Fantasy Crimson Knight Academy

"parents"that word rang in his head like a bell "Ive never had parents... "he said with a quiet tone. it was true Lloyd never knew his parents only thing he had known was the elder and the gruesome training he had done all his life. " what about you ?" Lloyd said quickly to change the subject

(Ugh... meh... other words... real life sucks... but I'm back...)

Kael was wandering the halls still somewhat lost in thought. The day before he had helped a girl to the infirmary with Marble's help. He hadn't been himself lately. Off on his own he wasn't doing his part as Marble's teammate. With that moment of clarity he rushed down the halls to find his partner. As he ran he thought to himself, "It doesn't matter if I've lost myself, there are others around me who need my support. I can fail myself all I want but I'm not gonna fail them."

@JustKay

Was it really only yesterday that she had helped someone to the infirmary and stayed until they were taken care of. It had been a bit boring, and the girl had seemed nervous. Then again Marble had just been sitting next to the bed. All the talking from the morning had worn her out on that particular mode of communication. So it was probably a little weird to have this stranger sitting their silently waiting for the nurse to come. Marble had even stayed until everything was taken care of and escorted her back to the dorms encase she felt weak again. But that was then, this was now. And now was medit

Peace. Stillness. Unmoving. She was stone and stone was her. Marble sat on the roof of the highest point of the school and relaxed deep into her power. She ignored the petty squabble that started down on the ground. Ignored the prank a child of fire was pulling the chief inside. Ignored every action, reaction, and inaction of the students and staff with in this stone castle of a school. Seeing all and nothing. Let the stone bring to her what it would as she became familiar with it. The stone this high up was different then the stone in the library. Being so high up into the air one could almost thing you were flying as the wind wiped past you. These stones were halfway between earth and sky after so many years of the wind gliding over them. With a little prodding they were just about to give up their secrets when - someone interrupted.

Peeking an eye opened she sensed, through the stone rather then saw, that one of the girls who had been fighting below had climbed up the side of the building. From all the frost she was guessing the girl was a child of ice. Normally she wouldn't have minded but the addition of cold to the equations was changing the stone again before she could learn their secrets. If Marble was one for emotions she would have sighed heavily. Instead she knew there would be another chance to learn from the air stone. Maybe the ice stone would teach her something useful as well. Reaching out with her powers to touched the stones around the girl that were covered in frost.

Elden looks at Christian. The boy was nervous, Elden could easily tell. Not only that, but the boy was still holding himself down. He could feel the warrior spirit inside him wanting to break out, but being held down by a wall of regret and sorrow, built over time. His mother scarred him, making him think he wasn't important. Elden gently pats Christians shoulder. "You aren't a dead weight Christian. I am going to show you right now. Fight me." (Sorry for the long wait.) @yamagache

(No problem! I'm just glad your back. :D )

Sinking deeper into his own fears, he was about to be trapped within his own doubts. When suddenly Elden placed his hand on Christians shoulder once more, snapping Christian back to reality. "You aren't a dead weight Christian. I am going to show you right now. Fight me." As Christian heard these words, he was surprised at the sudden declaration to fight.

He quickly scanned the cafeteria, still seeing Lloyd absentmindedly eating, not paying any attention to Christian or Elden. "Here? Now? In the cafeteria?" He spoke with panic. Wondering what he could possibly do for a first attack.

Elden hears the boy panic about the sudden declaration. Then again, who wouldn't? Elden only responds by flashing a few yards away from christian, giving both boys some space. "You go first Christian." Elden states, as the lightning boy cracks his knuckles, and grins.

@yamagache

Marian winced as she watched a large syringe removed from her arm. She rather didn't like being stuck in the infirmary it was so clean, so white, so bland, so...pure. It just wasn't her style to sit around and wait. Her family taught her to never stop moving, always move, always fight, always kill. She silently grit her teeth as her breathing started to become erratic. "Urge to kill...rising..." She grunted out before taking a deep breath. She had to calm down. She had to focus all her bloodiness at whatever target she was aimed at.

"That reminds me I haven't met my partner yet!" She exclaimed.

Holy mother! Elden flashed a few yards away grinning, while cracking his knuckles. Electricity was flying and spazzing around his being as he ready'd his body for a fight.

What to do? What to do? Still trembling, He placed both his hands on the colts he carried around his waist, holstered. He briefly wondered if he should pull them out and try to shoot Elden, since he was a distance away, a long range attack would make sense. But then he realized that Elden had cracked his knuckles, he was looking for hand to hand combat right?

He placed his hands into fists and thought about the quickest way to reach him. Not confident in his own power. He decided on a half assed sprint to catch up to Elden. Holding his fist and readying it to punch him in the face. Almost laughing at the sheer ridiculousness of his own idea at a first move.

Christian was just a few inches away when he realized that this wasn't going to do. Elden had initiated a fight to grow stronger, better then the weak lanky kid Christian had always believed to be. He decided even if his strength was pathetic he would hold back, he would show Elden exactly what he had to work with.

Suddenly a small wave of air energy slowly engulfed Christians hands as he aimed and drove his fist to contact Eldens stomach. He had know idea he had just invoked his magic with sheer will.

@National

Elden gasps as the fist connects to his stomach. It was definitely a surprise to Elden. The magic was more powerful than he imagined, the magic sending him flying back.

In the middle of the air, Elden again disappeared in a bolt of lightning. Behind Christian, a pop of electricity is heard as Elden appears from behind. He sends a chop designated at the boys stomach. @yamagache

'I hit him?' Christian thought as he saw Elden literally fly backwards at the forced impact. He looked at his hands seeing the energy swirling around his fists. 'I did that?' Agian shock was plastered on his face, he couldn't believe he had that much strength.

But before he could get to excited, Elden used his electricity based teleportation to show up behind Christian. The static noise the abilities made gave away his position. He felt a sudden thump of power in his stomach, making Christian drop to his knees while he held his stomach and making him cough at the sudden shock.

He then quickly swiped his left leg around aiming for Eldens legs hoping to trip him on his back.

Elden grins. He didn't Christian with a lot of power, but he was impressed with Christian. That chop usually would kill a normal human. Then again, Christian wasn't normal at all.

Elden feels his legs go up, and he starts to fall to the floor. Before he hits the floor, however, he disappears. A few seconds pass, and Elden was nowhere to be seen. The air was still and silent as Elden wasn't seen.

Suddenly, without a warning this time, Elden appears right in front of Christian, even faster than before. He lays his pointer finger on the top of the boys head. "You did very well Christian. I am surprised that you already used your magic into your fighting. Training has been a success today." Elden lowers his finger, his tiger Like eyes gleaming happily. @yamagache

As his foot made contact with Eldens legs, he felt Elden falling down. He used that opportunity to stand up and turned around, ready himself for anything...

But there was nothing. He hadn't heard Elden hit the floor and he had vanished again. He kept quiet searching every corner of the room, but unlike last time, Elden wasn't giving anything away.

It stayed quiet for what felt like minutes to Christian. His adrenaline had perked his entire body on red alert. He hadn't even realized how focused he was. How confident in his own strength.

Suddenly like a flash of pure lightning coming in at a speed Christian wasn't prepared for Elden materialized before him placing a Finger above Christians head.

After saying that there training was a success, the sheer weight and speed Elden had appeared, shocked Christians body. Causing his legs to tremble, making him fall to his knees. He breathes heavily as the magic that was drained from the fight caught up to his body. Making Christian feel exhausted.

But that didn't stop him from smiling at the kind words spoken by his partner. "Thanks. Your amazing. I've never experienced such speed."

Elden smiles as he holds out a hand for Christian to use to get back up. Elden's tiger like eyes gleam. Elden was happy with the success. He could tell Christian was also fast, and with enough training, he could use his air magic to really control the battlefield.

Hearing Christian compliment Elden on his speed made the silver haired boy smile. "Thank you for that. Lightning based users are said to be the fastest of the elements, but they of course have a huge weakness to Earth based users. That is why I focus mostly on my speed, senses, and paralyzing prowess." @yamagache

Absolute admiration was what Christian had for Elden. The way he spoke about his own training and 'prowess' brought Christian excitement. If only Elden knew just how much christian saw Elden as a mentor.

Taking his hand and lifting himself back up, he swatted the dust off his pants and took a solitary deep breath to re find his center. "Is there anything you can't do?" He asked curiously as he saw Eldebs tiger like eyes glisten and shimmer every now and then. Looking almost otherworldly.

Elden nods at Christians question. Elden had weaknesses, that is for sure.

"Every warrior has a weakness. For example, I am weak to Earth users. Not only that, but I am sort of a glass cannon. My defense is not that strong. But I try to cover that up as best as I can with my speed."

Elden claps his hands together, closing his eyes. He reopens them, and a crackle of lightning shoots up from his feet.

"After lunch, I want you to come in a special journey with me. I will take you to the spiritual world."

@yamagache

"The spirit world!?" Christian asked completely flabbergasted. What was he talking about? Was there such a place? What creatures lay within the realm? Was it safe? Why?

Why on earth would Elden possibly want to bring Christian to such a place? He looked straight into Eldens gleaming animalistic eyes, desperately trying to see weather he was playing tricks on him, or if he was telling the truth. Fear and anxiety were plastered on his face as so many questions spinner around in his head.
