PERSONAL HISTORY:
Xavi was born as the oldest child of a family of lawyers and doctors. His mother was a skilled surgeon and his father was a greatly respected lawyer. Growing up everyone had high expectations of him since both his father and mother were top of their class. He was seven when his parents had another child, his sister. WIP.

PERSONALITY:
Xavi is a workaholic, spending every once of time he can on his work. He's confident in his work and good at both following the rules and taking the lead. He doesn't express himself much, nor has he ever really had to. Cold and Aloof. Xavi is the kind of person you either don't mind or just can't stand.

ABILITIES:
Xavi has the ability not only to see and talk to the dead but also see the time everyone will die (humans, anyway.) It's what makes him so good at his job. It's like a gut feeling, his mind will give him a date and time whenever he looks at someone. He cannot see his own death time nor anyone with magic. Which makes him very cautious around those with no times. TO talk to the dead he has to either be at the sight of their death or the graveyard where they rest.

Abilities: Water's Call ||Water's Call gives her the ability to manipulate water, both in siren form and human form. As a half siren, she can breathe underwater and has the ability to shift between siren and human. In siren form she gets scales and fins all over her body, as well as claws and webbed hands and feet. Her teeth become sharper and her eyes turn bright blue. In human form she has no signs of her other nature, except when she get angry or threatened, then her eyes will swirl with blue for a brief second. For the water manipulating part, she has to have a source and she us most powerful in siren form. She can take control of the water and/or change it's temperature. While in human form she has to be able to see her source of water to manipulate it and be concentrating on it to control it.

Personality| Raven is a confident individual. She's very athletic and adventurous, adaptable and resourceful in any situation. Raven doesn't really care much for small talk, making her come off as aloof, but she really is a friendly and genuine person. She's a mature, reliable, and hardworking person. Focused and observant. She's clever and very intelligent. Her curiosity is what leads her into trouble, it's how she ended up a siren and lead her to become secretive and tense. Raven, although friendly, is not very forgiving if you hurt her and can hold grunges. She's suspicious of people and it makes it hard to get close to her. Raven usually is calm, but she can become quickly irritable and impatient when upset.


Backstory| For as long as she an remember, it was always just her and her mother when she was younger. Her mother was a well-known veterinarian and her father had disappeared before she was born. Raven grew up in a home near the water, but was always forbidden to go swimming unless it was with her mom. She never went much nor did she understand at the time why swimming was a bad thing. When she was old enough to attend school, her mother had her home schooled until she was ten, allowing her to enter public school finally. Raven not only quickly became top of her class, but also really good at many sports. Her father reappeared when she was eleven, claiming he wanted to get to know Raven and be a family again. Her mother, having never remarried, allowed it on the condition he helped pay off the debt he left behind in the first place. Which, he did pay off.

Now with her father in the picture, Raven grew up in a divided home since her mother truly forgave her father. She was 13 when her mother died in a tragic accident, having drowned on one of her jobs. Her father had Raven put back in home-school and started taking control of the house now that her mother was gone. The only thing that she had of her mother was her amulet. Her and her father didn't interact much, but she always found herself spying on him to see what he was up to. At seventeen she discovered her mother's death was not an accident, and with her evidence she confronted her father with it the next night when they were taking a walk by the water. When she revealed she knew the truth, her father tried to drown her, and nearly succeeded, but her mother's amulet started glowing and next thing she knew she was dragging her father deep underwater. She woke up the next morning on the beach, completely normal, yet somehow different. Her aunt paid a visit that day and Raven broke down and told her everything, which was when her aunt told her what she was and how it played into the family blood. In exchanged for a second chance, she had become a siren.

With her aunts help she filed paper work and sold the house, becoming an independent teenager. She attended the rest of her high school in a public school, learning about who she was and her abilities in private with help from her aunt. Then attended college and getting a degree as a veterinarian. She now has her own clinic where she works, and on occasion works as a lifeguard.

PERSONAL HISTORY:
Most of Mindie's childhood memories consisted of being alone. He spent most of his life taking care of himself. He was born into a military family, his father an Air Force pilot. On a warm Sunday morning, shortly after Mindie turned four years old, his mother disappeared from the Trew household with no warning or clue as to where she went. Everyone was confused, but no one felt more confused and betrayed than his father. His father was gentle with Mindie despite being reminded of her every time he laid eyes on Mindie. But even as a little boy, Mindie could sense even as a young child that father didn't want to see him, touch him, or even talk to him.

Growing up, he couldn't really say that he saw his father that often. The neighbors often took care of him for a few years when he became too old for the daycare. Eventually, though, his kind neighbors were replaced with clueless new ones. He was on completely on his own for a year. He transferred to an international school in Malaysia starting from 6th grade, and there he met his truest friend. His friend's name was Scroll, and she had an amazing ability. They were close friends even before he discovered her ability, but her display of power made them closer. Scroll only showed her power to Mindie in a desperate act to save his life. He'd sworn to always keep her ability a secret.

They were together through their university days, and a day before their graduation, Scroll disappeared. Mindie wondered if this was how his father felt when mother disappeared... Mindie never found out what exactly happened to Scroll, but he knew that her family wanted him out of it. Like his father, he closed his heart and moved far away from Malaysia and the Americas. He moved to London and got a job as a work-at-home computer programmer for a company in the United States. It has been about two years since.

PERSONALITY:
Mindie can easily be described as a determined and stubborn individual. He works efficiently and has a good relationship with his co-workers. Outside of work, he is typically seen as a selfish individual who can't be bothered with anything not related to his work or anything of "importance." He is straightforward with his speech and generally does not like to twist his words, which oftentimes comes off as too direct and rude. This might be a surprise to some people, who might first assume that he is kind and meek from his outer appearance.

ABILITIES:

ADDITIONAL NOTES:
- Other than English, Mindie is fluent in Malay and Malaysian Sign Language.
- He has a slight accent from his time living in Malaysia, but otherwise sounds like an American
- Mindie's name has attracted bullies and naysayers who suggested for him to change his name. In an act of rebellion, Mindie has never turned down a challenge and did not change his name. He has landed in the hospital more than a few times.
- Any memory related to Scroll is never brought up with anyone unless it is with Scroll's family, who he occasionally keeps in contact with
