HISTORY

Sebastian was born in Paris as the second son to General Léon and his wife Aude. He had an older brother, Lucas, and younger sister Émilie. He grew up fairly poor, his mother doing everything she could to feed and take care of her three children after their father had left the family behind to be able to concentrate better on his military career. This is why Sebastion also never refers to him as his father, and keeps saying he "lost that function when he left us".
Seb was a pretty difficult child, nobody - especially his teachers - knowing what to do with him. He was always disobeying rules, getting in trouble, usually for getting in fights with classmates. Even though he had big academic potential, being quite clever compared to others of his age, he dropped out of school at the age of 16 and took on some small jobs to help his mother until he enlisted as soon as he turned 18, being pressured into following into his father's footsteps and pursuing a military career.
The war broke out just before his 20th birthday, after which all hell broke loose in his own life.
