At the moment, it's a specific flavor of a specific brand of mac 'n cheese. No other mac 'n cheese, just that one. It's not like I don't like other mac 'n cheese, just right now it's not that flavor or that brand therefore it is inferior.

A little late to the thread but pan fried grilled cheese (with lettuce and ham) and as a side a plate of fried russian dumplings glazed with soy sauce and honey and sour cream with oregano as a dipping sauce.
It's highly specific I know but something about it just tickles the right part of my brain.
Also lentils but I don't have any recipes for it that doesn't demand for half the spice drawer
