A new age of human is rising. Named Chosen Eyes, This new breed is hunted down and captured by an unknown force. What are their motives? That is to be found out. What is know is that each carrier of the strange phenomena, Code Named: Ocular Effect, has their own unique power. No two are the same.
Since each power is different, it is up to you to decide. All I ask is you understand these powers come from the eyes. No other part of your body should have anything 'powered' about them. Thanks!
