Help Can we ban people from a RP thread?

I'm actually having a huge problem. Two people are spamming my OOC chat from this RP :

Could it be possible to ban them ? They are actually screwing around my RP....

I have. But i'm scared that they may came back in the future and i really hope that they will be ban soon. They are tainting my RP...

The protocol is to report a user for spam if they continue to post in a thread after you have asked them to stop. If they don't stop after you ask them to, report one of their posts. The mods might see fit to threadban them so that they will not be able to respond to that particular thread again.
