Other Cross-platform Writing Software

Not sure if this would fall under here, but does anyone know any programs you can download on phone & (windows) desktop to work on a writing project? I'd prefer something w less stress on ram and stripped of features, things like google docs or microsoft word are not really an option here. Ya boy has an old phone, and old phones don't like running in-browser software nor large apps.
Stuff like the notes app for iphone are great because it doesn't blow my phone up, but I can't use it on PC.
I'd like the work to have some way to save after I'm done so I can revisit it on another platform without having to copy paste etcetc.
Any suggestions would be great :3

Evernote is the first one that comes to mind. It has phone apps, desktop app and web interface, so you can synchronize between all devices.
Not sure if it's lightweight enough, but it's a note taking app.

google docs but it might take up too much space

google keeps should work. albeit syncing it between pcs and mobiles are a pain in the rear, but it is light and has very few features.
Albeit the syncing gets easier after the first sync.
