hellish upbringing took a 180 and Harry grew up fairly well, though his parents' harsh teaching left him with some quirks. The positive of his harsh upbringing is that little fazes Harry now, he had a harsh life and will now make the most of what he’s got. He decided to follow in his sister’s footsteps and become a pro hero.
Quirk: Reptile – Mutation and Transformation. Harry possesses the passive regenerationon ability that lizards possess. This power is slow, cuts will heal in a couple of minutes but larger injuries take time; about the same length of time as a kiss from Recovery Girl would provide, this has had no effect on his missing hand, however.
Harry's true combat potential comes in the transformation aspect of his quirk. Harry can transform into a huge lizard-man at a whopping 13ft tall he has incredible physical bulk. Like a crocodile, he has tough scales, a long powerful jaw and can swim fairly fast via tail propulsion. In this form he can throw cars and has the stopping power of a bull African elephant, however it only lasts for 8 minutes before he reverts and requires one and a half hours or a good power nap to regain the ability. In this form, his regeneration is accelerated even allowing for the mending of bone after only a couple minutes.

Ah, sorry about the background thing.

Sure, I can change up the age a bit. I'll drop her in at 15.

It is a secret that Jet and... several other people covered.

Her real name is Arii, but she just translates it as a way of distancing from... y'know, the first four years of her life. She hasn't legally changed it, but that's pretty much what everyone calls her unless they really need her attention. If you're worried about quality, I would be happy to link you to a different rp so you can read over my general posts.

The quirk thing... I could add an AOE glow effect, though it is part of the... truly disgusting amounts of trauma I've put into this character.

I'd prefer the wings stay, though, as I'd like to not make her a... totally depressed ball of tears.

For the image, you're mainly supposed to be looking at the wings, human form, and markings. Cropping it would be difficult, as the file is on my computer and editing an image of that size can get difficult, especially with the organic curves.

Name: Katsumi Osaki

Appearance:
BNHA Katsumi OC.png

Gender: Male

Age: 15

Costume: His costume has been something I've been stumped on for years, but I know I at least wanted to give him goggles kind of like Aizawa's where you can't tell where he's looking since his quirk also involved his eyes.

Personality: Katsumi is a rather quiet boy. He tends to try to sit back and analyze in order to get information that will enhance the usage of his quirk. He likes to keep to himself a lot and doesn't like attention. This helps him become stealthy in situations and catch opponents off guard with his quirk. He likes to read in order to give him some more ideas for his quirk and, despite the quiet nature, can get aggravated if he's bothered during his reading times, especially if he's bothered by loud noises. He gets along well with others, but tends to not communicate his own feelings and needs, even if he's in a situation where he needs to.

Background: Growing up, he was always afraid of using his quirk, especially by accident if he made eye contact with someone. This became apparent when he accidentally trapped his best friend in an illusion when they were younger and could not control it. He became fearful of one day losing control over it, and perhaps causing nightmarish illusions for innocent people. He was accused of being deceptive towards others to try to get his way, but he was always innocent and never wanted to use his quirk in an evil manner. Despite his fear, he wanted to prove to others that his quirk wasn't just something that could be used for selfish or malicious reasons; it can be used to help others and save lives.

Quirk: Deception
Katsumi is able to create an illusion for any target he makes eye contact with. He can make them see whatever he can think of as long as he stays focused. This quirk can also be used on multiple people at one time, however, it puts a lot more strain on him the more people he tries to use it on and the longer he tries to keep it up. Using it for long periods of time causes him to have headaches and sometimes eye strain.

Trivia: He likes turtles.
