Blythe is quite rude, to be frank. She never had the social graces of her older sister, and is surprisingly not the most confident. She makes up for this with her egocentricity and putting on an air of callous bitchiness.
She's also a flirt, it's something she does for attention. It's hard to tell when she's genuinely interested in someone and just flirting to be a jerk.
At first glance, Blythe seems to be the very last person anyone would want to keep around, but her sweet-and-sour attitude has a way of making people focus their frustrations on her instead of each other. She does have a soft side, but it's ridiculously hard to find it underneath all of her emotional armour. Her worst fear is being abandoned, and it's rare for her to actively seek out isolation.
She performs magic as a way to draw attention to herself, simple misdirection at it's finest.

Blythe and her identical twin, Blaine, was born illegitimately, her mother a business mogul and a father with no details. She was born in Norway, raised by nannies and tutors. Her mother didn't do much in the way of parenting. Blaine was the favourite, causing Blythe to grow extremely jealous. She worked as hard as she could to be prettier and better than her identical womb-mate. In some ways, it worked. She may not have been able to best her twin in the looks department, but she did have some better skills-- Such as her English and magic skills.
