I'll put as much effort into helping you have fun with the RP as you put in to making your character. I'm not saying go bananas with character traits and stuff, but don't be afraid to contact me via DMs or the OOC, work out details about your character, and when you're done be sure you have an idea of where they want to go with their adventuring life. The better an idea you have about your character, the more I will be able to offer in terms of challenges, progression, and story involvement.
Based on the poll, though it is difficult to judge as some who did not express interest still voted, most of you will be creating beginner adventurers which is fine. Much of the beginning will have your characters becoming familiar with Orario, looking to become stronger in their own ways, facing challenges, and perhaps feeling estranged from the higher-level dealings of the familia as they rarely have a place in such situations.

(Status is at base always 0, and excluding special cases like Bell are capped at 999 even for those who work the hardest. It is raised by training and diving into the dungeon, so someone who is inexperienced or has just leveled up will always have very low stats. Set it as you see fit, though as a general rule you should have one stat that is higher than the rest and one stat that is low compared to the rest. If your character cannot cast magic, their magic stat will always be 0.)

Skills: the method to attain a skill is unknown, though they often blossom from desire, hard work, or meeting some requirement.
Developmental abilities: obtained on level up.
Magic: a person can know a maximum of between one and three spells, though those with an inherent limit less than three can essentially add one to their cap through usage of a grimoire. Spells typically have a chant, though occasionally they are "fast cast" with only the need to say their name in exchange for drastically lower effectiveness.
