Idk if it's just me, but is the notifications acting up again?

Did you 'read' all of them? RPN notifications tend to fail, if you get a noti but instead of clicking the notification, you just refresh the page. Or sometimes if you get an update in the same thread that's already open it will auto refresh, so you can still see it on your page. However the notification status remains 'unopened'; when this happens, your next update in the affected thread won't register.
