He is able to inflict wounds on his opponents by hurting himself, causing them to gain random slashes across the skin that bleed. His power increases with the more wounds afflicted onto him, increasing the number of wounds afflicted and deeper wounds.
Weakness: This man is easily overcome by his bloodlust, randomly attacking targets in the heat of battle, making him a dangerous man also to his own allies. The only way for him to do more damage is by taking more damage, but if take down by immobilizing, he is useless against it and cannot fight back.

Backstory (optional): This man has no memories to speak of, only remembering back a year ago when he first ‘woken’ up, he had to spent that year trying to re-learn everything, but it was a difficult task to do when homeless. He was often treated like the others, a worthless man out in the streets with not purpose. He tried many times for help but those he spoke to did very little or ignored him. He slowly became insane, he no longer asked for help and began mumbling things to himself, until a year later when he finally broke, afflicting wounds to himself in order to get some relief, which is how he figure out his power to afflict wounds to others by harming himself. From that day on, he called himself by what those who harm them self, those afflict wounds to others and enjoying the thrill of battle. He calls himself..... the ‘Flagellant’
Other Info (optional): His condition is a intense case of Amnesia, unable to remember his past. His mind may be broken but if someone were to help him, he would stop and hesitate, remembering those few who helped him when he first ‘Awoken’

The second part of his ability which take ten seconds to activate, but once activated he is able to ‘Heal’ by trading wounds with someone else, letting them take the deadly wounds while he takes their less serious wounds

Appearance: He is tall and bulky with a lots of muscle from constant weight lifting. He is Caucasian and wears an American flag speedo at all times. Only the speedo. He was sunglasses, a stubble and a handlebar mustache. His hair is matted and blonde.
Quirk: Gun. His index and middle fingers can be detached and his body creates it's own gun powder. He can use this to shoot bullets of bone marrow or just to shoot blanks.
Weakness: He needs a constant intake of calcium to make bone bullets. To get around this problem. He spend about a third of his money buying way too much milk.
Role: (Student, Teacher, Villain, Pro-Hero, or Villain Apprentice) Teacher/ Pro-Hero. His name is Uncle Sam.

Appearance: Kiva has lightly tanned skin and is five feet tall with pink eyes and long, pink hair that runs all the way down her back. She wears short sleeve shirts and matching skirts of various colors. She also prefers wearing heels and has shades that she wears on her head so that they'll be easier to put on whenever she goes outside.

Quirk: Shade Stride-Kiva's body turns into a silhouette. While in this form, she gains night vision, her movements become silent and slightly faster, and she gains the ability to hide inside of any shadow with five yards of her. Also, the darker the area, the longer she can stay in Silhouette form.

Quirk Limitations: If she possesses someone's shadow, she does not gain control of them. She also doesn't get access to their quirks.
-Kiva is not capable of firing darkness projectiles or conjuring shadow weapons.
-Kiva can only enter a shadow while she's in Silhouette form and is incapable of doing so in human form.
-Shade Stride requires mental stamina to use. If her mental stamina runs out, she automatically returns to human form and loses consciousness.
-If Kiva is in human form and has less than 25% of her mental stamina, she cannot change forms until her stamina reaches at least 25%
-Silhouette Form-50% per minute(30%/min in darkness, 90%/min in bright areas)

Weakness: She's very sensitive to light, hence why she carries shades around. Because of this, sudden flashes of bright lights can temporarily disorient her while concentrated lights can momentarily prevent her from using her quirk unless she is in contact with a shadow other than her own or she's already in a shadow.
While she's more elusive in Silhouette form, she's not intangible.
Kiva is nimble, but not physically strong.

Kyle Sander walked toward an Alleyway. He had gotten a call from another so called villain.

I sense a lack of villains in this story, so I decided to make one.

Quirk: Spirit unleashed (Panther): His base form allows him to fire very high speed beams, called Cero, from his hand (which grow more powerful the more blood is shed) and powers up his sword, named "Pantera" as well as excellent defense.
His Unleashed form (unlocked much later on) transforms him into part panther, makes him much faster and more powerful, at the cost of a much lower defense. This form can be easily shut down with a strong enough direct attack (which is hard to pull off due to his speed.) However, he usually does not use this form as her prefers more exciting battles.
Weakness: His base power is average, and powering is risky for him, as enough blood loss can cause serious complications. His average speed can make capturing him pretty easy. Also he can get cocky and refuses to take action without a good reason to do so, which can be taken advantage of.
Role: Villain
Backstory (optional): An unhinged man who grew up adoring heroes, his personality suddenly changed when he accidentally killed a man and was put in a juvenile detention center. The few months he spent in there was enough to twist his heart, crush his spirit, and opened his eyes to a new perspective on the world. Legally changing his name and appearance, he adopted the name "Pantera" and eliminates unworthy, cowardly heroes, Villains, and civilians to his liking.
Other Info (optional): He rarely goes out without his costume out. Nobody knows his true appearance or name, other than he has blue hair, eyes, and most disturbingly, a piece of a skull on his face, very similar to a popular manga character. He is an excellent swordsman and can attack and defend very well.

Its up to you if you want him to be added.

You have to drop either the part panther or the laser beams. You can't have both. Sorry I'm rereading it

In a nutshell, the more blood he loses ( by himself or others ) It gets stronger up to a certain point ( 4x higher than the normal beam, but that's debatable.)

Name - Blaze Accelerant

Type - Emission

Abilities:

Saburo's Quirk gives him the ability to control, manipulate and produce napalm, a flammable tar like substance by combining oil with some other chemicals to create a thickening, gelling like agent that becomes a deadly corrosive fire. Though the flames still burn, they possess a more acidic compound and the fumes they create can be toxic even in low concentrations. The napalm Saburo produces often varies in it's consistency, flammability and chemical composition, allowing him to alter it as he needs. He can also ignite the substance with a thought, showing that he has some psionic control over the substance which he exudes like sweat, having a natural store of it in his body before being able to convert his fat cells and even clothing into the substance.

It represents his unstable temper and predisposition towards violence as well as his warmness to those close to him. He also seems to have some extra pyrokinetic related powers from his Quirk, such as his apparent immunity to being burnt as one of his party tricks was holding his finger over a candle without any damage, showing he has some biological resistance to his own Quirk.

The fact that he can chemically control the composition of his napalm means he converts some of his cells into raw atomic material. Combined with his knowledge of pyrotechnics and chemistry makes him a competent user of his power.

Super Moves:

Nightmare Blast: Using his napalm in a vapor form, it sends a cloud of ash and dust forward, stunning his victims in a fashion not unlike a smoke bomb, thus letting Saburo go in for further attacks. He has chemically altered the smoke to add in hallucinogenic properties, further disabling his victims with terrifying visions by creating effect similar to a bad drug trip.

Napalm Grenade: A simple chemical pyrokinetic grenade made out of pure napalm that explodes on impact, spreading more napalm which ignites.

Napalm Grenade - Cluster Variant: A more advanced version of Napalm Grenade which sticks several together, useful for increasing the intensity of a blaze or for attacking multiple enemies as the cluster separates and explodes, showering an area with burning napalm.

Hellfire Rocket: A very powerful pyrokinetic napalm infused rocket that fires a cluster of five fireballs before exploding. He can create several at once and uses them for an area of effect attack.

Ionic Drain: An ionic power that turns his napalm's fire into plasma which upon attaching itself to a living thing, it drains the electrical and chemical energy from it's targets and feeds it into Saburo, giving him and his Quirk a temporary power boost.

Firebird Strike: An ability which allows Saburo to fly on the same principle as a rocket, converting the chemical fuel of his napalm into downward force with some of it being lost as heat and light. His legs and arms become fiery and resemble a Phoenix's wings, in this form he can shoot waves of fire at people.

Spikers: A pyrokinetic power which generates up to three liquid napalm spikes that transform into humanoid like creatures that Saburo commands telepathically. They can either set themselves on fire and throw parts of their bodies as projectile weapons or act as suicide bombers by using the chemical energy as an explosive.

Napalm Grapple: Using one or more Napalm "pillars", it is a move designed to ensnare enemies and hold them above the ground with the threat of the restraints setting alight being a possibility, he can alter the caustic or toxic effects of this Super Move to poison or burn people if he is feeling particularly sadistic.

Smoke-based Teleportation: Saburo's most complex ability allows him to shapeshift his entire body into thick, black smoke before reappearing a distance away a second later, explained by his mastery over not just his napalm but other elements of fire as a result of his Quirk mutating. The limitation is he can only teleport himself and there is a maximum distance of 800 meters with a 4 minute cooldown at optimum condition and a 24 minute one when he's out of napalm as a conversion agent.

Trifluoride Upgrade: Saburo infuses his Napalm with a chemical called Chlorine Trifluoride (ClF3) which is a better oxidizing agent than oxygen itself, allowing him to increase the temperature of the blaze to up to 2400 degrees Celsius and making it able to burn through material such as glass or asbestos as well as concrete. Trying to put this variant of napalm out with water is extremely dangerous since the smoke will combine with the water to form hydrochloric and hydroflouric acid, both extremely caustic substances. This also increases the acidic component of his flames.

Weakness:

Saburo often goes out of control with his Quirk, although he can start blazes very easily it is shown he cannot control the flames very easily once he has started them and he has no control over flames that haven't originated from his napalm.

The fact that his power is highly destructive combined with a violent temper makes him dangerous in high-stress situations since he'll often try and force his way through with his Quirk, leading to negative outcomes such as fights that could be avoided.

Quite often, the smoke and fumes from his napalm are highly toxic and dangerous to be around, meaning he can hurt his allies or civilians if he doesn't control his usage.

He has to eat a lot to maintain his body since creating the napalm is done by converting his body cells when his natural reserves run out.

Role: Villain Apprentice (Maybe with Kyle?)

Backstory: Born to a Quirkless geneticist father and a geneticist mother who could control blood, Saburo was born with a terminal degenerative neural disease that would have killed him by age 18. His parents put their energy and time into repairing the disorder by replacing the faulty genetic link using an adapted virus to inject the repaired genetic material into his DNA via a process called CRISPR Cas-9, it also caused his Quirk to manifest as the virus mutated Saburo's Quirk. Saburo had a normal childhood until age 8 when his Quirk went off on the train due to a temper tantrum and his initial inability to control his production of napalm, it caused an explosion which knocked the driver out, the train crashed into the station at full speed, killing most of the people onboard inlcuding Saburo's parents and injuring everyone else. He grew up in the foster care system in a children’s home and was eventually put into a halfway home which he was kicked out of for smoking weed, having developed the habit to suppress his memories of his parents dying as wel as to try and block out his growing pyromanaical tendencies. Homeless and broken, Saburo resolved to live hedonisitically, robbing ATMs with his napalm to melt the lock and stealing all the cash inside, burning off the ink with his power. (Rest to be added, I'm thinking a villain finds him and his Quirk and takes Saburo under his wing?)
