Other Cheapest custom Fursuit creators?

I've been searching for a good quality fursuit creator that can go under $1000
I need someone who can do customs.

I don't personally know anything about where to get fursuits, but a friend of mine got his partial custom made last year for only $300. The design was fairly simple, and he knew the creator personally. I'm sure you've probably already heard this, but you most likely wont find a good quality creator that goes under $1,000 for full suits. Cheaper creators are okay if you have a simple design, but I can't say much for quality. I hope someone can give you an actual answer, or link you to a few places.
