Essentially, everybody make a single post here and keep track of the essential effects/charms in use at the moment, how much essence you currently have or used , willpower, Your combat statistics, what artifacts are currently attuned etc...


If you have a surprise negator, also please precise that you do and just write down the name of the charm, so I can check and let you know when the appropriate situation comes up. Like for example, surprise anticipation method virtually applies to all situations, meanwhile reflex sidestep technique only applies for combat purposes.
 
At the moment, the only Charm Viktor has active is Mind Hand Manipulation. That and his artifacts are already included on his character sheet.


His surprise negator is All Things Betray; it costs 1m when used in that fashion. It lasts for a full Action, can be used against both physical and social attacks, but if he uses it on someone he has a positive intimacy for, or one of his descendants (of which he has none... that he knows about), he replaces any existing intimacy for that person with one of Hatred.


He can reflexively spend 1m to know whether someone is lying. Unlike the Solar version, this only applies to that one particular statement.


A couple of permanant charms of note on him; any social attack made against him and framed as a command is an Unacceptable Order. Any social attack he makes framed as a command is automatically UMI, costing at least 1wp to resist, and frames his head in a crown of green fire. He (like all DTs with Swallowing the Scorpion) gets +1 MDV against Yozi and Demon charms.
 
Renna is running with her Form Charm active, 6m spent on Pearlescent Filigree Defense, and 8m spent on Instinctive Dex Unity. She also has the spell Virtuous Guardian of Flame active.

(Pay 2m to detect a hostile threat including attacks and traps. Furthermore, I can intercept the surprise attack if it is made against anyone within 12 yards of me.)

Expected Pain


Against unexpected physical and social attacks, it works in the same manner as Reflex Sidestep Technique. Against any threats against himself or an ally (as per Surprise Anticipation Method, so this encompasses everything from a poisoned drink, to a diseased concubine, to a hidden assailant preparing to ambush), it converts all dice on a relevant Awareness roll to automatic successes. Both uses cost 2m, but there is a +2m surcharge when applied to attacks/threats from a creature outside of Fate.


Prior Warning (when active)


I roll any Awareness rolls that I would normally be allowed to notice a threat (Essence x 2) minutes before I would normally make that roll (e.g. with E5 I roll 10 minutes before my character would be offered a poisoned drink). When you (the Storyteller) cannot determine the difficulty of the roll beforehand (say, it's an opposed roll for surprise), use the highest ([intelligence + Larceny] /2) of any character involved in the threat - or difficulty 1 if my character could notice the threat automatically (e.g. an obscured, wide chasm that abruptly appears in the tunnel). On success, my character receives a vague premonition of harm without actually revealing the nature of the threat. This adds one automatic success to my actual roll to notice the threat when it finally arrives.
