Cursed Caves and Empty Deserts

[Sleepless Prince]

Liam is a college student, studying geology. When a teacher asks for a project to be done on. the most different types of cave rocks, Liam decides to take a cave tour with one of his friends (your char). The tour guide, Alexander, takes them throughout a large cave system, showing them magnificent caverns, and even an ancient artifact. The relic, said to curse all that touch it, is a slender black box, containing the paw of the monkey god. The myth about the paw was that when the great monkey god got into a fight with his brother, his brother decided to possess the monkey gods hand. Where ever the god went, bad luck struck him and even killed the people around him, so one day he cut of his hand, and put it in a box, in his brothers cave.


After Alexander steps away to take a bathroom break, you char opens the box and Liam and him/her are cursed with bad luck! The curse cant hurt them, but can manipulate the environment around them (ie crushing them with rocks, or causing a cars breaks to stop working).


After alexander is killed, they are trapped in the caves and must find their way out, but once they do they find themselves in a desert (or forest) and meet a shaman who tells them they need to journey to find three ancient elemental relics to lift the curse, or they will eventually be killed by their horrible luck...
