Height: 4 ft (10 extra ft with fully extended tentacles)

Weight: 300-450 lbs

Behavior: Cougar's are quick and lethal. Upon seeing a food source, depending on how large it is, they may attack on their own, or call for help. Cougars normally travel in packs of a dozen, running at speeds of up to 20 miles per hour, assisted by their 5 legs. In order to trap prey, they will circle them, closing off openings by stretching out their tentacles and slowly waving them. They mostly feed off of the Buckzilla around the forests, but a human would be too delectable to let pass.

Special Abilities: Cougar's each have two massive tentacle's sprouting from their shoulder blades. These appendages are filled with muscles, allowing for quick movement, and making lashing them around easy. Each tentacle ends like a squid's would, but rather than harmless suction cups, the ends are coated with 4 inch long spikes that are barbed by microscopic spines. Although they cannot produce poison, they are easily capable of ripping through any flesh that the teeth and claws are incapable of cutting. The pack leaders can be identified by a small spike rising from their neck between the tentacles.

Their emerald green eyes shine in darkness, and when stared into, can cause fatigue, delusion, and if gazed into long enough, can make someone lose consciousness.

Backstory: Cougars were some of the main "units" sent out to kill off the humans. Their ability to communicate with each other, and tactical cornering and tracking, made them perfect for finding stragglers. Their tentacles used to be 6 feet shorter, and couldn't reach nearly as far as they do nowadays.

Weak Spot: Cougar's flanks are soft, like a normal lions. Their skin is easy to cut, and they are vulnerable to almost any attacks, though ranged weaponry is preferred against them, cause of their spiked tentacles.
