History:
Maverick was born to the werking of his bloodline long ago at a time of great conflict, between his clan and the other clans. His kin could not co exist with the others given in there true forms none were safe from them. His upbringing was not a kind one. Since the moment he could make a punch his father ruthlessly trained him in the arts of combat. Which was the age of 3 for Maverick, and his later years were not any kinder. Countless times challenger after challenger fought him for succession to his father. Time after time Maverick emerged victories and changed forever. At the age of 20 Maverick had conducted countless raids on other werclans wiping out entire clans in some cases. This was at the time the clans of the vampires intervened. While the chaos caused among the werclans; was not entirely there problem they could not have a single clan gaining power over the others. It was decided under a temporary truce, that they would aid the werclans to subjugate or bring the Lucian clan under control. For the next 100 years Maverick would participate in a long bloody war for which he had trained his entire life. At the end of this war the Lucian blood line was brought to a end. Maverick along with his entire clan had bin either killed or captured. Rather then stay this way many fought to the death rather then be disgraced. Maverick along with his mother, father and two sisters were executed. They were believed to be dead, but my some miracle Maverick barely survived. It took him a year to fully recover from his wounds, but his mind never did. His family all those he knew were gone. He had no home to return to, and no people he belonged with. Thus Maverick traveled the world in secret. He never stayed in one place for to long. Only staying to earn enough money, and food to travel elsewhere.

For 800 years he did this till he finally settled down in the current city. He became a owner of a small mansion, which he then turned into a boarding home. He also provides the local meat markets, and fish markets with fresh supplies. It is unknown why he has decided to do this, but he has done so for 218 years.

Other: He is descendant from a long lost bloodline called the cursed children of Lucian. There progenitor was a savage ruthless beast of eternal hunger. His bloodline transform into monstrous beast, some coming to say abominations to nature. His kin transform every night no matter what, and do not transform back until sunrise. They will feed constantly until then to satiate there unending Hunger. Maverick has not joined the local werclan cause of his history. Along with the fact, that he does not wish to be part of that life anymore. However unlikely that is.

Killian Acker, the first and only child of the former leader and her husband. As the upcoming heir of the 'lord' title, Killian's life first few years were spent in hiding due to fear of being assassinated. He was the child of two significantly powerful psychic vampires, after all, so his future potential was assumed to be high and possibly exceed even that of his parents. Killian lost his father at a young age, which resulted in his mother having to raise and train him all by herself.

Luckily, the somewhat young boy's strength hadn't been underestimated, as Killian had revealed to be a quick learner and, as a result, made a lot of progress in understanding and utilizing his skills of manipulation. The presence of these powers within him caused for overconfidence and slight arrogance to appear, something that both of parents did not quite appreciate.

For the majority of his life, Killian did not have to do all that much. Aside from happily participating in any violent conflicts that occurred and just fulfilling regular obligations in the city, Killian mostly spent his time trying to gain more power through setting up alliances and friendships with anyone even reasonably powerful. Killian also actively attempted to show his fellow psychic vampires that he would, in fact, be a good leader. He was manipulative enough to somewhat succeed in his tasks, successful enough to claim the throne after his mother' unexplainable disappearance. It was theorized that Killian, who had previously shown a slight hunger for power, was the one behind his mother's vanishing. He thoroughly denied this, though, instead putting the blame on either the WereClan or the Blood Clan considering his mother hadn't always shown a very friendly attitude towards either of the groups.

Roughly 100 years have passed since then, and the mystery has still yet to have been uncovered. Killian is still eagerly waiting for the day he can get his revenge, but for now is doing his best to keep his clan strong and stable.

History/Bio: Parker grew up with a weight on his shoulders. The weight of responsibility. Not only for the clan but for it’s future leader as well. It was well known there were threats againt Killian’s life however what they didn't know was all the threats were neutralized by his future SIC, Parker. He was for all intents and purposes the clan’s protector. He kept his leader safe and made sure the clan was always secure. Often called the “Protector” or the “Guardian”.

Other: The only downside to being such a rock for the clan is that he’s emotionally unstable. Mood swings to rival 3 pregnant women, delusions the size of Texas. (Example - he accidentally bumped into a clan member and swore up and down the poor guy was dead)

To keep him calm he has a familiar, a red fox named Angel. Angel keeps him grounded and focused. If something happens to her he feels the effects both physically and emotionally. (Example - If the fox got hurt in the leg he felt the pain on his leg and his stability on slightly wavers.) When she isn't out, Angel is hidden in a tattoo between his right shoulder and chest.

The reason for any capture attempt is due to them being usually at the center of mental ward 'incidents' as she prays on the mentally unstable due to her near-insatiable hunger for human emotion. being Pavels twin, But born first, he was destined for the throne. him and pavel had two different personalities, pavel was the one who doesnt start the fights. dom was the opposite. But he made mistakes and couldn't stop his 'Crusading' Against werewolves. his parents took away the throne and gave it to pavel instead. Dom wanted nothing to do with them after words, and split the clan in two. starting a civil war for the throne, The ruling family, and their loyal followers defeated the misfit crew of rebellious vampires, pavel cutting down Dominic.

Clan: Psychic clan (albeit a maverick that hunts rampaging werewolves and turned humans, also lives away from most vampires and humans as he doesn’t think he’ll be accepted by both)

Weapons: his cursed chain-whip sword which he christened Hades passively amplifies his psychic vampire abilities to where he is comparable to an actual psychic vampire, although still weaker in many aspects compared to one. And the blade draws power from very specific emotions and concepts such as: the fear of death, reactions to being deceived, the need to propagate, the desire to change an unavoidable fate, the machinations and cruelty of people, feelings of love(specifically unrequited), feelings of revenge, and the desire to be made whole. The drawbacks to all of its powers are that Erick has to be within ten feet of of the weapon at all time or he’ll slowly die, if he is disarmed he has to build up the strength of the weapon all over again, and finally using for an extended period of time destroys his sanity. Added on to the fact he hadn’t mastered how to use the sword fully

His twin guns specially modified to fire gimmick bullets made for various situations( although most of them can be used regardless of his current predicament) a few of these said bullets include: flash bang bullets(use is self-explanatory) , concussion bullets( be prepared to see these a lot as they are non-leathal) and silver garlic laced bullets used when hunting his usual targets. These guns also have two silver blades attached at the front and the guns themselves look like the image below

History:Erick was once a happy go lucky person who didn’t care how bad things can get, until a group of mad scientists abducted him and his twin sister Erika for use in creating double agents who could end the plague known as the paranormal from within their ranks. However their lack of planning or rather lack of information regarding the topic of have a human turn into a psychic vampire thus making him more along the lines of an incomplete hybrid and leaving Erick himself in a near death state due to the procedures involved. This lead to him being tossed aside from him being deemed a failure leaving him to fend for himself and never saw the individuals involved again.
About a day after he was tossed to the wolves Erick was encountered by a high ranking member of the psychic clan and helped him though gaining control of his now fractured emotional state and afterwards gifted him with hades and its curse taking effect not long afterwards and said high ranking member has remained in touch with him despite him striking out to hunt the truth as well as rampaging werewolves during full moons.

Other: his current personality is quiet but still sociable to those he knows. The tattoo present on his torso was a way to distinguish between the rest subjects he was apart of. His nickname of Skeith means shadow in old Scottish.

Looks:

Human: Sylvaine doesn't see herself as very beautiful, even if others describe her in that manner. Her skin tone is fair and she has an oval-shaped face. Sylvaine's hair is dark brown while her eyes are bluish-green. She has a slim build which makes her appear delicate complimented by curves giving her an hourglass figure, her eyebrows themselves being dark brown and thin yet shapely. She speaks with a French accent and stands at 5'6" in height. Carved into her right ankle is the number 1453, forming a permanent scar though there are other scars, both physical and mental she carries both on her body and within her mind.

Wolf:
Sylvaine's wolf form is a stark contrast to her human form. Replacing her dark brown hair is a lush pelt of ivory white fur with cream mixed in. Sylvaine resembles an arctic wolf with a slightly short nose and short ears. Fur lines her paw pads and on each of her digits are ivory claws. Her optics change to a stunning bright violet, standing out against her pelt. Standing out stark white against her pelt is a number...1453, carved into her right ankle and carried over from form to form. Her body is filled out, a drastic change from what she was when she and Balthazar first arrived in their current city and her eyes appear to have a haunting hypnotic glaze to them, trapping anyone who looks in them. Her wolf appearance stands at 3-feet in height and 5-feet in length so she isn't very intimidating but she uses her size and intelligence to her advantage.

History: Sylvaine was born in France to a small family pack that was a decade old. Her grandparents stepped down from alpha position when she was six months due to old age, allowing her parents to take over. When she was nine months, famine and hard times forced her to leave her family, traveling for three months until she came across a pack in Italy where she met her mate, Icarus. They became friends at first and over time developed feelings for each other, eventually becoming mates whereby shortly after Icarus was announced as future alpha by his father. Sylvaine's happiness wasn't to last. Her mate was killed on a mission for their pack when she had reached adulthood as a wolf. Three nights later her younger brother-in-law killed his father, resulting in him becoming alpha and demanded Sylvaine become his mate and help rule over the pack. Sylvaine's heart was with her beloved Icarus and so she was sold to humans who would use her for the next fourteen years as an experiment, carving into her right ankle a number; 1453 in pure silver. Only nine years after joining, Sylvaine was forcefully mated with a vampire experiment named Lazarus. The forced breeding, an experiment in itself, resulted in a child being conceived...in other words Balthazar. A dangerous hybrid, the result of two mortal or immortal enemies, depending on one how one looks at it. For the next few years, her son was subjected to training by the humans who were pleased with the success and planned to breed her with more experiments in the future but she and her son escaped on her son's fourth birthday, keeping Balthazar's heritage secret and trying to control his insatiable hunger. Finding themselves in an area with two-different types of vampires, humans and werewolves was overwhelming and Sylvaine didn't trust any of them. It wasn't until they were attacked by not only vampires but a werewolf that Sylvaine made the choice to join the OPS, her son's only chance at survival as she saw it but she was understandably cautious. Sylvaine worked her way up through the ranks, starting out as a Recruit and then rising up to Agent. She was given the option to be the second in command at one point but turned it down in her fifth year on the job as she saw it as too much paperwork. It was only when the leader mysteriously vanished that she was asked to become the new leader which took her by surprise but she accepted.

Speaking with delicate French octaves inherited from his mother, he has a deep baritone voice. Balathzar's overall human appearance isn't anything remotely special. His hair is curly with a slight wave to it, being light brown in color. His skin has a pallor to it, making him seem sickly though he is far from it. His eyes are light blue, almost like glaciers with a cold chill to them. He's lanky yet average in height and weight with slightly elongated nails and teeth. Carved into his right ankle is the number 1454 which forms a permanent scar.

Wolf:
Balthazar's wolf form resembles that of a timber x arctic wolf. Carrying the shorter muzzle and ears of an arctic wolf, his coat is a light charcoal with a white path of fur on his chest. On his four paws are ivory white claws and ivory-white teeth adorn his mouth. The white patch of fur on his chest has vanished, becoming the same charcoal as the rest of his body. His wolf form is gangly thanks to it resembling an adolescent wolf, he will retain this appearance until he hits twenty whereby his wolf will will become that of an adult.

History: Balthazar was the result of a forced mating between a vampire named Lazarus and a female werewolf named Sylvaine. His birth was an experiment in and of itself to see if the breeding of a werewolf and vampire would end up in pregnancy. It did and though Lazarus hated the child, Sylvaine loved him and did her best to protect her son. Shortly after his birth, Balthazar was taken from his mother and the number 1454 was carved into his ankle using a pure silver knife. When he was four-years-old, he and his mother managed to escape the facility that was housing them where they were subjected to unspeakable things and fled. Balthazar and his mother hide the fact that he is a vaewolf, knowing sadly that he will be torn apart and hunted by vampires and werewolves. It was sometime later that Balthazar and his mother ended up in a city full of wolf, man, two-type bloodsuckers and hybrids. They joined the special ops three months later, after running into an encounter with a pair of psychic and blood-sucking vampires which took a lot of energy from Balthazar and then a werewolf that thought they could test their luck against the child; all three were torn to shreds by his mother. His mother worked on through the ranks until, when the leader mysteriously vanished, Balthazar's mom was asked to take over.

Other:
