Can't Toggle Notifications?

So, I'm having Notifications on my phone (which I turned on), but now I cant figure out how to turn them off. This is a simple question from what I can tell, but I can't figure it out.

If you receive notifications on your phone, it is either through email or through a second party app like Pushover. You can change email notification settings here and you can unlink your account from a push notification app here.
