Couple Ideas for 1x1s

Taimer of all horses!
Forever

Art walked along the brick path and walked with his head down, trying to keep his feet off the cracks. He bobbed his head along to the music. He noticed someone waving at him and grinned. It was someone from home, someone he actually liked from home.

He waved back but kept walking as a group of her friends swarmed around her. He lost his grin, trading it in for a condescending smirk. He ran a hand though his over grown red dyed hair. And mumbled under his breath, "Girls." to no one in particular.

After the first classes of the day, Art sat under a tree on the quad and leaned against the trunk. He opened the lunch that he had bought on the way here, chinese food. Pulling chopsticks outta his bag, he tugged out his trig book as well. Math had always been his worst subject and he was tired of being the dumbest one in that class. Reading and history he was the smartest. He set the book on the ground and put the food in his lap.

He missed (insert your name here). For the longest time they had been friends, since they had lived in the same neighborhood, before Art had lost his parents in an accident. She had always been there to help him with his math homework. She would finish the problems first and walk him through it.

He sighed and looked at the food in his lap, crab rangoons looked back, taunting him with her missing presence. He never really liked the crab taste, he had bought them out of habit. Like it was back in the days when they used to walk to school and she would have her lunch but he had 'forgotten' his own.

The sound of foot steps broke into his revelry. He looked up to see a girl who looked a lot like (you). He shook his head and thought, Man, I really need to get more sleep. I'm seeing (you) everywhere now. A second thought made his stomach tighten and his hunger head for the hills. His face paled and he blinked at the ground, wondering if he was right about what he was feeling.

To test the theory he closed his eyes and thought of the times when they had slept together, like in the same bed. He had a sleeping problem, couldn't sleep unless someone what with him. He had slept with his mom before his step dad came along, then they had bought him a dog.

He had (you) wrapped up in his arms, her back to his chest and his head a tiny bit above hers. Her steady breathing had always made it possible to fall asleep quickly. Except for the last time before he left for college. He had been awake all night, not able to focus on anything but her. The smell of her, the feel of her, the way she muttered in her sleep.

He opened his eyes quickly....he had been right. A small part of him was excited, the majority of him was pissed that he hadn't realized it sooner. He thought back to the moment when he told her that he was leaving and how she had seemed indifferent to it. How much that had hurt him. How much he'd wanted one more hug before he'd left but she wasn't to be found anywhere.

He sighed and set to eating the chinese food, pork fried rice and chicken fingers, around the crab rangoons. All the time wishing she was here, or he was there.

RP 2

Wyngs stared out the window in the living room, wondering if he was actually gonna show up. She's waited for a long time to see him. She'd meet him sometime she couldn't remember, but he'd always been there. She was really dependent on him and wasn't sure if she liked him as more than an adopted brother. Her brain raced around in circles as she tried to figure it all out, but nothing worked anymore. She sighed and turned her attention back to the street, still hoping to see his car pull up.

In all the years that she had know him, she had always harbored a secret crush on him. For a long time he was the guy who protected her from all the ridicule from everyone else.

She closed her eyes and rested her head on the window. She sighed, playing over the day he had left the cozy town, the warm house next to hers. She took a deep breath, imagining the smells in that house. All the amazing things his mother would cook, and oh the things she would make. As hard as Wyngs fought her own home memories, with the good came the bad and she soon slipped into the depressed state of mind that she had found herself in so much lately.

She crossed her arms wrapping them around her chest, winching as the tape pulled on the large piece of gauze stuck to her forearm. The day old cuts reopened and she cussed under her breath. Placing a hand on her arm so the bandage wouldn't slip, she walked up stairs to her room and hip checked the door open. She carefully pulled up her sweater sleeve and the gently peeled the bandage off. She grabbed another bandage. Sitting on the edge of her bed and wrapping her forearm in an ace bandage, she looked around the room. Without warning, she picked up something from her desk, a heavy paper weight and threw it across her room. She suddenly got up and left her room without fixing her sleeve. She ran to the window at the end of the hall and climbed out onto the roof. She sat at the peak and laid her back where one roof met the other.

Her heart ached as she wished he was here already. He was the only one who could understand what her mother was like. But she didn't want to think about that beast right now. She needed him. More than he needed her....of that she was sure.

Home sweet home

Kiara looked up at her newly bought house. Grinning she thought of her boyfriend who was on his way here. Her stomach was all butterflies and worms just from thinking of him. With a sigh she reached down and grabbed the last bag from her mom's house.

She quickly conducted a search of her pockets and located the key in the back left one. The door unlocked, she pushed it open with the toe of her boot and walked in. The bare floors and walls made her wish that he was here already.

Kiara found her phone and found his number. With quick shaky fingers she typed 'Hey, you almost here?' She sent the message and went to the bedroom.

She found an outlet, plugged her laptop in and blasted some music as she busied herself making the bed and just dancing around the house, dusting the hard wood floors with her sock covered feet.

She was a sight. A 5'3" short, thin girl with ginger hair cut into a short bob around her cheeks, wearing skinny jeans with no shoes and a tank very bright tank top. She danced around, flipping her hair and getting lost in the music, laughing at the silliness of it all.

As the songs changed and a slower song can on, she walked back to the bedroom and sat on the bed, hoping (insert name here) would get here soon.

If you wanna just jump in, I'm gonna put it somewhere else....gimme a minute and it'll be up.
