They soon afterwards release their captive, and personnel of the Federal Navy soon come forth to usher their Army counterparts from their cots and signal each and everyone of them to a separate console. Imprinted on their screens would be the basic crew digitised roll call procedure - a standard method in ensuring that those who had entered a cryo-induced sleep were now awake.

History:
Turnbull was born in the Hellas impact crater of Mars, in the city of Greater Victoria - a Martian colony established by the English government wing of the Federal Commonwealth - on the 1st of April, 2099 to parents who served as colonial security personnel for the Centre of Colonial Administration. As such, Malcom developed a comprehensive childhood understanding of Federation politics, and developed a keen interest in investing in the political world to better the Federal Commonwealth and those who lived under its banner. Respectively, Malcom aimed for top grades during his years of education to better present himself to the general public.

When Malcom turned 18, he took a detour in career choices. With the recent bombing of the government's German administrative headquarters conducted by radical separatists, Turnbull figured that violence was the necessary response to such a decision, and enlisted into the Federal Army. Even after completing his Phase 2 training, he volunteered for his first Tour along the outer territories, engaging in multiple conflicts with separatists movements. Though he was only suppose to serve 6 months, his Tour was later extended to an unspecified amount of time due to the effectiveness of military presence in maintaining Commonwealth law. Such an extension saw Turnbull move up in the ranks to the position of Corporal.

3 years on the frontlines and a number of decorations later, Malcom was eventually pulled from his post on the outer territories and instead given a new mission. The 3rd Army Corps were to handle a bug problem on a planet 19 light years away so the government could obtain some valuable resources. At this point, Malcom was beyond questioning their motives, and was just as prepared to serve his government as he was when his first signed up.

History:
From an early age, Des, was meant to be in the military. She wasn't meant to stay behind while people were fighting and dying. She was meant for more than that. She wanted to be out there, making a difference, leading men and women into battle. While in college she was in the commissioning program where they training with knives. That's when it happened, it was a tragic accident, a fellow candidate lost his footing and threw their knife right at Des. It landed right in her right eye. She awoke later, her eye gone, with a doctor giving her options.

She graduated with highest honors and a cybernetic eye. With her commissioning, she was sent to the fleet. She was put in charge of chalk. A hard-charging bunch of soldiers that took the impossible and made it possible. She led the charge with them. WIth battle comes pain and lose. She was leading her Chalk when an explosion went off. She lost her arm. That didn't stop her. She finished her mission before getting transferred to the 3rd corp. The rest is history.
